The Rayo/Universo trios and the Stuka/Cometa vs Namajague/Okumura match will air on Fox Sports.

CMLL (FRI) 03/15/2013 Arena Mexico
***Dos Leyendas 2013: Salvador Lutteroth & Rayo de Jalisco***
1) Felino, Puma, Tiger b Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr., Tritón
Rudos took falls 2/3, via Tiger backracer and Puma powerbomb
2) Averno, Ephesto, Mephisto b La Máscara, Máscara Dorada, Valiente
Rudos take falls 1/3, Averno getting the pin for his win. Mascara Dorada was using his old music.
3) Estrellita b Amapola [hair]
Seconds were La Mascara (for Estrellita – Puma storyline dropped or ignored since Puma’s a rudo) and Ephesto (for Amapola.) Estrellita took the first with a casita, Amapola won a quick second, and Estrllita took the long third fall with an arm submission. Crowd favored Amapola.

Rayo de Jalisco Senior was honored. Standing ovation.

4) Rayo de Jalisco Jr., Rush, Shocker DQ Mr. Niebla, Terrible, Universo 2000
Rayo and Universo returns as part of the celebration for Rayo Sr. Atlantis, Rayo Jr. and Mascara Dorada took part in that ceremony before the match. Rush was introduced separately (after Rayo Sr. had left), and the rudos ran in thru the crowd to attack. Rudos took the first, lost in the second when Universo screwed up and Rayo took advantage, and Universo fouled Rayo in the third for the DQ.
5) La Sombra & Volador Jr. b Atlantis & Último Guerrero [natl pi, final]Sombra & Volador took the first, Atlantis & Ultimo Guerrero the second with a double Atlantida, and Ultimo & Atlantis had problems in the third leading to the young guys winning. Atlantis challenged UG to a no-ref singles match next week.

6) Rey Cometa & Stuka Jr. b Namajague & Shigeo Okumura [mask, hair]
Stuka & Namajague put up their masks, Cometa & Okumura put up their hair. Namajague & Okumura won the first, Stuka & Cometa took the second. Stuka beat Okumura, Namajague beat Stuka and Cometa beat Namajague for the win. Namajague was unmasked as Kyōsuke Mikami, 29, 3 years a wrestler, from Japan.

Canek to Rey de Reyes, Fenix vs Dinamic, Cien keeps his title, Dorian Roldan interview

IWRG (THU) 03/14/2013 Arena Naucalpan [Estrellas del Ring, The Gladiatores]
1) Imposible b Mr. Leo
2) Black Terry, Eita, Tomahawk b Oro Negro, Silver King Jr., Violencia Jr.
Silver King school vs FILL, or really Black Terry and the Dragon Gates. Team IWRG won, then was beat up by Silver King and the rest of his students.
3) Argenis, Drago, Fenix (AAA) b Centvrión, Dinamic Black, Trauma II
Fenix and Dinamic Black stole the show. Fenix’s neck was hurting after a package piledriver from Dinamic, but he still beat him with a Spanish Fly. Fenix asked for a title match, assuming Dinamic Black gets past Carta Brava Jr. this Sunday.
4) Eterno, Hijo de Máscara Año 2000, X-Fly b Monster Clown, Murder Clown, Trauma I
Rudos took 1/3. Despite it being listed as Mascara Ano 2000 Sr., it was Hijo de Mascara Ano 2000 who actually wrestled. Trauma and the Clowns made mistakes in the third fall, with Trauma II apparently turning on Clowns to cause the loss. Clowns attacked Trauma I, and Trauma II made the save. Navarros vs Psycho Circus challenges followed.
5) Cien Caras Jr. DRAW Psycho Clown [IWRG IC HEAVY]
Psycho rolled thru a plancha to take the first fall, but dived into a chair shot to lose a quick second fall. Seconds (Hijo de Mascara, Murder Clown) got involved in the third. Double pin caused the draw. Cien seemed okay with it, Psycho less so. Cien Caras Jr.’s his fifth defense, second straight versus Psycho Clown.

Big week coming up for Dinamic Black.

AAA announced Canek is the other mystery wrestler for Rey de Reyes. Canek is former winner of the tournament, taking the 2002 edition, and was active in AAA from about 1996 to 2003. He was the name I’d heard a while ago but was unable to confirm. This is not a full time return, because Canek is unable to wrestle full time anywhere, but just a special bit for the card. I’d expect Villano IV and Canek to be mentioned on tomorrow’s AAA TV show.

Rompe Huesos had a sit down interview with Dorian Roldan. Some of the discussion is familiar – Dr. Wagner is brought up, with Dorian explaining he wanted the truth out about his contract as much for AAA as for CMLL  – but there’s some new stuff. The headline stuff is Dorian accusing CMLL of “prostituido al pancracio mexicano” (prostituting lucha libre) by flooding the airways with CMLL TV shows. It’s not just because over oversaturation, but whatever CMLL is charging for TV is reducing the amount of money AAA can charge. Dorian proposes a bit of collusion between the companies, where they work together to raise the value of both TV shows and improve the quality at the same time. Dorian is hopeful this is a first step to even shows with both promotions. It’s a different tact, though CMLL still doesn’t seem interesting in working with AAA or improving their TV.

Dorian talks about the social media push, which is better explained as a belief that internet view of lucha libre is about to greatly increase, and Dorian wants those coming fans to be able interact with the luchadors. There’s a desire to reeducate fans that all rivalries do not have to end with an apuesta match (because those are hard to get done), but in other matches like a title matches. The interviewer is skeptical on this point because of the many random titles in Mexico, and I’d say AAA needs to improve themselves how they handle their titles. There’s also a few floating around aimlessly, and they’re about to add another one.

I know Konnan talked about the AAA US deal on MLW Radio today, but I haven’t gotten to that today. I’ll try for tomorrow.

This week’s Fusion and Tercera Caida are up. This week’s Fusion 4 Way was better than last week’s. AAA’s also put up their 2 hour show.

Yahoo! Deportes interviews Okumura & Namajague about tonight’s big match. We learn Namajague does know a few special words of Spanish.

Deportivoros previews this weekend’s shows and talks about Namajauge’s identity. His point is is everyone knows Namajague’s real name, and his character was designed to lose his mask, but it’s still odd too see someone’s real name mentioned on the day they lose their mask.

An article hyping tonight’s AAA show in Tampico has the promoter saying AAA will be back for a TV taping on 05/24. If correct, that’s probably the last taping before TripleMania.

The promoter of Arena Xalapa says people aren’t going to shows because it costs too much to buy tickets. Think about that for a second. There’s something I must be misunderstanding here, because cost of tickets is kind of his decision. He also complains about the cost of bringing Mexico City luchadors. He’s bringing in Super Fly, Argenis, Lolita, Sexy Lady this weekend, none of them exactly seem high priced, but he could also just not bring in people. That again seems like his call. The promoter says the local guys care more about pleasing the fans, because that’s more their reward than the little they get paid. The article says some shows have less than 50 people, which does fit with the videos we’ve seen with the arena. Despite all of this, they end the article with the promoter saying the shows are quality family fun and inviting everyone to come in. I’m sold.

Not only does the WWL promotion have a Mesias vs Texano Jr. title match on their debut April show (which might just suggest a result on Sunday), but they’ve got Pierrothito in a minis match, an Octagon Jr. sighting in a three way with Axel and Hijo del Rey Misterio, a “Cruz” defending a midwest title against Colt Cabana which I presume is Ricky Cruz and the GALLI title, and Laredo Kid and Nuevo Laredo friends in the opener. It’s already a 14 match debut show. That’s going to be quite something.

2013 Homenaje a Dos Leyendas preview

live coverage reminder: I’m doing usual major show chat/live results bit for both H2L tonight and Rey de Reyes Sunday night. Tonight’s chat will start around the start of the show – 8:30pm Central Standard Time, 9:30pm Central Daylight Savings Time. Mask match probably won’t end until after 11pm local, which means early Saturday morning for most of you reading this. East Coast US readers are advised to take a nap.

Match by match…

1) Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr., Tritón vs Felino, Puma, Tiger
2) La Máscara, Máscara Dorada, Valiente vs Averno, Ephesto, Mephisto

Or not match by match, because these two can be easily passed by. They both would be have strong lineups; Felino and Epehsto both greatly vary in levels of performance but are usually motivated to work harder when with other people who want to work hard. They’re liable to be good matches while they last, but probably not last as long as we’d like – the top matches are going to run longer than usual, and they’ve got to fit the presentation of Rayo de Jalisco in here as well.

Triton is the one surprising inclusion on the card. Maybe it was designed to be Titan’s spot and he’s just not ready to come back yet, but CMLL generally seems higher on guys like Angel de Oro and Diamante, who are sitting this out. Puma & Tiger remain a fun team in their rare teamups, and Delta & Guerrero Maya Jr. are a set team who need their own name if they’re not going to be hanging out with Atlantis. The segunda reunites 5/6ths of the Hijos del Averno vs Generacion Dorada feud of 2011; if Sombra has to deal with other matters, Valiente is a pretty good fill in.

My pick is the tecnicos taking the opener to start the night on a positive note. Even though picking Averno to win a match with La Mascara is a risky thing, that seems like a place where the rudos can get a win.

Neither match is expected to air on North American TV, but should eventually surface thru SamuraiTV.

3) Estrellita vs Amapola [hair]

18 months ago, these two had a title match, which I called Estrellita’s best match ever

Much better than I would’ve figured when this feud started, and leagues better than Amapola/Lluvia. … I don’t know what Estrellita’s expectations were for her CMLL stint, but she’ll at least have this match to be proud of.

Someone’s expectations increased. That title program was one CMLL generic ones – two people feud for three weeks, title defense, everyone ignores it until they want to repeat it in another building – but it started Estrellita’s ascent from middle of the pack tecnica to the beautiful star of the company. (This peaked with episode 8 of this past season of El Luchador, where a supposed reality show films Estrellita taking a shower for no apparent reason, and Estrellita is kind enough to leave the shower curtain open.) Marcela is the world champion, the announcers tend to say Amapola is actually the best, but it feels like there’s a strong belief that Estrellita was the most marketable luchadora and CMLL has worked hard to exploit that this past 12 months. It’s a plan I haven’t been high on – I think there’s a better choices and Estrellita is too over the top – but CMLL knows their audience better than I do.

The Amapola/Estrellita feud went on a very long for CMLL feuds – continuously since last Fall, but reaching back towards that first title match and Estrellita’s tecnica turn – and agonizingly ran in place for most of it. It needed some sort of twist or incident in the middle of it to avoid it getting stale. Estrellita has been champion most of this time and they’ve brought up the title during the feud, so it’s strange it didn’t happen and possibly points to a result.

Amapola’s lost her mask in CMLL, back in the long ago time where CMLL used Dark Angel well, and it turned out okay for her in the long run. Amapola lost her hair once when CMLL randomly decided they needed a women’s apuesta match with no build, which didn’t help her but didn’t kill her momentum. If she loses again here, her fans will think she’s for real exactly like Terrible last year. If Estrellita loses, she hits a brick wall. Bald Estrellita would be incredibly sympathetic, but also lose a lot of her reason to exist. Diana La Cazadora, a similar character, lost her hair only when she was wrapping up in CMLL – Estrellita can only be losing hers if the same is true. Estrellita is still national champion and there’s no sense she’s done here, so I think she’s got to be hanging on to her hair.

4) Rayo de Jalisco Jr., Rush, Shocker vs Mr. Niebla, Terrible, Universo 2000
returns for Rayo and Universo

CMLL generally does a poor job of promoting their live events on TV shows. The goals of their television should be to make sure sponsors are visible and to get people in the doors, since those are their only two sources of revenue, and there’s obviously a lot more work done one of those than the others. The most they do are short vignettes going in, and brief liners read on some of the shows which are quickly dismissed. It may be a network directive in some cases, though CMLL’s Fox show seems completely produced by CMLL themselves and has the least amount of promotion for other events. The Terra web broadcast is probably the best about promoting upcoming events, because they use interviews to make up for having no graphics or video features, but it’s also the least watched show by far. I’d be surprised if a 100 people saw it most weeks, it’s not much of a difference maker. CMLL still relies heavily on ancillary methods – lucha magazines, newspapers, Tercera Caida, media interviews elsewhere – to do the heavy lifting as far as getting out word for their shows, while mostly wasting the widest distributed outlet.

This is not at all a new criticism if you’ve been reading this site for any length. I bring it up because I think it may be a major problem for this match. The concept of bringing both Rayo de Jaliscos back is to draw from fans who have stopped coming to shows but still care for luchadors of a bygone era. CMLL’s done a strong job of promoting Rayo de Jalisco Senior’s appearance on tonight’s show, but has barely mentioned his son, and done very little to promote his match with Universo. The press conference fight was mentioned but not dwelled on, and their match is only mentioned as one thing in a list of events, never treated as the star return it could be. (In the week leading up to the event, it was really only Rayo de Jalisco Senior promoted on TV; both apuesta matches were downplayed.) We’re seeing a lot of lucha libre events this week which play to the nostalgia fans have for the 80s and 90s – Villano V & El Signo’s retirement shows, the inclusion of older names on the Rey de Reyes card, the entirety of Todo x el Todo – promoters believe there’s a market for these guys. I understand it in the right amounts. I’m not a particular fan of Rayo, but it at least seems like a lot of people might be and would be excited to see him come back to Arena Mexico one more time. I wonder how many know he’s going to be wrestling tonight. I’m sure it’s not as many as it should be.

If you’re going to bring back Rayo and Universo for a short term, you might as well give them a decent spotlight. It’d be nice if the other four guys get something out of this match, but this match exists so people can relive their memories of the Rayo de Jaliscos, and you should give those fans that. Cien Caras & Mascara Ano 2000 are both in town to work on other shows this week, and I’ve got an unsupported hunch that they may get involved here and set something up next week – something to avoid the usual post major show drop off – but Rayo’s side will at least get the win on the record book.

5) La Sombra & Volador Jr. vs Atlantis & Último Guerrero [natl pi, final]

In an ideal world, this isn’t setting up Atlantis vs Ultimo Guerrero. It’s also not setting up Sombra vs Volador. It’s setting up young guys vs old guys to see who’s actually the best, instead of both pairs mostly continuing on separate tracks. If we skip ahead a few chapters, Ultimo Guerrero vs Atlantis would do very well for one night but not really mean a lot long term. (Ultimo Guerrero is going to be still be Ultimo Guerrero if he wins. It’s not a bad thing to be, but he’s not going to mean a lot more for business; I feel this so strongly that I’m uncertain why anyone assumes Atlantis would be losing a mask match between the two.) Volador vs Sombra would do nearly as well for one night and may mean more over long term – the winner has the first legitimate claim at being the Undisputed Best Guy since peak Mistico – but it wouldn’t count for as much as beating a legend. Sombra vs Ultimo Guerrero? Volador Jr. vs Atlantis? Heck, Volador Jr. vs Ultimo Guerrero or Sombra vs Atlantis? Those are the matches with ground shaking force.

This match, the one that’s actually happening as opposed to ones which will only live in an over caffeinated mind, will go along way to determining what match we’re actually getting at Anniversario. We’ve gone over this before – Terrible & Rush broke up in this final last year, in front of one of CMLL’s biggest crowds of the year, and they used to springboard to the hair match in September. It was an easy plan, one that seemed to work fine, and one that’s easily repeatable. Both teams should problems with each other, because all teams have problems with each other in this kind of tournament, but the one that fights last will probably be fighting again in six months time.

There’s plenty of material here to make it a good match before that point. I’m persistent with my dislike of Ultimo Guerrero singles matches the last few years, but he’s much more palatable as a tag team wrestler. Atlantis and Volador had about a year’s worth of good trios matches against each other and should be good together here. Sombra is Sombra. This will be good unless the breakups totally overpower the match.

Sombra and Volador have had an awful lot of singles matches lately, an odd decision if they were just starting on the road to a mask match. Atlantis & Ultimo Guerrero have had none. Sombra & Volador win this.

6) Rey Cometa & Stuka Jr. vs Namajague & Shigeo Okumura [mask, hair]
Stuka & Namajague put up their masks, Cometa & Okumura put up their hair

The important difference between this major Rey Cometa feud and the last major Rey Cometa feud – what a weird phrase – is what the feud was about. Cometa and Puma fought simply off who was better at lucha libre. They kept pushing each other to stronger acts, and so we had people getting swung into barricades and diving off stages by the end. This feud is about Sneaky Japanese, cheating and counter cheating. It started with fouls, went thru mask pulling, and is now at mist spots (though none so well enough to get over the mist.)  The luchadors should have an exciting match, but you should expect the finish to be screwy, because the rest of the feud has been as well.

Everyone expects Namajague & Okumura to lose, and they should. It’s not the last match for Namajague – he’s booked at least Sunday & Tuesday in Guadalajara, which suggests they’ve saving his return to Arena Mexico for next Friday. (Stuka is not hidden, back at Arena Mexico Sunday.) NJPW is currently on tour and returning guys typically do not join until the start of a new tour or a big event. That which would be the early April Invasion Attack shows, or the mid April tour, either of which date would allow Namajague to stick around a few more weeks even if he’s losing his mask tonight.

If tonight goes as planned, it would be Stuka’s third major mask win. There was a discussion, either here or on Twitter, about how Stuka hadn’t moved up CMLL cards as much as hoped. I think that’s true, but I also think it’s beside the point for him. Stuka’s one of the most easily identifiable CMLL luchadors, with a signature look and moves. Stuka’s beaten Flecha and Jeque for the masks, he’s been national champion, he’s been tag team champions for five years in what started out as a trivia fact and finished up being big defenses in Mexico City every few months. Stuka’s gotten to wrestle in Europe, in Japan, in Brazil and now he’s going to be headlining one of the biggest CMLL shows of the year. I’m sure he’d like to have had a bit more money and a bit more fame, but Stuka’s been blessed with the most rare thing in CMLL – frequent feuds and rivalries which actually get resolved. I don’t know Hijo del Fantasma, but I do know he’s been world champion and he’s usually booked higher than Stuka, and I’d believe he’d swap careers with Stuka in a second. Mascara Dorada, who is awesome, has spent most of the last year doing very little. Something like the Arena Coliseo Tag Team titles may be beneath him, but I’m sure he’d gladly take it if it meant he was doing more than meaningless trios. People don’t remember if where you were booked on the average card in the long run, they only remember if you won big or lost big. CMLL gives out precious few opportunities to do either, and Stuka’s pretty blessed to get another one of those opportunities tonight.

great match roundup, week of 2013-02-23

03/16-17 lucha times

Daylight savings time remains in effect for the US but not for important parts of Mexico. Channels which run basically the same feed in the US and Mexico – 52MX, Multimedios, VideoRola (Las Luchas), AYM, Latin American Sports – all tend to stay on the Mexico clock, and many of those networks do not bother to update their US onscreen TV listings to reflect the times. (52MX is the only that you can trust.) Season passes and the like may not record accurately. Channels which only broadcast in Mexico of course also behind an hour – this helped me out with TVC Deportes until the feed died.

Latin American Sports does seem like it may have picked up IWRG for the time being – it’s on the schedule for this week and the next. It’s hard to believe any show on that channel will air when/if it’s supposed to, and last week was a rerun. (I don’t think I have it in me to do six hours of live coverage this Sunday; four will be plenty.)

box.

== AAA ==

AAA-Televisa: The last day before Rey de Reyes, so probably the matches most important to Rey de Reyes – the Texano/Zumbi match and the trios title match. Maybe the opener too to explain where Zumbi came from?

AAA-Fusion: Nothing but a guess here. I still think the Fusion tournament final will end up airing on Fusion, so maybe that and the women’s Reina de Reinas final as well, though it could just as much a rerun or even the remaining two Neza matches. Nothing was specifically announced for next week. They’re again at a point where no taping is announced.

== CMLL ==

Galavision/Televisa: Parajes Incrieble tournament, Block B

FOX: Minis match, the last Cometa/Stuka vs Okumura/Namajague match, and the Sombra/Dorada/Mistico vs Negro/Averno/Mephisto main event. This show will not air until next Friday in the US.

52MX: assuming no rerun this week, Sombra/Maximo/Rush vs Averno/Dragon Rojo/Volador Jr. in the main event.

C3: Sangre Nueva final, Marco, Shocker and Rush vs Guerreros in the main event.

GDL: Maximo, Mistico, Thunder vs Revolucinarios

TVC Deportes (Puebla): Volador vs Sombra.

Terra: Sombra, Marco Corleone, Mistico vs Euforia, Ultimo Guerrero, Volador Jr.

== Other ==

IWRG-AYM Sports: Prison Fatal, Dinamic Black vs Carta Brava Jr.

IWRG-TVC Deportes: Psycho Circus vs Dinamitas, Centvrion/Dinamic Black/Golden Magic vs Argenis/Drago/Fenix

Noches de Coliseo: random matches! I’m even less sure than usual, since it was different Coliseo promotor on Sunday (Jaguar) and sometimes that means it’s not taped.

Lucha Libre USA schedule, Blue Demon Jr.

Lucha Libre USA announced the dates for it’s 2013 tour. Cities seem to be the same as leaked out previously as the sponsor, but the dates are new

04/12: San Jose, Ca
04/14: Los Angeles, CA
04/19: Houston, TX
04/21: Phoenix, AZ – RJ Brewer homecoming show!
04/26: Austin, TX
04/27: Laredo, TX
04/28: San Antonio, TX
05/03: Chicago, IL
05/05: Dallas, TX

No buildings are announced on the press release, but they’ve separately announced the Phoenix show will be at Grand Canyon University Arena. Texas promotion RCW mentioned they’ll be working with LLUSA on some shows.

The list of luchadors looks generally the same; Marco Corleone wasn’t listed on the lineup and for the first show and isn’t shown on the poster but is mentioned in the press release as appearing on shows. Maybe the CMLL guys are going to change around depending on schedule conflicts? The press release makes it sound like the main feud will be RJ Brewer & partner TBD vs El Solar & Blue Demon.

The last name is interesting. On yesterday’s Figure Four Daily, Dr. Lucha said the long term plan is for Blue Demon to be the top act for AAA US. The greater plan is to run mostly split rosters, so there would have to be a lot of new names brought in and Demon would theoretically draw in the US. The general idea makes sense, but Demon specifically has some problems with this to me. One, Blue Demon is a well known enough name for getting attention for your first time time a town, but he isn’t interesting enough on his own to draw you back to come back again. The case against Blue Demon Jr. is overstated, he’s alright, but he’s someone who’s only going to work on top if you have a lot of interesting things going on around him to cover up his weakness (or if he’s taunting Santo.) Demon’s already worked a lot in the US; he’s not going to have much novelty for those fans AAA US would try to draw.) If these LLUSA shows draw with Demon vs RJ Brewer on top, I’d assume it’s because the popularity of lucha libre and because of the RJ Brewer gimmick, Demon coming in third most important. You may be able to do it with Demon, but you’d ideally like not to need to help the top guy as much.

The bigger issue with Demon is he’s obviously still under contact to LLUSA, and AAA is well aware how strongly LLUSA enforces their contracts. They’re also aware how long they last. Rocky Romero is not listed as working this set of shows and hasn’t worked for the promotion since last May (not that they’ve run a lot of shows), but ROH still had to make a deal with LLUSA to use him on their shows last weekend. AAA’s obviously not going to get that permission if Demon is still under contract because of the competition between the companies. It’s possible Demon could have gotten himself a different deal, but LLUSA is using him like they expect him to be there for a while.

It is a fun thought experiment to figure out who could headline an AAA US group, if you’re splitting the two groups and no one’s going back and forth. Among the guys who are in AAA now, maybe Mesias would be the best pick – he’s probably not getting the AAA title back soon and there’s not much new for him, he’d have no visa issues as a Puerto Rican, and he’s bilingual. If you had to go out of the current guys, maybe Hijo de Rey Misterio, though maybe there’s cost issues there and I’d guess WWE would try to cause problems for using the name even if they have no right to complain.

Anyway, that’s nine LLUSA shows announced for 2013. If you’re in Denver, you can see Mascara Dorada, Dragon Rojo, Marcela and a possibly bald Amapola this weekend. Guys from NGX – a small Monterrey promotion – are somehow ending up in Chicago next month. Lucha Va Voom will be announcing their Cinco de Mayo schedule soon. The Los Angeles FMLL probably has some shows, GALLI has shows that I’ll forget to mention because I’m horrible at that, and there’s other small lucha groups dotting the world. Lucha Libre AAA has not announced a show in the US.

Volador & Henry won the main event in Arena Aficion, which didn’t seem to draw much more than usual with Mr. Niebla and Volador in.

MedioTiempo interviews the four guys in the AAA Fusion final on Rey de Reyes. Daga wants to be the only double champion in the family. Crazy Boy says he’ll demonstrate Alto Impact. Juvi talks about being in big events before, and has no memory of ever facing Crazy Boy before. Fenix notes he’s had other title changes and hasn’t succeed, but will this time. No one vows to break up pinfalls for no logical reason (except they’re doing acrobatic performance art and not a simulation of competition), but I think we can safely assume that one.

CMLL’s Provincia page has been updated for the first time in months with a show later this month in Torreon. Mistico, Rush and Sombra face Euforia, Mr. Niebla and Mephsito in the main event.
