5) La Máscara, Máscara Dorada, Shocker b Atlantis, Dragón Rojo Jr., Negro Casas

Dorada surprised Negro with a rollup to take the main event.

Rudos won the semimain clean.

Pierrothito moved out of the way of a guillotine leg drop and made Bam Bam give up to his usual submission. This is a big surprise; Pierrothito doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense in the main division, but it’ll be him and Demus in the finla next week. Ultimo Dragonicto & Pequeno Warrior eliminated each other.

CMLL (TUE) 08/17 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [Fuego en el Ring]

Lyger took the first with a brainbuster, Mistico took the second with a roll up, and the third with La Mistica.

CMLL announced the prices for the anniversary show. The prices they gave out on Twitter are not exactly the ticket prices listed on TicketMaster, but those include the handling fees. With those, the tickets run from 88 and 821 pesos ($7 to $65 US Dollars).

Electroshock says Heavy Metal is a guy living in the past, and Electro doesn’t need a guitar to beat him. Guess the feud isn’t over.

Silver King & Ultimo Gladiador say they will not let the AAA Tag Team titles fail in the hands of “nobodys” from Arena Naucalpan.

Mesias says he will not allow the Perros to destroy AAA, and is not scared of wrestlers who always have to cheat to win.

The Gladiatores has a bunch of backstage interviews from Verano de Escandalo.

Scott “Showtime” Sommers replaces Jerry Lynn on IWL’s show Thursday. I have no idea who that is, but google says he’s in a NWA allied promotion in Texas. They’ve also announced Adam Pearce will come in to face Colt Cabana.

Cronicas Y Leyendas posts video of Canek vs Gigante Warrior.

Angry Marks has a review of the fifth Lucha Libre USA show.

Segunda Caida has three more Black Terry reviews.

CMLL (TUE) 08/24 Arena Mexico

2) Fuego, Pegasso, Rey Cometa vs Arkángel de la Muerte, Loco Max, Skándalo

4) Demus 3:16 vs Pierrothito [bicentenario mini]
5) Blue Panther, Máscara Dorada, Shocker vs Felino, Negro Casas, Rey Bucanero

I think Demus is the easy favorite, but Pierrothito’s surprised once before.

If the mysterious Freesbe wrestles, it’ll be his first match here since May 18.
