You know the reason they really didn't need the Flash this season? He was the comedic balance on JL, and they've taken care of the comedy without him in spades. And right now, it's been all good, but if you throw in Flash, maybe it gets off balance. That said, the first episode with him should explain where he's been. All I'm asking for is a toss off line about him fighting aliens in deep dark space or whatever. This episode was quite the nice 95 minute action movie distilled into 22 minutes by getting rid of all subplots. You could call all the spots before they happened, but they're still fun spots. Besides lecturing about crowd control, Batman's been a busy guy. |
