1. Ultimo Guerrero, Rey Bucanero & Universo 2000 vs. Mr. Niebla, Hijo de Lizmark & Atlantis

First Fall: The tecnicos are attacked as they approach the ring area. The beatdown order is Niebla, Atlantis, Lizmark, with very little of note beyond a nice European uppercut from U2000. When Niebla returns, he is quickly tied up, given a triple flapjack, then dumped. Bucanero fetches Lizmark, whips him back to the ring. Wheelbarrow suplex. Ultimo looks like he will WOW Catapult Lizmark, but Universo chops Liz back down, where Bucanero somersaults on top of Liz while he is held maybe 20 percent of the way through the catapult. That move was a rewinder. Atlantis gets nowhere, with a dropkick off the buckles by Universo, and the Buff Blockbuster into a Stunner by Rey for the pin. (3:20) A rare good "rudo beatdown" fall.

Second Fall: It starts as the tecnicos try to regroup, but have no success until Niebla has Bucanero miss a corner charge. Lizmark & Bucanero fight to the floor, Ultimo & Atlantis fight on the ramp, as Nielba unlaces 2000's mask. Lizmark does the hit and run thing with both GdI, ending with a press slam on Rey. U2000 and Niebla have a nice exchange. Remember, he's the Dynamite Brothers that can work. Monkey flip to the floor, but U2000 drops down instead of flying into the first row off the Niebla tope. Meanwhile, Liz tries for a rana, but Rey powerbombs him. He tries to attack, but Liz kicks Bucanero to the floorm and hits the corner tope, appearing to hurt his knee on the landing. In the ring, Atlantis ties up Ultimo. Meanwhile, Niebla tries his back headbutt on U2000, only to have his mask pulled off. U2000 celebrates, so Atlantis pulls off Universo's mask. The ref sees that demasking, and awards the fall to the rudos. (4:05)

Cheap ending, but there was some great stuff from GdI, as usual. 81.

Momentos Estelares:

Combinacion: Sangre Azteca and his partners throw Alan Stone on top of Moto Cross and Starman.
Espactacular: Mano Negra Jr's corkscrew plancha.
Tecnico: Virus with a forward roll into a tapitia on Mascara Magica.
Tope: Safari makes Nosawa go splat.
Doloroso: Top-rope powerbomb from Felino to Juventud.

2. Shocker vs. Vampiro Canadiense (Hair vs. Hair)

Shocker's got a white fur coat/top hat w/ tux jacket combo here that's mind-blowing. Vampiro has the karate togs, which aren't even close to Shocker's fashion level. There's a huge, loud crowd at Arena Mexico for this one.

First Fall: Lots of stalling by Shocker, until Vamp chases him onto the ramp and kicks him back into the ring. He tries a running clothesline from the ramp to the ring, but Shocker swats him aside. Kicks and knees from Shocker. He'll miss a corner charge at full speed though, and quickly get chokeslammed to give Vampiro the first fall. (4:33)

Second Fall: Mainly Vampiro kicks to start this out, with all of Shocker's haymakers missing by the proverbial mile. They start fighting for a suplex on the apron, with Shocker finally giving up and clocking Vamp in the face. After that, Shocker jumps off the apron, using his knee to drive Vamp's face to the floor. No offense at all from Vampiro from the rest of this fall, but Shocker hits a nice springboard dropkick on a kneeling Vampiro, before he evens the falls with a Dragon Sleeper. (2:53)

Third Fall: Shocker's playing to his (loud) cheering section. Vamp misses a high kick to start the fall, getting tied up in the ropes and allowing Shocker to kick at Vamp's knee. With Vamp down, he tries for a Crippler Crossface, but Vamp crawls to the ropes. Shocker slams Vampiro, but on his climb to the top, his diving headbutt misses. Vamp tries a crossface of his own, but can't get Shocker to tap. Vamp then tries for a Rock Bottom. Shocker elbows out, and tries one of his own. Vamp elbows out. They sell fatigue as they prop each other up as they trade punches and kicks. Finally, Shocker fires off a roundhouse right. Up to the top, but his elbow drop misses. Shocker is up first. He hits a pair of belly-to-back suplexes, then rolls up Vampiro in a typical goofy lucha style for the three.

Confetti falls, and Shocker gets a great tecnico pop. Shocker does some of the hair cutting, but the barber finishes the job.

Nice match. 82.
