09/19: Puebla, Monterrey, Mexico card changes
CMLL.com posted photos of Tuesday's show, but not results. How odd.
CMLL (MON) 09/17 Arena Puebla [hugo999 - now with pictures!]
1) Mr. Rafaga & Murcielago b Blue Center & Super Star
2) Centella de Oro, Lestat, the Tigre DQ Black Terry, Siki Osama Jr., Toro Bill Jr.
3) Astro Boy, Mascara Purpura, Valiente b Euforia, Loco Max, Nosferatu
4) Terrible, Villano III, Villano IV b Alex Koslov, Marco Corelone, Rey Bucanero
5) Atlantis, Hijo de Lizmark, Ultimo Guerrero b Blue Panther, Dr. Wagner Jr., Negro Casas
Lizmark fouled Panther, yanked his mask, and pinned him. Hugo says the segunda was the best. Ending there was the Tigre throwing his mask to Black Terry, who got caught with it. Rematch between those two teams next week.
indy (TUE) 09/18 Arena Coliseo Monterrey [RFC]
1) Burrito b Borrico, Rey Cazador
2) Corazon Adicto b Guerrero Griego
3) Black Dragon, Humberto Garza Jr., Potro Jr. b Herodes, La Bestia, Toro Blanco
4) Dr. Tormenta, Mr. Secuestro, Sika b Cazador, Ejecutor, Tormenta Negra
5) Golden Bay b Casanova, Bam Bam (local), Estrella Dorada Jr., Aventurero [La Copa Coliseo 2007]
AAA (SUN) 09/23 Arena Coliseo Monterrey
1) Aguila Extrema & Iron Extrema vs Dranser & Virutal X
2) Criminal vs Mercurio
3) Guerrero Blacno & Mascarita Divina vs Baby Fox & Comando Z
4) Guerrero Negro Jr. & Rey Infernal vs Hator & Monje Negro Jr.
5) Alan Zorro, Ricky Marvin, Zorro vs Cuervo, Psicosis II, Viper 007
Yes, that main event makes no sense. AAA's seemed to cut back on the talent they're putting here, and yet they get a Ricky Marvin date. Strange.
Ovaciones notes the changes in the anniversary lineup that CMLL quietly announced in their upcoming lineups info to various news sources on Monday. (See Medio Tiempo's version.) Dos Jr. is gone, replaced by Sombra being moved up (and La Mascara getting Sombra's place in the tercera.) Ultimo Dragon is back on the card; he was replaced by Mascara Purpura last week, but they reversed this week. None of this makes the card more interesting. Ovaciones mentions Black Warrior possibly being added to the main event, but has nothing new to say about it.
For this Friday, Shocker and Sombra will swap spots, breaking up the direct Perros vs Mex Trios Champions match in the semifinal. I guess you want to make Shocker's return seem important, but then you should probably wait till the week after the anniversary show to do it.
CMLL hasn't updated the lineup on their site.
Ovaciones also goes over Blue Demon vs Espector Jr. in a mask match being signed for 10/09 at Estadio Calimax (a baseball stadium) in Tijuana. I haven't posted a lineup for it because I'm waiting for a full card, but Mistico, Perro Jr., UG and others have been mentioned as participants in a semimain cage match. You'd think, if Blue Demon Jr. putting up his mask was the draw it's supposed to be, you wouldn't need to bring in a half dozen high priced TV stars.
Figure Four Weekly #639 (today's edition) says Gran Apache missed VdE due to severe sciatic nerve pain. This sounds similar to Dr. Wagner Jr.'s injury, but more serious - Wagner was getting around with a walker, Apache is in a wheelchair. I thought they would've held off the Alfa reveal until Gran Apache was there to get his reaction, but perhaps it'd bad enough that they figured they were better of not waiting. Just a guess.
Also in that F4W, I try to "briefly" summarize the Billy/Fabi angle and fail horribly.
A site I've never heard of before they turned up on my google news lucha feed is reporting TNA's contacted Dark Angel about coming in for it's women's division, starting with the 10/14 PPV. (This site posted this news this morning - I've read the Figure Four today and this is not in there, so I'm guessing it's originally from the Torch.) On the surface, I can't imagine this has a chance of happening on a regular basis - CMLL seems horrible about letting their workers take foreign bookings, a CMLL and an AAA wrestler on the same show would causes many headaches, TNA's not going to be thrilled about flying her out from Mexico City and I can't imagine Sarah Stock moving to Florida for what they have to offer. (I'd think there'd be some legal issues that'd have to be worked out for a Canadian to work in the states too, but I don't know enough there.) Even if all of that was figured it out, it may not be worth her time to be a random face in the crowd of a battle royal for a small pay day.
Still, I could see her working the PPV and the first set of tapings after, because she was able to work about the same amount of days for SHIMMER, and I'd be happy for her if TNA did anything with her, since CMLL's pretty much wasted her 2007.
An exotico wrestling announcer in El Paso is calling himself Santo Gay, complete with the Santo mask. That's not going to end well. He has a blog, I hope he has a lawyer.

And of course Octagon is back now that Zorro has turned. I'm shocked that Fuerza Aerea isn't on here in some form other than Laredo.
That is the most generic AAA lineup in quite a while. Every match is something we've seen before.
I think this will air after the Toreo show, so it is really an unimportant show.
Dave mentioned the TNA/Dark Angel thing in this week's Observer. That's probably where this website got the information.
I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Ocampo is the one pushing Stock for TNA, I see a heavy support by SUPERLuchas for the upcomming Toreo visit by them, trying to sell it as something special and in the same league as the WWE in exchange for a more or less reasonable place for Sarah at the TNA ppv.

Supposedly drew 300, Konnan Big = WOTY.
I don't think Super Luchas/O'Campo is for Dark Angel going over. When he listed the competitors in some TNA tournament, he didn't list her name or address the rumors which is very un-Super Luchas like.
