CMLL Puebla: 2015-11-23

needs a freeze frame and credits

Recapped: 11/23/2015

What happened: a Atlantis defeated Mascara to keep the Mexican Light Heavyweight championship. Shocker beat Maximo via foul, which may be setting up a heavyweight title match. Lestat won a DF versus Puebla cibernetico.

What was good: Maybe just the cibernetico, and it wasn’t a blow away match. Not a good show.

Where can I watch it: It’s on CMLL’s YouTube channel. Read More

KeMonito

Recapped: 11/21/2015

What happened: Not much! Puma and The Panther feuded in their match, Kamiatachi and Dragon Lee continued the feud in their match, and everyone seemed to be feuding in the segunda, but this was a pretty quiet show.

What was good: A couple matches were good, but nothing must see.

Where can I watch it: It’ll be up my YouTube channel on Tuesday.

Hijos del Infierno find an opponent they can defeat

Recapped: 10/23/2015

What happened: Sombra defeated Volador in straight falls (with a little help) to set up a title match next week. The Panther & Super Comando started feuding, and Thunder & Ultimo Guerrero continued feuding. Hechicero defeated Heddi Karaoui in a singles match which had been build for a few weeks (and, weeks later, Karoui hasn’t returned to the main CMLL shows.)

What was good: The main event felt like a big match, and the fourth match had the usual Dragon Lee/Kamaitachi show.

Where can I watch it: The show is on my YouTube channel, though some matches are only available with the Azteca edits. Read More

javelin tope

Recapped: 11/10/2015

What happened: Mephisto beat Dragon Lee in the main event, but cheated to do it. Princesa Sugehit defeated Zeuxis in a trios match to set up a title match next week.

What was good:  The opener, the tercera and the main event were good, with Dragon Lee/Mephisto beating the best. However…

Where can I watch it: it’s on my YouTube channel, but the videos are awful. This was off the Ciudad Juarez feed, the first time I had used it in months, and the files are just horrible. I feel bad I couldn’t find a better way to grab these, but the audio is out of sync and the video goes in and out. (My best solution to watch it was in 2x fast forward, which smoothed out the video and eliminated the audio.) Dragon Lee put out his usual big performance, but you don’t want to deal with this video. Volador & Mistico

Recapped: 11/15-16/2016

What happened: The Sky Team kept the trios titles over the Peste Negra. La Mascara beat Atlantis in straight falls to set up a title match next week.

What was good: The title match was good, but really not as good as it should’ve been. The third and fourth matches were also good, but there’s nothing you had to see. Better show than usual overall

Where can I watch it: It’s on CMLL”s YouTube channel. Read More

2015 watch later catch up, part 3 of ∞
