The scourge known as Daylight Savings Time returns to the US, Canada and some (but not nearly enough) of Mexico this weekend. Clocks spring forward an hour, which means events and television shows starting in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey will be 1 hour later than you’d normally expect them to be starting Sunday night. This starts with the Terra and Noches de Coliseo broadcasts this weekend.

Latin American Sports does not list any lucha libre this week (though I’m taping the time slot just in case.) Could they have aired the IWRG show because they realized it was a big match? That seems so unlike these TV networks.

AAA-Televisa: Minis and the main event were hyped, and Blue Demon challenge should air in some form. The Drago/Fenix/Lider vs Daga/Halloween/Psicosis airs on the 2 hour show.

AAA-Televisa: Last week’s episode shows clips of the opener from Irapuato, so that and the trios title match. It seems like the newest pattern is to show a third match only on the UTDN show (on Thursdays) – maybe that’ll be the Apaches/Atomic Boy match?

AAA-Fusion: Today’s episode – show seems to be moved to Thursdays – showed both Fusion tournament matches so far. If AAA is announcing the Rey de Reyes card next week (good chance!) and if the Fusion tournament final is on Rey de Reyes (unclear chance!), then they’d probably want to air the other two four ways as soon as possible, and this week’s episode gave the impression that would be next week.

== CMLL ==

Galavision/Televisa: Namajague/Okumura vs Stuka/Cometa is a Televisa feud, lightning match usually ends up here too, and the Tuareg match always oddly ends up here too. I wonder if guys get paid differently based on which network airs their matches; that would start to explain some choices.

FOX: This seems to be the Volador/Sombra show, and the main event ends up here by default. Fox Deportes US has updated it’s schedule – it looks like every episode of this show will air, but almost never on Saturdays. Some episodes will air on Sundays, some episodes will be pushed to the following Friday. (That’s the deal with the episode airing this Friday, it’s the Sombra vs Volador final which aired in Mexico last Saturday.)

52MX: set up for the Arena Coliseo debut, Mistico’s debut.

C3: Everything airs but the lighting match. Sangre Neuva Block A is the highlight.

GDL: Feed was working Thursday night. They did not air a new episode and may be out of order now, but the usual taping has Averno/Mephisto/Terrible vs Maximo/Shocker/Thunder in the main event, and more of the Cometa/Stuka vs Namajague/Okumura feud.

TVC Deportes (Puebla): Astral vs Olimpico for the minis title, Sombra/Mistico/Thunder vs Kraneo/Psicosis/Volador. The early Monday morning replay seems to be canceled here.

Terra: Arena Coliseo Tag Tema title match, Atlantis/Azul/Mistico vs Niebla/Dragon/Averno.

IWRG-AYM Sports: Latin American Sports, a sister network of AYM Sports, lists Lucha Libre on Sunday evening, the same time the IWRG show airs on AYM. I think they’ve picked up the show (winter baseball is over, spring baseball hasn’t started), but you never know. They did NOT air a new episode last week; this episode should be the mask match if they air live. I really hope the mask match turns up.

IWRG-TVC Deportes: I’ve been a week of here; they’re on an 10 day delay, so this is the week with Mesias and LA Park.

Noches de Coliseo: Seem to be airing 2 matches from Sunday, 2 matches from Tuesday, and 2 matches from who knows.

AAA-Televisa: Remainder of the Pachuca taping. Both the main event and the women’s match were promoted for this week. They’re also promising a Roldan/Roldan/Roldan discussion, so perhaps only enough time for two matches. That probably leaves little time for the minis match and the Drago/Fenix/Octagon vs Consejo/Pentagon trios. They both set up matches on the next taping, but either are on the two hour show or will be skipped entirely.

Interestingly, that Univison Deportes two hour show is listed as airing Saturday, directly after the Televisa show finishes up. If that’s the new episode (and not really late rerun), that’s a good slot for it. It’s only listed as a one week deal, no Thursday replay this week.

Galavision/Televisa: Guerreros vs Atlantis/Mascara/Porky, more Stuka/Namajague and a lightning match.

US Galavision is only airing this overnight this week. In the past, this has meant they just air a rerun, but they did air the new episode last time around.

FOX: Women’s trios and Sombra/Volador in the finals of the Reyes del Aire. This does not air this weekend in the US, but there are two airings next weekend so maybe one will be a repeat.

52MX: Bufete del Amor vs Invasors, Namajague/Stuka.

C3: Panther/Azul/Porky vs Felino/Negro/Escorpion.

GDL: Shocker/Sombra/Valiente vs Averno/Niebla/Volador

Have you enjoyed CMLL being back on Fox Deportes US? Great – too bad it’s almost over. The show airs on Sunday this week. It does not air next week. It airs once in March (the 1st, a Friday, not sure if it’ll be the previous episode late or the new one early), then again only once in April (the 7th, and what it’ll be.) Scheduling can change, but that’s all according to Fox’s own website, which makes it appear as if it’ll only be a first weekend of the month show going forward. That doesn’t make any sense or help anyone, but there you go.

There’s also some Galavision changes. There is no overnight airing this weekend. Next week, there’s only an overnight airing (which usually means they air a repeat.)

AYM again lists IWRG as airing Sunday and Monday, and hopefully it actually does air on one of those days.

AAA-Televisa: The Pachuca taping, though your guess is probably better in mine in figuring out what’s next. They have tended to air the minis match the first week, and the main event the last week. I’m guessing they do all the matches which don’t directly relate to the big incident on this show, and then bundle them all together next week.

AAA-Fusion: ????? Dunno what could be airing, unless they taped the entire Veracruz show (and they did have plenty of cameras there.)

Galavision/Televisa: Ultimo/Atlantis also face off and the Cometa/Stuka vs Namajague/Okumura moves is kicked to this show.

FOX: The Reyes del Aire Block B for sure. This block did not go 40 minutes, so probably the opener makes air (and because it’s Oro/Sensei vs Peleton de Terror, that’s a promising thing.)

52MX: Top 3 from Terra, including another Invasors/Bufete match.

C3: Peste Negra vs Blue Panther/Mascara Dorada/Shocker

Terra: The two best trios in the world (according to CMLL), and probably a small man being thrown around by his head. More Namajague vs Stuka and some possibly good undercard matches.

AAA-Fusion: Back! In a fashion! They aired the semifinals of the AAA/WAVE Reina de Reinas tournament tonight, so probably the final and the Fenix/Pimpi tag match tag match next week. They’ve had this footage for a while, and I wonder if the situation here is like the main AAA show – they held back on airing unaired shows until they planned on running tapings again. (Though that would mean a taping next weekend and there probably would be at least a taping location out by now.)
