AAA, a promotion known for spacemen, dragons and a wide variety of clowns, is running a show this weekend. It’s nice to see them again. It’s an 8 pm CT start, probably kicking off with a La Parka tribute.

I get the sense that the CMLL Claro show will be more than what’s listed, or the parts that are actually Mr. Niebla tributes aren’t going to be the matches. (Which is good, because those matches aren’t that good.)

No Monday/Tuesday lineups, but there will be shows like most every other week.

I’m not really sure why I keep doing these posts. I don’t get much feedback on them. It’s probably inertia. Still, it worked out for me this time; I had it stuck in my head that I could watch CMLL Marca, stay up for a few hours, and then watch a FantasticaMania show. That is not the case! Saturday (morning) is the off day. Friday (morning), Sunday (morning) and Monday (morning) are the correct days. I’m getting up Sunday morning and watching some wrestling and then making some chocolate pancakes.

So many single matches on the regular CMLL shows. Not great 1v1, but lots of them.

AAA returns next week.

Three weeks until an AAA TV taping. And this is the last week of a normal CMLL schedule. Tuesday’s the travel day for the group headed to Japan. It makes for a bigger than usual Martes de Nuevo Valores lineup, but also a higher chance everyone will play it safe.

Guess we really can’t close the year on 2019 until we see Volador/Gran Guerrero and Diamante Azul/Ultimo Guerrero.

CMLL and nothing but CMLL for the next three weeks. Wednesday’s Sin Piedad show is the one show to watch this week (and the one I have least chance of watching live.) Keep an eye on the Sunday show uploads, Electrico/Halcon Suriano Jr. might be something.

AAA goes away for at least a month. I don’t know what is going on with Nacion Lucha Libre. It’s only CMLL.

CMLL Tuesday going to Wednesday has been noted a lot, but it’s also worth realizing the show moves to a 5 pm CT start (2.5 hours early) for the next couple of weeks.

Templario vs Rey Cometa sounds fun if it’ll air on the CMLL Sunday shows.
