Match 1: Leono & Metálico vs Disturbio & Inquisidor
Arena Mexico, 11/26/2013

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos

  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 13:57
Rating: good
Notes: Referee Terror Chino.

1: Decidedly not working in the usual opening fashion, with more cascading entry and a sudden Leono spinning headscissors armbar protection on Disturbio before the second cycle. Rudos go after the técnicos arms much, which sort of plays into the submission. Metálico uses a rolling fireman's slam to set up a grounded crucifix pin and the victory.

2: A slow Metálico headscissors sends Disturbio out, so Metálico gets in one more from the apron. Disturbio trips Leono climbs up the ropes to switch the momentum. Inquisidor is too busy celebrating dropkicking Leono out to notice Metálico in, but Disturbio attacks from behind to clean things up. Inquisidor sets up Metálico for Disturbio's knees soon after, then Disturbio does the same for Inquisidor.

3: Disturbio works over Metálico. Metálico starts hitting Inquisidor every time he gets hit, and that works poorly for Inquisidor. He fares better against Leono. Leono turns it around by putting Inquisidor on the top rope on a corner whip, and boosting Metálico up to – slap Inquisidor and monkey flip Leono. Leon can't quit eland on his feet, which gets the crowd to make negative noise. Leono quebradoras Disturbio, Inquisidor gives Metálico a flying armdrag (sort of) and Leono kicks Inquisidor down for a two count. Referee was not ready for a pin at all. Leono misses a clothesline, Inquisidor crucifix cradle one two NO. Inquisidor front cracker off a corner whip, referee counts one and that's it. Rudos are unhappy with the count. Leono spinebuster on Inquisidor, motocicleta, rudo gives.

Disturbio gives Leono his back suplex into a backbreaker to eliminate him

Disturbio and Metálico exchange chops until Disturbio kicks Metálico down. Metálico whipped, back with a sunset flip, two count. Metálico huracanrana one two no. Disturbio charges, Metalico moves, Disturbio heel kick foul, clothesline, cover, but it won't count. Referee throws Disturbio out and calls the DQ. Rudos argue, then stop Metálico. Disturbio is shocked by his own actions.

Match 2: Pegasso, Soberano Jr., Tritón vs Arkángel de la Muerte, Canelo Casas, Nitro
Arena Mexico, 11/26/2013

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos

  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos
Match Time: 14:32
Rating: ok
Notes: Suspenders update: Yes. Cadetes del Espacio update: two of them. Referee is Bestia Negra.

1: Rudos can't decided who should start. Canelo Casas does, against Pegasso, and is eventually armdagged out. Triton and Hooligan are next, but only just for some armdrags. Soberano and Arkangel shake hands without incident. Arkangel wisely uses tests of strength against Arkangel, but Arkangel is eventually able to monkey flip him anyway. Crowd is very entertained by his quebradoras. Headscissors armbar finishes Arkangel without anyone else jumping. Replay shows at least Canelo Casas was looking the other way and the submission was pretty quick.

2: Canelo does even worse against Pegasso the second time, getting in nothing before being headscissored out. Triton pulls of a springboard headscissors on Arkangel. Hooligan shoulderblocks Soberano out of the ring, which is missed the first time but shown the second. Hooligan poses instead of attacking everyone else like UG might, which allows Soberano to swing come kick him and come in with a nice top rope tornillo. Soberano avoids and rolls the ramp, kicks Hooligan gives as he chases and rope bounce armdrags him up the aisle. Rudos take over by deciding to just go 2 on 1. That seems to work, though not sure why it's allowed. Rudos takes Triton out quickly, but Canelo holds up the match until Triton comes back in, and Triton soon gets him in a torito. Arkangel comes back in to help out, and the rudos tie Triton in the ropes for a Canelo dropkick. Pegasso takes corner kicks. Big backdrop and dropkick for Soberano, and Arkangel finishes him off. Canelo Casas' finish doesn't look like a finish. Maybe like the lightest Michinoku Driver possible.

3: Triton immediately lands a handspring double back elbow, so this one won't last one. Canelo takes out Triton, Soberano takes him and Hooligan out, then pulls for a great tope con giro on Arkangel. Dive ban limited. Triton knocks down Hooligan a little far away from Pegasso's 450 splash, so he slightly lands on his feet before completing the splash. Triton hits his own finish a bit better, but the referee won't count because his foot is in the roes. Triton has no idea what's going on doesn’t move his leg at all. Triton finally gives up the pin, drops Canelo in the center of the ring and holds him for Pegasso top rope splash. Ref won't count with Triton touching the pin either, so this takes a few seconds longer.

Match 3: Dark Angel, Estrellita, Goya Kong vs Amapola, Tiffany, Zeuxis
Arena Mexico, 11/26/2013

  1. técnicas

  2. rudas

  3. técnicas

Winner: técnicas (2-1)
Match Time: 10:05
Rating: good
Notes: Referee is Tirantes.

1: Estrellita and Goya Kong randomly decide to charge full speed at the rudas at the whistle, and it works. Dark Angel catches up with her partners to bodyscissors bulldogs Zeuxis. Técnicas take out the rudas, all dance and, and then Dark Angel and Estrellita land apron dives. Goya back bends under a clothesline, and drops her with the Rosa Driver for the quickest first fall in some time. That was amusingly strange and efficient. Replays last longer than the fall.

2: Everyone actually starts in the corner this fall. Dark Angel throws Zeuxis around with one rope bounce snap mare, but gets stopped on the second. Dark Angel thrown in the corner and kicked in the face, but Dark Angel charges out of the corner to hit Zeuxis with a running knee smash. Rope bounce armdrag sends Dark Angel out. Amapola misses a clothesline, and holds up while Dark Angel dances. Angel sends Amapola out with a step over headscissors and tags out. Estrellita and Tiffany, both in new silver outfits, resume their issues. Estrellita dances without getting kicked, which is rate for here. Flying armdrag and headscissors sends Zeuxis out next, and Amapola's run over via clothesline. Armdrag and headscissors to send her out. Goya and Zeuxis exchange shoves, then Goya knocks Zeuxis out with a body smash. Goya and Zeuxis reverse whips on each other for a while, Zeuxis misses a punch, and Goya gives her a stunner over the top rope. Goya tortures Tiffany, but misses the elbow drop. Tiffany kicks Goya while she's down, and brings in Amapola for a dropkick. Estrellita runs into a sit down powerbomb, for one pin while Amapola pulls Goya's legs back for the other (and Zeuxis keeps Dark Angel out.)

3: Rudas all stomp Estrellita. Dark Angel tries to help, but just gets thrown out by her hair. Estrellita's thrown down by the back of her head. Triple dropkick on Goya is not well timed. Dark Angel keeps getting thrown out without getting anything in. Tiffany wrenches Estrellita's head around. Rudas run Goya into boos and into the corner, then trip her up so Tiffany can land the Bronco Buster and Zeuxis her running double knees to the face. Zeuxis also gets in her boosted double knee lift on Dark Angel. Estrellita turns it around by avoiding an Amapola corner charge. Amapola spear the post, but Zeuxis cuts Estrellita off from the dive. Remaining rudas try a double clothesline on Goya, but she runs thru it and planchas poor Tiffany. Zeuxis attacks Goya, Dark Angel attacks her, Amapola attacks her, and Amapola knocks Amapola over. Goya dives off the apron onto Amapola, greatly amusing the crowd. Dark Angle planchas Tiffany, then pulls Zeuxis into a reinera while Estrellita uses her cradle (successful!) on Tiffany for the win.

Match 4: Stuka Jr., Thunder, Titán vs Terrible, Tiger, Vangellys
Arena Mexico, 11/26/2013

  1. técnicos

  2. TRT

  3. TRT

Winner: TRT (2-1)
Match Time: 14:00
Rating: good
Notes: Referee is Bestia Negra. Comandante is with the TRT team.

1: Pairs are Titan/Vangelis, Stuka/Tiger, and Thunder/Terrible. The last one starts with Thunder top rope plancha-ing poor Tiger, and Terrible telling him to pick on someone his own size. This goes badly for Terrible. Thunder lands his tope con giro onto Terrible (or at least the area), and the other técnicos win. Unsure what Titan and Tiger were going for with their cradle.

2: Titanic on Terrible to send him out. Stuka flips around until Vangelis stops him with the wheel kick. Vangelis slide out before Stuka can get revenge, so Stuka chases and headscissors him on the floor. Vangelis seems to be limping pretty badly, having problems with his left leg. I think he fell hard on Stuka's finish last fall. Comandante and Terrible hit each other more than Thunder. Tiger attacks Thunder from behind to start the beatdown. Rudos chop Thunder for a while. Corner charges on him. Tiger takes out Titan with a superkick, then is tossed in the Vangelis Special for the fall. Titan being the captain is stunning.

3: Tiger goes after Stuka's mask, then hangs him for a running kick to the chest, then a dropkick to the chest. Terrible sticks with punches and hand biting on Thunder. Titan sneaks in his handspring jumping side kick on Vangelis, Tiger superkicks him, Stuka armdrags him, Terrible boots him, Thunder clotheslines him a couple times. Thunder's tripped up going for more, but doesn’t realize he's supposed to sit up for a Terrible dropkick right away. TRT superbomb on Thunder to finish him. Stuka tries to surprise Terrible with an cradle after the pinfall, but Terrible kicks out. Rudo accidentally chop Terrible, and Titan plancha both of them. Boost dropkick sends Vangelis out, Tiger miss a dropkick, and Titan use Tiger's boost to get the apron. Big slaps for Tiger, springboard moonsault onto Vangelis. Vangelis looks to really be hurting. Stuka drops Tiger in the center of the ring and heads up, but Terrible trips him up. Tiger superplex on Stuka, Terrible splash, one two three.

Terrible and Comandante help Vangelis to the back.

Match 5: Máximo, Shocker, Super Porky vs Dragón Rojo Jr., Pólvora, Rey Escorpión
Arena Mexico, 11/26/2013

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos

  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 11:54
Rating: ok
Notes: Revolucionarios enter as a group. Referee is Tirantes.

1: Rey Escorpion backs away from Máximo before the match starts. They start, but do not get far before Pólvora and Dragon Rojo step in to attack Máximo from behind. Beatdown. Escorpion slams Super Porky. That seems to be getting harder, but Escorpion doesn't sell it as such. Double suplex on Shocker sends up a Pólvora frog splash. Tirantes has a weird cadence (or slips) during his count, which greatly confused the announcers. Why is Shocker captain?

2: Corner clotheslines for Shocker, who still shakes his fist at the rudos from the mat. Dragon Rojo low blow dropkicks him. Porky soon after turns it around by running into Escorpion, and planchas on him from the apron. Técnicas beat the rudos in the meantime. Shocker keeps on his hold long after the fact so Máximo can kiss Pólvora, but Pólvora finally breaks free.

3: Tecnico showcases build to Máximo versus Escorpion, so Porky and Shocker get in their sequences first. Escorpion won't face Máximo after all that but does attack him from behind. Máximo rallies, Escorpion blocks the kiss a few times, other rudos kick him out. Shocker fights 1 on 2 and loses the punching and kicking battle, with Escorpion even getting in shorts from outside. Shocker make a slow comeback and beats Dragon Rojo with the Dos Caras clutch. Porky flattens Pólvora, then faces off with Escorpion. Escorpion misses on the sunset flip, scoots over to hook him anyway, and Pólvora knocks Porky over to finish the hold. Escorpion actually gets a sunset flip to work on Porky!

Máximo ducks a chop that gets Pólvora, then argues with Tirantes instead facing off with Tirantes. Escorpion swings, misses and nearly hits Tirantes. Tirantes covers up and turns away, and Máximo takes advantage to fake a foul. Escorpion protests, but the técnicos lead the crowd into chanting for the foul. Escorpion turns his back on Máximo to argue, Máximo stops selling, gets back up, turns Escorpion around, surprises with a kiss, and cradles him for the win.

Máximo challenges Escorpion. Porky tells Máximo to bring Escorpion's hair home. Escorpion says Máximo isn't man enough to face him and starts an Escorpion chant. It does not take.
