Notes: Referee is Edgar.

Signo tries to hold Bala on the mat, but Bala rolls thru and armdrags him away. Signo hiptosses Bala to the mat and tires to armbar him there, but Bala armdrags him away. More back and forth on the mat doesn't get them anywhere. Circle. Signo leg kick, whip, off the rope evasion, Bala springboard tope. Whip, reverses, Bala headscissors and Signo sent onto the ropes. Bala runs, running double keep to the back. Bala kicks Signo pained body off the apron, goes the apron himself, rolls onto the apron and leaps off with splash to the floor. Hombre Bala is loco. Replay of that. Bala back in first. Clothesline misses, Signo dropkicks him in the knee, then in the shoulder. Two count. Signo demands a faster count. Replay of that. Five minute call is early? Huh. Both in, Bala 'rana is very slow, two count. Both up, Bala ducks behind for an inside cradle for two. Corner whip, Bala charges in, Signo tosses him up and brings him down with a big spinebuster. Nudo Signo, and Bala is done. Announcers give out a time that's about twenty seconds shorter than what we saw, odd. Replay of the finish.

Signo says this year is the year of Hijo del Signo. Doubtful!

Match 2: Blue Panther ©, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. vs Averno ©, Ephesto, Puma
Arena Coliseo, 01/20/2013

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 12:21
Rating: good
Notes: Referee is Terror Chino.

1: Maya and Puma battle on the mat to start, including Puma working in a crooked figure four only for Maya to reverse the pressure somehow. Maya also finds a Maya like way to maneuver to standing on his head for a headscissors. Ephesto beats up Panther with some pulled punches, but sends him into the técnico corner where Delta can come in with a springboard plancha. Delta seems to be confused as to what to do at one point and Ephesto bails him out by corner charging when it didn't really make sense on him. Delta headscissors Ephesto out, Averno kicks him out, Delta trips up Averno from the outside, the trip has no bearing on what they do next, and Panther gets in his middle rope headscissors. Panther waistlock drop, reverse armscissors, Averno gives up quick.

2: Delta has a longer offensive run, without as many logic holes. Cartwheel roll over the ropes into a headscissors on Averno finishes it. Puma and Maya brawls. Maya is using the Negro heel kick a lot lately. Makes him different than everyone who's using superkicks (like Puma, here), Puma leads Maya on a chases in and out, Maya still flips over backdrop and armdrags him, and follows with the running up the ropes armdrag to send Puma out. Averno kicks Panther into the ropes, foot caught, Panther spins him, Averno lands a slap anyway. Averno is very proud of himself while Maya roots Panther on. Whip, clothesline misses, Panther back with a flipping armdrag into another reverse armscissors, but the rudos break it up before h can get it now. Rudos attack the other técnicos too and set hem up for the win. Reverse figure four on Maya, Devil's Wings on Maya.

3: Puma tries to unmasked Delta. That doesn't work,s o Puma just drags Delta around by the mask and argues with the ref. Whip, double back elbow with Averno, and Puma switches to trying to untie the mask. Panther breaks that up. Averno grabs the mask, but then rushes and kicks Panther to bring him in the ring. All three rudos stomp Panther while the ref tries to keep Maya from coming in. Not the greatest refereeing job there. Maya comes in, but he's attacked from before he can do much. Whip, Averno back elbow when the guys were expecting him to run thru. Averno picks up Maya to fix that and whips him the ropes, rebound double hiptoss, Maya lands on his feet, Averno grabs him, double chop, Maya moves and Averno's knocked out of the ring. Maya boost 'rana on Ephesto, one two Puma breaks it up just in time. Whip – almost taking out the ref that time, Puma spinebuster, inverted figure four on, but Delta breaks it up. Delta unties mask while Puma waves his hand no. Delta's only really stopped by the referee warning him. Whip, Delta rolls backwards into Puma's dropkick one – Panther dives in to break it up. Referee has lost control of this one, that's for sure. Corner whip, reversed, Delta charges into Puma's boots, Puma rushes out for an inside cradle, Delta rolls thru and out, and Maya in again with a top rope plancha. One two NO. Puma heel kick, suplex – with a bit of a spin there. One two Averno dropkick Maya in the head. Maya shoves Averno, only for Puma to kick him from behind. Puma tags Averno when Averno's not anywhere close to the corner. Averno whip, big flapjack, one two Delta dropkicks the pin and rolls back out. Averno punch misses, Maya headscissors does not. Maya tags in anther and kicks Averno. Panther gives Averno a chop, as he argues about the 1 on 2. whip, Panther hiptoss, Maya off the ropes, boost dropkick to flatten Averno, panther covers one two NO Averno has the ropes. Averno slaps Panther, charges, and takes a hiptoss to the floor. Old man tope! Puma looks at the damage, and gets taken out by a Delta springboard plancha. Ephesto misses a clothesline, Delta flipping armdrag into a crossface, while Maya puts on the inverted suástica. Submissions for both.

Averno teases fighting Panther before they go to replays. Guerrero Maya gives a very fired up promo and the Reyes del Atlantida. Delta does not get to say anything.

Match 3: Shocker ©, Super Porky, Valiente vs Mr. Niebla ©, Negro Casas, Pólvora
Arena Coliseo, 01/20/2013

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 12:59
Rating: ok
Notes: Entrances are shown but clipped. Zacarias is with the rudos. Ref is Maya

1: Negro and Valiente start with chain wrestling, but it quickly turns to into a heated chop battle. Negro tries to intimidate Valiente, and Valiente will not be intimidates. Negro's chopped into the técnico corner and yanked around by his hair. Valiente and Negro resume hold for hold, but Negro opens it up for slaps again and gets slapped into a neutral corner this time. The rudos consoling Pólvora after Porky stomps on his hands is the best part of their exchange. Niebla does his dance and catches his spit in the first fall, which seems to bode ill for the rest of the match. It does power him up to slap Shocker all around. Shocker fires back with a fiery chop exchange of his own. Whip, Shocker slides under, spinning armdrag, Niebla rolls but comes back with a clothesline. Niebla puts on a waistlock and tries to walk the ropes, but fails badly and that leads directly to the finish. Valiente pins Negro with a 'rana, which is nice but the other two are the captain. Maya calls the fall over, then counts that anyway. Meanwhile, Porky stops Pólvora from doing the sunset flip because he's not ready, then just has him repeat the spot so he can do the sit.

Thunder promo.

2: Negro and Valiente have another good chop fight, with Negro wining by the fake right punch/heel kick trick. Corner chops are reversed back and forth a couple times,. Negro begs off, turns a whip into a sleeper, pulls Valiente down, and Valiente gets in his kick. Negro hasn't used that set in a while. Springboard sends Negro out. Polvora's just runs into multiple armdrags an a quebradora. Valiente grabs onto Polvora's mask until Pólvora kicks free, and that ends Valiente's run. Porky and Niebla have a dance off. Porky takes a bump off a Niebla shoulderblock, then rallies back to hipblock Niebla out. Shocker gives Pólvora three quebradoras in a row, then no-sells a Negro jawbrekaer to cradle him for a two count. Three straight hiptosses for Negro. Shocker fakes Niebla out with handshakes, but gets shoves into the rudo cornered and worked over by everyone. Slam, and Zacarias lands the middle rope splash. Niebla slams Shocker in the center of the ring, goes up, and lands his splash for the win. Other rudos beat up the other técnicos.

3: Zacarias gets Valiente with a sliding low blow dropkick. Negro and Valiente blocked each other's suplexes repeatedly until Valiente finally gets it for two. Negro recovers to go after Valiente's knee. Whip, flapjack, and Pólvora stops Valiente from making a tag. Corner whip, charge, Valiente moves, and Pólvora spears the post at a high rate of speed. Valiente starts for the Valiente special, Pólvora moves, Valiente topes him instead at a high rate of speed. Zacarias and Niebla whip Porky into the corner, Porky runs out and flattens Niebla, then hipchecks Zacarias down, and then splashes both. One two three. That's the match, which Maya again signals, then he counts Shocker's pin on Niebla anyway.

Porky and Shocker dance to Shocker's music. Replays. The rudos are interviewed post match. Negro Casas says they're the crowd favorites, and Mr. Niebla says the same. Pólvora says they demonstrated the rudos rare the best. Zacarias rides on Negro's shoulders, and that's it.
