  2. rudos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 10:35
Rating: eh
Notes: Referee is Pompin. Arena is very quiet and ring is very loud. It is an opener. Zayco has changed his mask a bit.

1: Pairs are Blanco/Zayco, Leono/Apocalipsis the first time thru, then things speed up with Tigre Blanco the same time thru. He hiptosses and dropkick Zayco out and sidesteps an Apocalipsis dropkick of little quality, but Apocalipsis takes him down on the next pass, and Zayco adds a top rope elbow drop. Apocalipsis blocks Leono into a submission to win the fall

2: Rudos control early, going after Blanco's left leg, then generally throwing Leono around. Another disallowed tag here, the new favorite spot of CMLL técnicos. Blanco comes back in, for Zayco to slap about, and the crowd gets in to a bit. Leono has a flay comeback, dropkicking Zayco as he armdrags Apocalipsis. The inside springboard setup to his rolling La Rosa is a bit iffier. Blanco takes care of Zayco at the same time. Crowd loudly anti-tecnico.

3: Usual técnico showcase sequence for Leono: taking one move, giving two back, posing, and being booed. Tigre Blanco is the same, though not as flashy. Leono shows off spinning armdrags against Apocalipsis, but Apocalipsis still kicks him out. Blanco clotheslines him, then he and Apocalipsis get lost in their next bit. Blanco takes back over with a chop, a flapjack, and a cavernaria. Leono finishes Zayco, and that's the match.

Match 2: Astral, Niño de Acero, Pequeño Halcón vs Pequeño Olímpico, Pequeño Universo 2000, Pequeño Violencia

Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 11:53
Rating: bad
Notes: Referee is Maya.

1: Pairs are Nino de Acero/Olímpico, Halcón/Violencia, Astral/Universo. Olímpico goes a long way on a simple armdrag to end their exchange. Halcón fantastically screws up an armdrag and then runs behind for the next few seconds. He still tries to celebrate when he's done, and Violencia starts slap fight instead. Astral almost misses Universo on a slap, then sends him out quick with a casadora armdrag. Other rudos work together to kick out Astral, then take springboard move form the other técnicos. It does not matter, rudos take back control, whip the técnicos into each other, técnicos spin each other, but still run into the rudos holds. Lots of pointless twits on that one.

2: Rudos thrown Astral down for a while. Halcón flips to escape a charge, but gets dropkicked and kicked out. Halcón in and dropkicked out quick. Astral sidesteps a Universo charge, misses a clothesline on the other two, and awkwardly is clotheslined by Astral back to the corner where he started. Violencia slaps Astral a bit, Astral flips out of corner on the next charge, and Olímpico dropkicks Violencia by mistake. Astral boots him out, and he and Olímpico grind the match to a halt to wave for reactions. Crowd is louder then the opener. Astral send Olímpico with a headscissors, teases a dive, and bounce off the ropes to a pose. Universo and Nino do a little. Halcón and Violencia do a little. Nino follows with a low Felino dive to the outside. Halcón stops Universo with an iffy quebradora, dropkick him out, and nearly takes himself out with a slow slingshot tope con giro to the floor. Halcón barely turned over for a time. Astral nearly blows a casadora cradle, but gets enough for it for a two count. Olímpico misses a clothesline, Astral flips to the apron, clothesline blocked, Astral back in with a slingshot into a 'rana, Olímpico rolls thru one two rope grab three.

People check on Halcón on the outside, who's laying face down, but don’t seem too concerned. Replay shows Universo's attempt at catch caused Halcón to stop moving forward and fall straight down, but Halcón was still somewhat responsible.
