1: Ultimo Guerrero vs Diamante Azul is Diamante Azul showing off tricky chain stuff he can do, including something not far off from Alberto Del Rio's finish. Announcers discuss Diamante Negro's name change, and Dragon Rojo's previous identity. Azul armdrags UG out, then chases him out there. They have a long staredown there, everyone else just kind of waiting. Babe Richard encourages one of the técnicos to come in, while Volador springboards in. One of these men is the hero of the people on this night; unfortunately for CMLL, it's the rudo. Volador gets on one knee and offer a hand. La Mascara tentatively accepts it. Brief hug, hand raise – and Volador slaps. Slap fight back and forth is pretty hard. They go outside it for another fight. Volador takes it inside, but kicks Mascara as he comes in. Volador charges, Mascara swing kicks him and flying headscissors him out. Mascara chases, and quebradoras him on the floor. Marco and Bucanero in. Rey's clotheslines aren't working, so Marco helps out by taking a big bump for him. Plancha is caught, dropped, and stone punched. Marco backs all the way up the ramp – but UG runs up and clothesline him! Other rudos clothesline Azul out to the ramp, and Máscara off the apron. Volador goes after Diamante's mask – it's a rarity! (Or not.) Marco's tide the ropes, Diamante is tied to him, Volador holds them both up – Guerreros flying sit on both! JCR's talking about Rey & UG's many tag title defenses, which may be annoying current UG partner’s Dragon Rojo. Rolling dropkick sends Volador out, and Diamante Azul crushes him with the apron tope con giro. Bucanero misses a corner charge, Mascara superkicks UG, then casadora cradles Bucanero as Marco finish UG. Fall turned quick.

2: Bucanero spears Mascara as they pick up this match. Bucanero misses a clothesline, and Mascara drops him with three straight quebradoras. Ultimo Guerrero & Diamante Azul in again, both teasing it like it's a big thing. Guerrero knocks down Azul with a clothesline. Whip, clothesline miss, Diamante clothesline blocked, Ultimo flips Diamante but hands lands on his feet and steps up into a headscissors. No particular reason for him. Bucanero in, into the giant armdrag. Diamante backs up to the corner, Volador charges, Diamante moves, Volador hits the corner, and Azul monkey flips him all the way out. Giant monkey flip to the other area. Chop fake uppercut sends Volador to the floor. Rey walks in the ring backwards, and backs into a posing Marco. Rey tease test of strength, but shoots in a shot to the gut. Whip, Bucanero chops, Marco swings Rey ducks, repeat until Marco fakes the punch, waits for Bucanero to duck, back up and hits him there. Whip, reversed quick reverse, again into Marco’s Russian legsweep. That's new. UG chops Marco hard in the corner, corner whip, reverse, Marco flips him to the apron and knocks hi, off. Marco pulls UG back up the apron by his mask and tosses him in. Marco hip swivel. Bucanero attacks Marco again. Not giving up. Whip, double clothesline misses, double shoulderblock sends Marco out. UG drops down, and monkey flips his partner into a straight slingshot plancha onto Marco. Máscara misses a dropkick on UG, corner whip, Mascara steps out of the way, UG takes the knee bump out. Marco runs – tope into the UG into the barricade. Not much room to back up there. Volador and Diamante Azul left in. Volador off the ropes, waved by, flipping run, double rotation by Volador but he just drop off without finish a move. Springboard, Diamante catches Volador in a waistlock, tosses Volador, Volador lands on his hands and knees and pulls off Diamante’s mask. Backcracker! I don't think the pin is gong to work, but Volador gives it a try just to see. Referees both saw it, so they pull him off and point to Azul. Volador shows off his new mask.

Panther can't get to his feet. Negro kicks around Panther, then just sits on the ropes and laughs. He's very much enjoying himself. Negro just looks at the crowd for a bit. Panther trapped in almost the dead center of the ring, but seems more trapped than pained. Panther fights to slap thru the submission, then puts on a cruz nipona variant. Negro is trapped on one knee, so he tries to bite Panther's forearm to get free. Negro flips thru the middle of the hold, heel kicks Panther's shin, breaks one armlock, and puts on a standing Octopus. That's not getting it done, but the announcers to get to bring up Enrique Llanes and Vilalno III. Tirabuzón now, but Panther still will not go. Crowd into it, even though this is a slower paced battle than what they're used to doing. Panther gets free to put on - something. Crowd boos this, maybe because it's not clear, maybe because there's many Negro fans. Negro tries to chop free, Panther rolls it forward into like an inverted double armbar, though Negro battles to keep it from being applied. Negro is trapped, but Panther can't hold it. Negro gets free, then grabs the ropes. Both slow up. Chop fight, Negro shoves Panther back, they both charge with clotheslines, neither goes down. Panther clothesline misses, and Negro heel kicks him. Negro kneelift misses, Panther uses the ropes to push him away, Negro comes back and jumps on Panther's shoulders, Panther trips him forward. That won't work too much on the ground, which Panther realizes and gives up on immediately. Panther slowly back in. Panther off the ropes, running – tope hits Negro, but goes thru him and Panther hits the barricade. There's a noticeable “thwack” sound when Panther hits the barricade shoulder first. Think we're going to need to get use to that noise. Referee checks on Panther first, and it does look like he got the worst of it. Negro's down too, but not as hurt. Both slow up, but Panther closer to the ring. Both roll back in. Negro up first. casita one, two, NO. Dramatic slow count time. Both up, Panther takedown, setup for the nudo, but Negro pokes him in the eye to stop that. Negro up and stomping his feet. Licking his own bicep? Clothesline misses, Panther takedown, leglock, on, sort of, except panther keeps leaning forward instead of sitting down, just so he can slap Negro. Negro grabs his arm, rolls Panther forward, both pinned, one two three.

Panther is sure he won and celebrates. Terror Chino explains otherwise. Announcers explains there is no tie – they both lose their hair. Meanwhile, both luchadors are trying to get the crowd and the officials to let them keep going. Both Panico and Commissioner Gustavo come to the ring, talk, and then pass it out to the ring announcers, who announces both men will be losing their hair. They fight a bit, then panther gets down to get his hair cut. Negro kicks Panther and goes to take off. Panico tries to stop him, but That doesn’t work. Terror Chino tries to stop him, and at least gets him to calm down.

Replays.
