Notes: There's a bit where all the técnicos pose together on the stage, but the cameras don't catch it in any discernible fashion. They all use Rey Cometa's music for some reason, I guess because he was front of the line. Guerrero Maya has the new scary mask. We get names and mask for the unit, and they pose together for photos. Pólvora's music leads in the rudos. Puma is far more concerned with making sure the camera gets a good shot of his new shirt than whatever pose the rudos are doing. Has Tiger stolen Electrico's guitar whammy move? I thought they were dance friends! There are a lot of people in this match! Whistle blows with all 18 in the ring – I'm sure there's been a battle royal at some point that I can't think of right now, but this might be the biggest match in CMLL history. Cage matches have gone up 15, cibernéticos are usually 16. Everyone makes motions at each other before they're cleared out. Babe Richard is ref, and he starts with -
Guerrero Maya and Raziel, who are a good duo to go back and forth on the mat here. They're even to zero trips, but then Maya misses a dropkick and Raziel gets him for okie roll. This set up another back and forth pins, and tags.
Mascara Dorada and Aguila. Aguila with an armbar, Dorada trips him up, rolls him, Aguila does ht same, and hiptoss Dorada. Running in place dance. Circle. Dorada drop toe hold, crossface. Aguila out to wristlock, Dorada to a headlock, Aguila takes Dorada down and slaps him in the side of the head. Back and forth they go, eventually rolling to a standoff.
Euforia – new red gear! - and Delta in. Delta escapes a Euforia armdrag to get one of his own. Euforia trips up Delta and flips him over his hip, but Delta armdrag out instead. Euforia trips up Delta and flips off his back to off, but Delta flips thru an arm sweep.
Titan and Rey Escorpion is in. Circle, Titan armdrag. Dragon Rojo reveals Rey Escorpion is his favorite in this match! Titan sneaks behind Rey Escorpion, rolling into a front facelock cradle, Rey Escorpion out to an armbar, Titan rolls into an armdrag, Escorpion up and tipping him, but Titan getting him with a headscissors. Titan rolls to his feet for a faceoff. This was not as smooth as some other.
Valiente and Tiger, who's wearing a very generic looking black outfit. Back to the closed mask as well. Battling armdrags. Valiente shoves Tiger down and goes for a STF, but Tiger rolls thru. Half crab, Valiente picks a leg, drops Tiger on his stomach. Circling. Tiger trip, leg trap, Valiente rolls over, he takes Tiger on and puts on his own leg trip, neither can get much going, so tags.
Angel de Oro and Puma King. Puma posing a bit. Chop fight, Angel de Oro misses a clothesline, Puma with leg kicks and a questionably low heel kick, off the ropes, charging in got a rebound armdrag but rolling out of it. Off the ropes evasion, Angel de Oro puts his head down too soon, Puma kicks it up, then superkicks him. Puma whip, reversed, Angel de Oro armdrag him. Angel de Oro rebound into a headscissors. Crowd booing, not sure why. Angel de Oro chest slap. Corner whip, reversed, Angel de Oro flips to the apron, springboard in, while Puma slips out, and Puma springboard for a low looking headscissors. Angel de Oro rolls out, and Puma celebrates.
Signo charges Cometa for a dropkick in the corner, but Cometa just slips back out and Signo crotches himself. Cometa slap Signo off the ropes, goes up – tornillo armdrag – does not work at all, oh. Signo lands on top and chops, Cometa turns it over and chops. Cometa off the ropes, over, rope flip, back flip headscissors I much better. Cometa and Signo onto not on the same page for the next spot, which is a clothesline the back of Cometa that he just ignores. Cometa just slaps Signo, shoulderblock, to the ropes, Signo slides, Cometa handsprings over him, Signo slides out, and Cometa after him with a diving headscissors.
Stuka and Pólvora. Stuka clapping, Stuka headlock, off the ropes, Pólvora muscle poses (!) and Stuka runs him over. Off the ropes, over, quick stop Pólvora whipped, then tossed for a big monkey flip. Stuka calls for one more, goes for it, Pólvora grabs Stuka to put him on the ropes instead, but Stuka just bodyscissors him to the floor. Valiente up on the apron to help – monkey flip on Stuka propels him into a tope con giro on Pólvora.
Fuego and Virus. Virus runs Fuego down on the first pass, but Fuego armdrags him the next. Top rope flip to evade, back bend clothesline evasion, Fuego is fired up. Virus flips Fuego to the apron, and the rudos just yank him off and beat the man from Oaxaca. Euforia and Aguila hang Fuego from the ropes for Virus' dropkick, with Raziel standing on the apron to keep the técnico there. Virus runs, but of course the técnicos all trip him up in revenge. Técnicos go to town on Virus, rudos rush over for a save, and it's a pier 18 brawl. Lots of brawling in the ring, so they keep cutting to Delta and Puma King trying to do nothing outside it. Babe Richard somehow gets in the middle of this and stop it. Pompin comes in to help clear the ring. Announcers throw it to a break, of which there doesn't appear to actually be one.
Rey Escorpion and Rey Cometa left in. Chop fight. Cometa pulls down the straps, and they go back and forth. Cometa off the ropes first, off the other ropes, over, flipping clothesline. Rey Escorpion slaps Cometa. Whip, Cometa back with a headscissors. Escorpion out, Cometa up top – double tornillo the floor.
Aguila and Stuka in. Stuka with a flipping run, Aguila nails him with the jumping heel kick. Euforia tells Aguila to go for more, but Aguila’s got to pose. Stuka up, Aguila with a rebound bounce for Aguila and a backflip onto this knees. Aguila grabs Stuka, but Euforia come in and accidentally dropkick him. Stuka fireman's drops Euforia and heads up. Stuka takes a look at the rudos, looks at Euforia - and dives backwards into a plancha onto Aguila.
Titan in and headscissoring Euforia out. Titan goes for a dive, Puma misses a clothesline, and Tiger in just in time to get dropkicked. Puma waves Tiger back in the ropes, waves him past again, and Titan leaps off Tiger's back to the top rope to a Euforia in a huge plancha.
Angel de Oro and Mascara Dorada both slingshot in, but the Kid Cats double superkick Angel de Oro back out the rudo side. Tiger tricks Dorada into rolling into Puma's dropkick to the backside. Puma gets up, Tiger gives him a look, and then shoves him into bounce off the ropes, and Puma comes back with a tope con giro. Tiger goes out the outside with a tornillo on Dorada.
Maya in, spinning armdrag takes Signo right out. Maya runs in place, then runs for it – tope con giro nails Signo, as well as someone sitting in the first row.
Fuego misses a dropkick, and Pólvora slaps him down hard. Virus very much approves. Tough match for Fuego so far. Corner whip, reversed, Fuego charge in, Pólvora is long gone, that's in because Fuego is walking up the ropes and coming down with a sunset flip, one two no. Hey, a pinfall, Fuego off the ropes, Pólvora drops him via flapjack, one two NO. Pólvora yells RAPIDO. Off the ropes, dropkick miss, Fuego casadora, Pólvora breaks free. Fuego waits for Polovra to get up, off the ropes, over the back armdrag, but Virus stops Fuego from a dive with a chop. Chop fight, Virus getting the better of it. Whip, Virus kneeling clip, dropkick to the face. Virus is fired up, has no idea Valiente is in. Armdrag. Valiente flipping off the top rope for another. Virus out, Valiente slides out after him – and Euforia is ready, taking down the técnicos and holding in place for his leader. Virus slingshot senton connects!
Raziel in, missing a clothesline and caught in a standing moonsault side slam by Cometa. Two count, kickout with a bit of authority. Cometa side kick caught, and Raziel spins him around into a clothesline. Raziel celebrates. Stomping. Chest slap by Raziel. Corner whip, reversed, Cometa flips to the apron, he slaps Raziel down, up top – great looking tornillo lands in Raziel's shins. It was great for the spin, but not for the distance. Cometa rolls on top, only gets one and half. Raziel miss a clothesline, Cometa goes for a headscissors but Cometa drops him face first. One two NO. Both up, Raziel casadora into a - inverted figure four? NO, he's not stopping, arms hooked too – tapatía! No, suspended cavernaria? Whatever it is, it gets the first elimination. Five minuets in! Graphic eliminates Puma King, oops.
Maya misses a plancha on Raziel, who just taunts Maya as he gets up. Raziel chops Maya. Fake Break here. Whip, Raziel misses a clothesline, Maya back with a walk up the ropes armdrag. Puma in, leaning over Maya (I think), off the ropes bit, Puma slide out to trip up Maya, off the ropes, shoulderblock for zero, jumping enziguri connects well. One two NO. Puma right blocks, left blocked, Maya spinning swing head kick, one two no. No idea what the crowd is booing. Maya slaps Puma. Corner whip, Puma jumps to the apron, and slaps Maya away. Springboard – 'rana caught into a powerbomb one two NO. Puma pounds the mat. Maya grabs him as he gets up. Holding him for a second. Suplex into a Rosa Driver, and then an arm trap bow and arrow. Crazy hold gets Puma to give.
Maya celebrates to close to he rudos, and they all just pull him out. Técnicos over for a save, and the brawl breaks out again. Valiente is not part of the brawl, in the corner instead – Valiente Special! There are 15 guys there, but some how the seas part and Euforia is the only one standing there to catch him. Good to see Valiente finally land it.
Delta and Raziel in, Delta with a quick short clothesline. Raziel ends up with a hammerlock, Delta tries a jumping snap mare, but Raziel drops him right on his back. One two NO. Raziel kicks Delta, crucifix left, and rolled off to side for a gutbuster. Raziel is fired up, like a man who think he might defeat two guys in this match. Raziel charges, Delta trips him up on the ropes, Raziel falls free, Delta seems very nervous but runs up the corner for the moonsault and actually connects it. Raziel’s down.
Aguila headscissors Delta out, Titan springboard dropkicks him out. Euforia come in and misses a senton. Corner whip, reversed, Titan flings himself to the apron, Euforia signs, Titan spins him around and stunners him over the top rope. Titan stops to pose on the apron, then goes for it – headstand rope flip moonsault, Euforia moves, Titan lands on his feet (!), Titan backflips again (!!), corner charge, Euforia rams him in the corner, waistlock roll into the dragon sleeper bodyscissors! Titan is bent in half, gives up immediately. Babe Richard rushes into break that up, and Titan flops around like he can't breath. Euforia barely had an arm around Titan's head, so I don't think that was it.
Match is stopped for the doctor to check on Titan. Replays.
Back live, Valiente is head scissoring Escorpion out. Valiente slides thru the ropes, but Rey Escorpion is back in. Valiente just ands there and waits, and Valiente gets him with a tope con giro.
Fuego in, but clotheslined by Virus. Virus on top for a two count. Whip, Fuego back into a layout face slam. Titan is now grabbing his left shoulder as he and the doctor walk off. Virus fireman's drops, and he waves Signo in. Signo slingshots elbow drop, one two no. Signo argues the count, Fuego inside cradle one two NO. Fuego and Signo chop, but Fuego goes to forearms to the back and kicks, sending Fuego in the ropes. Signo yells at the rudos, and Stuka gets up on the apron and swings at him a bit. Signo fends him off. Corner whip, Fuego flips Signo the top apron, Signo slaps him back and climbs up, Fuego joins him, Signo knocks Fuego off, Signo off the top rope, right into a Fuego cutter. Slight booing. Fuego figure four, Signo is done.
Tiger in, and Fuego chopping him. Whip, powerslam, one two NO. Fuego leg trip, going for a leg hold, but Tiger breaks free. Fuego frustrated. Tiger wave him into the ropes, Fuego handspring right into a backcracker one two three.
Down to 6 (Valiente, Mascara Dorada, Stuka, Guerrero Maya, Delta, Angel de Oro) vs 6 (Tiger, Virus, Euforia, Pólvora, Mr. Aguila, Rey Escorpion.) Stuka in, Tiger kicks at him, Stuka catches the boot and spins Tiger around. Tiger clothesline is easily caught, Stuka with a pumphandle submission, but Pólvora breaks it up with a dropkick.
Angel de Oro in to face him. Stop for reactions. It's the Forjando de Idolo! I guess that’s the idea, anyway. Pólvora, off the ropes, under, Angel de Oro flipping run (on to his knee) Angel de Oro quick back bend under a clothesline a superkick drops Pólvora. Pólvora goes out.
Euforia in, Angel de Oro off the ropes, up and - no, not over, down for a powerbomb. Euforia lifts Angel de Oro up again, up to the shoulder for a DVD! Break – and this time it may actually be a break.
Angel de Oro slide out on Euforia. Euforia is no Ephesto, so he's just clothesline by Stuka. Stuka and Euforia do a double wristlock leverage spot that leads to Euforia going off the top rope for a neat springboard armdrag. Stuka casadora into a twisting sunset flip one two Euforia kicks out. Euforia waves on the support. Stuka clothesline blocked, Euforia pumphandle – Euforica Special! No cover! Why are you going up? This is a poor idea1 Euforia almost loses his balance, then loses it on the senton con giro. Stuka up, fireman’s dropping him in the center of the ring, running to the corner, climbing up – the crowd booing – top rope splash, one two three.
Virus flattens Maya with a back elbow, then pauses to check on Euforia. Or maybe just to hurry him out of the way. Virus slaps Maya into the corner. Corner whip, reversed, Maya dropkick to the back. Virus gets up out of the corner, and Maya leads him right up – Alejandria, Cerebro Driver. Maya covers. Babe Richard points out Virus' foot is very slightly under the ropes. Maya just looks at him. Babe Richard keeps pointing. Maya gives up the pin to argue about it. Crowd is on his side. Maya sets Virus on the top rope. Slap, and May goes up. Maya punches. Top rope – Virus with jabs to the midsection, Maya off his shoulders – super Michinoku Driver one t-KICKOUT. Okay. Virus complains about the count, Maya lunges at him, Virus immediately rolls him over and tap him out with an anaconda vice. Virus leaves it on for an extended bit. I am not sure what just happened, but I need more Maya and Virus.
Virus celebrate and leave while Maya rolls out. Tiger and Valiente in. Chop fight, and that does not look like it'll go in Tiger’s favor. It does not last long. Off the rope evasion, including Valiente cartwheeling, before dropkicking Tiger in the knee. One two three. Three?
5 (Valiente, Angel de Oro, Mascara Dorada, Stuka, Delta) v 4 (Virus, Pólvora, Mr. Aguila and Rey Escorpion). Dorada and Aguila, both not in a while, are in here. Dorada misses a dropkick, and Aguila slaps him to the ropes. Whip, Dorada flings himself to the apron, Dorada slaps Aguila as he chasse, backs up and runs in – floating headscissors is closer to the ropes than usual but successful. Aguila rolls out, Dorada a roll to a pose.
Tag to Stuka, but Pólvora spears him right away. One two NO. Pólvora questions the count, and slaps Stuka in the corner. Announcers think Pólvora making it this far is a surprise. Corner whip, Pólvora charges Stuka, Stuka lifts him up on his shoulders, walks him to the center of the ring, and Alabama slams him hard. One two no. “SI SE PUEDE!” We can, but I'm not sure about you, Stuka. Stuka up top again – tornado splash meets feet. One two NO. Pólvora shoves Babe Richard again, and Babe Richard tries to DQ him. Pólvora stops him in time, then throws his fit safely away from the referee. Pólvora grabs Stuka and cuts his throat. Pólvora Driver? - no, Stuka flips out of it and dropkicks Pólvora. Stuka follows – Asai moonsault. Aguila kicks Stuka a she comes back to the ring. Pólvora pulls Stuka back and slaps Stuka into the crowd. Stuka slaps Pólvora in the face and chops him around. Why isn't anyone coming in? I don't know, maybe they really like this chop fight. It is a good chop fight. Babe Richard has count these two out at lightning speed, but they’re still fighting down on the floor much longer. Pompin and Tigre Hispano try to break them up, are very unsuccessful. Break. (or kind of not.)
Pólvora and Stuka come back in the ring and keep fighting. Babe Richard has finally explained to them than they're counted out. They both push Babe Ricahrd, who can’t really DQ them now. Stuka storms off first, then Pólvora.
Math picks back up with Delta and Escorpion. Delta lands a springboard plancha. Escorpion waved into the ropes, Delta flips him in the center of the ring, then flips him over on a bodyscissors powerbomb. One two NO. Delta huracanrana one two NO. Delta tries another, Escorpion powerbomb, one two three.
Angel de Oro in but missing a dropkick, and Escorpion slaps him good. Whip, clothesline misses, Angel de Oro behind the back for headscissors. Virus in a clothesline Angel de Oro. Okie roll one two NO. Angel de Oro takedown, bridging cradle, Virus reverses to a sunset flip, one two no. Virus shoulderblock, Angel de Oro behind with a rolling casadora, Virus shoves him off, Virus clothesline misses, Angel de Oro chops on Virus' shoulder, headscissors roll, Virus kick shoves him of before he can get the campana, Angel de Oro off the ropes, armdrag into the Virus Cradle! One two three! Virus lost to his own move.
Valiente in, clothesline to Aguila misses, and Aguila slaps Valiente into the corner. Slap again. Whip, Valiente flips out of it, Aguila kicks him into the corner. Aguila charges, Valiente moves, clothesline to the back misses, Aguila jumping spin kick to the head does not. Running ugly shooting star press, one two three. Valiente tried to kick out, but Aguila had him hooked.
Down to Rey Escorpion & Mr. Aguila versus Angel de Oro & Mascara Dorada. Oro comes in with a plancha to Aguila, but Aguila moves. Rey Escorpion misses a senton con giro. Dorada misses a huge springboard senton. Aguila misses a senton con giro, but rolls thru. Aguila grabs Dorada, but Rey Escorpion’s wheel kick hits his partner. Angel de Oro in, springboard headscissors sends Escorpion out. Dorada runs – twisting tope con giro on Aguila! Angel de Oro middle rope moonsault on Rey Escorpion! Everyone down. Babe Richard counts everyone out – how would that exactly work?
Dorada slides in to keep the match going. Rey Escorpion in for the other side. Dorada of the ropes, up and over, and free. Rey Escorpion kicks Dorada, powerbomb, one two NO. Dorada waves for support. Dorada scoops Dorada, slams him, ugly quebrada, one two NO. Dorada getting a small chant. Dora doff the ropes, under a clothesline, Sling Blade, one two NO. Dorada waving for support. Fireman's carry drop. Dorada points to the corner. Dorada taking his time signaling here. Straight moonsault meets feet! Rey Escorpion covers, one two t-NO. Dorada off the ropes, rope bounce into a casadora cradle, one two NO. Dorada can't find him here. Dorada grabs Escorpion, Escorpion small package one two NO. The only things Escorpion are getting in are counters. Escorpion clothesline blocked, Dorada lifts him on his shoulder, fireman's drop, Dorada steps over him on his way to the corner. Up top, pose, tornillo senton, one two three!
Dorada dives to tag in Angle de Oro. Aguila, the last man left for his side, sidesteps a chop. Corner whip, reversed, Angel de Oro miss a corner charge, Aguila inside cradle, one two Dorada breaks it up! Aguila is a clothesline, Dorada shoulderblock, Dorada springboard reverse tope – into a dropkick. One two Angel de Oro break it up. Crowd is not cool with the técnicos saving each other. Angel de Oro makes a bit of a rudo pose before slapping Aguila. Angel de Oro takes his time before going up – but Mascara Dorada dropkicks him out? When did this turn in a triangle match? Dorada handspring flipping run, Aguila ducks under a clothesline and turns it into a fireman’s carry., holding onto the arm, but Dorada reverses to casita, one two NO. Not much of a kickout, more of a rolling out. Dorada clothesline miss, Aguila kicks him, gestures – Destroyer! One two three.

Back live, Angel de Oro clothesline Aguila out, and lands the handspring moonsault to the floor. Mascara Dorada is long gone, so they cut a bit out here. Angel de Oro tires to make it in first, but Aguila pulls him down. Aguila no hurry to get in. Angel de Oro grabs at him, Aguila kicks him away, Asai tope con giro on him. Mild Aguila chant. Both slow up. Aguila limping on his way back to the ring. Replays. Aguila slaps Angel de Oro on the clothesline, almost knocking Oro to the floor. Aguila’s left knee is really bugging him. Kick with the right knee, Aguila gets himself stuck, Aguila drops him with a superkick, outside in moonsault – meets knees! Aguila crawls over and on top. One two KICKOUT. Angel de Oro looking for support, doesn’t really have any. Oro clothesline misses, Aguila waistlock, Oro tries to back elbow free, but Aguila squashes him with a sit down facebuster. One two NO. Replays of earlier action. Both up. Angel de Oro with an eye poke – and then a second to be sure. Whip, Angel de Oro flips to the apron. Aguila walks over, Angel de Oro blocks his shot and slaps him back. Angel de Oro gestures to the crowd before going up, and Aguila cuts him off with a dropkick to the knee as Angel stands to the middle rope. Angel de Oro is stuck laying on the ropes. Aguila thinks about going out, but instead just lifts Oro on his shoulders. Fireman's carry bomb, one two NO. Aguila rips at Oro's eye poke. He doesn't get it much, but it distracts Oro for a moment. Both up. Aguila chops Oro into the ropes. Whip, clothesline misses, both goes for plancha, and they collide in the center of the ring. Babe Richard checks on both guys. Aguila is coughing and still alive. Angel de Oro is tired. Both crawl towards each other, Angel de Oro getting an arm on top, one two kickout. Angel de Oro waves for support, and the crowd does pick up. Oro chant. Aguila strikes first with a kick. Aguila calling for the Destroyer – and landing it! Crowd quiets. Not as good as the first one. Aguila takes his time before covering, posing a bit. Relaxed cover, one two foot on the ropes! Aguila can't believe it. He pulls Angel de Oro a centimeter away from the ropes one two hand one the ropes. Aguila can't believe he has to keep wrestling. Aguila rolls Angel de Oro to the center of the ring, hooks both legs one two KICKOUT. Angel de Oro gesturing for support. ORO chant back. Oro up first, Aguila too busy moping. Clothesline misses Oro jumps on Oro’s shoulders, spun off for a casadora, Aguila pauses smiles at his craftiness, Oro reverses, steps thru – mecedora on! Aguila refuses to give, and Oro, keeps rocking him, all the way up, and Aguila gives. Angel de Oro wins again.
Angel de Oro gets the CMLL standard tiny trophy. Replays. Back live, Aguila steals the trophy away from the edecan. Angel de Oro has no idea Aguila is walking off with it. Aguila kisses the trophy and tells everyone it should be his. Angel de Oro has just realized it, but he's a bit too hurt to argue right now. Aguila continues yelling to the crowd, then sighs. Angel de Oro is still to busy celebrant in the corners to care. Aguila is distraught, not wanting to give up the trophy but knowing he must. Angel de Oro points out he beat Aguila, and raises his arm. Aguila reluctantly gives him the trophy. They both hold it for a moment. Replays again.
