Announcers are JCC, JCR and Tiffany.

Match 1: Delta ©, Guerrero Maya Jr., Metro vs Ephesto ©, Rey Escorpion, Shigeo Okumura
Arena Mexico, 12/30/2011

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos
  3. rudos

Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 16:00
Rating: ok
Notes: Maya and Delta have their belts. No Mima! There are people having a conversation right next to one of the microphones, which is a bit distracting. Ref is Tigre Hispano.

1: JCR remembers the Titan/Triton/Metro/[suspended] faction. No one in this match seems to be thinking about it. Pairs are Maya/Okumura, Metro/Escorpion, Delta/Ephesto.

Okumura makes Maya boring. That's unusual skill right there. Maya is able to eventually armdrag Okumura out. Tiffany, a woman of taste, is a big fan of fellow northern Escorpion. Rey Escorpion tries to claim a foul on a senton. That'd be a first. Crowd chants for Delta! Tiffany also discusses the great matches Panterita del Ring had in Arena Coliseo Monterrey. Ephesto's sent out via casadora armdrag, and Delta is immediately behind with a tope. Escorpion steps in but looks out to check out the carnage. Maya first heads up, but immediately adjusts to drop down and dropkick Escorpion. Okumura grabs Maya, but Escorpion slaps his partner. Huracanrana on Escorpion – no, powerbomb! Okumura suddenly submits Metro, and that's the fall.

2: Basic beatdown bits by the rudos. Triple powerbomb on Delta looks good. Delta ducks a clothesline right after, so I guess it wasn't that good. Rolling dropkick kncosk Epshto dgently to the floor, rudos kick down Delta, May stands and tells them to charge, dropkick to Escorpion does not look good, spinning armdrag on Okumura goes better. That leaves him in place for Metro's tope con giro from the apron. Escorpion's taking his flip bump in the ring at the same time. Escorpion knocks down Maya, Maya monkey flips him all the way to the floor, and follows with his thru the ropes tope con giro. Ephesto and Delta back in, Delta spinebusters Ephesto and puts his head between Ephesto's legs like everyone does when they're about to take his finish, but instead just sits down for the pin. Huh. Maybe it'll come up later.

Maya is checked on between falls. Replay shows Escorpion slightly got in the way, but mostly just let Maya fall to the floor unimpeded. That's no good. Metro helps Maya up so he can get his arm raised, but Maya stragglers around and goes back to one knee. Looks more like selling at this point

3: Maya rests next to the ring, not standing on the apron, as Delta gets in his showcase run to start the fall. Slingshot headscissors to the floor on Escorpion looks a bit loose but effective. Crowd way into the técnicos this week, how weird. Ephesto tries to slap Metro around, fails, is clotheslined, and makes a break for it. Okumura lasts longer, fares no better. Ephesto back in to take the giant armdrag, though Tiffany wants us to call it a Olímpico suplex. Rey Escorpion takes a kick off the apron and Metro poses. Maya rolls in, but seems about half speed. Okumura drops hi with a quebrada. Maya comes back whit a heel kick, then drapes Okumura over the ropes and pulls him off with a double underhook piledriver! JCC: “QUE CASTIGO TREMENDO!” Yes. Tiffany and JCR both think that's a piledriver. I do to, that's why I called it one. It only gets two. Maya stomps Okumura and goes up, still looking shaky. Top rope splash, Maya going face first in to the mat. Okumura German suplex one two three.

Okumura grabs his neck, and celebrates with one hand. Metro in, German suplex, one two three. Down to 2 on 2.

Ephesto in, Metro slides on him, so Ephesto has no choice but to tope him. Delta and Escorpion in, evades, battling over waistlock, Escorpion foul kicks Delta, clotheslines him, and covers. Tigre Hispano saw it, though Tiffany is not so sure that was a foul.

Match 2: La Máscara, Máscara Dorada ©, Valiente vs Rey Bucanero, Terrible ©, Tiger
Arena Mexico, 12/30/2011

  1. TRT

  2. tecnicos
  3. TRT

Winner: TRT
Match Time: 12:39
Rating: good
Notes: La Mascara has his belt! I've never seen this many people bring their belts to the ring when they weren't in a title feud. Mascara Dorada breaks the string by not bringing his. Different looking mask for him this week. Comandante has a hood. Hopefully to hit someone with. Tiger has a cool jacket, even if it doesn't match his friends. No title for Rey either. Ref is Terror Chino.

1: Repeat here – Valiente bets Tiger on the mat, rudos break it up. No beatdown this time, Valiente just leaves after the second time and Dorada and Bucanero come back in. Rey spears Dorada to start, but then eats a lot of offense, including the push off headscissors. Crowd perks up when Mascara & Terrible come on. TRT immediately tries to help, takes kicks, but set up Terrible to get in his own. Máscara ducks clothesline and headscissors Terrible out. Tope – but the rudos all catch Máscara, and rams him backwards into the post. Isn't that a DQ? Not this week! Valiente rushes out to help, but he get posted and superkicked by Tiger. Mascara brought back in, spinebuster, Bucanero rolling senton for him. Valiente slingshot into a Terrible for a Death Valley Driver. Tiger ads a plancha one two three. Dorada powerbombed by all three, stamped two more times, and held up for a Tiger backcracker to finish it. Lots of boos.

2: Giant swing/dropkick for Mascara Dorada. Bucanero unties Dorada's mask for good measure. Ref pulls them away. TRT beats up Valiente and Mascara on the outside instead. Bucanero ends up alone with Dorada, which usually goes poorly for Bucanero, but he sends Dorada out quick and the rudos come back in to help. Head down too soon, Máscara kicks them both, Terrible kicks him down, Dorada is late arriving for an armdrag, Valiente topes Terrible. Dorada trips Rey into the corner, Tiger superkicks him, Máscara rolls in, Tiger charges Dorada, Mascara finishes Bucanero while Dorada pins (?) Tiger with an odd cradle.

Máscara chases Comandante in the crowd, then Comandante accidentally kicks Terrible low, and Mascara superkicks her into the front row (and she lands on the doctor.) Técnicos continue going after the rudos, including Dorada headscissoring Bucanero on the floor.

3: Valiente gets Tiger with a headscissors, but Terrible knocks him far away on a shoulderblock. Terrible slaps Valiente down and glowers at the crowd and Dorada. Face lick! Valiente slapped down, and Terrible and Dorada swing at each other. Neither hits. Whip, reversed, Valiente armdrags the big man. Terrible goes all glassy eyes. Clothesline misses, Terrible sets his hands for Valiente to flip off him, time is off and Valiente just falls down. Terrible right on him with an elbow drop to cover up, but it’s noticeable Valiente has lost the power to flip lately. Whip, reversed, Valiente quebradora. Valiente goes for the hair, but Bucanero clotheslines him. Corner whip, reversed, Valiente moves, then monkey flips Bucanero away. Dive tease fake. Mascara in with Bucanero. Slap fight, and Máscara stops to takes off shirt. Lots of screams, which Tiffany mocks. Bucanero slide out on his chest. Tiger boots Mascara into a dropkick on Terrible, and Máscara superkicks Tiger out of the ring. All the técnicos in, Máscara tope, Valiente tope, Dorada tope con giro. Tiger and Dorada make it back in. Tiger reverse roll up with back bridge for two. Tiger and Dorada have a loud chop fight, Tiger’s kick misses, Dorada off the ropes, Tiger clothesline misses, Dorada backwards rolls, and Tiger nails him with the dropkick to the face. Dorada out, Tiger after him with the tornillo plancha. Valiente boosted, but Terrible catches him for a powerbomb. Terrible holds him up for a while, long enough for Bucanero to get the Buca Storm and a three count on La Mascara. That’s the match.
