AAA on Televisa (Regional) #3 (11/26/2011)
Recapped: 12/02/11

Previously: There were Clowns, and they were Psycho. BUT – they were minis. Also, minis hit each other with guitars. Also, larger people hit each other with objects. Lider probably should've just left Nicho alone when he got fired. LA Park threw Jeff Jarrett out of the ring, making him a hero to all.

Announcers are Jesus and Andres this week.

Match 1: Mascarita Divina, Mini Charly Manson, Octagoncito vs Mini Monster Clown, Mini Murder Clown, Mini Psycho Clown
Lienzo Charro Ignacio León Ornelas, Irapuato, 11/14/2011

Winner: Mini Monster Clown, Mini Murder Clown, Mini Psycho Clown
Match Time: 10:25
Rating: okay
Notes: No entrances! Pepe Casas is ref. If there's a lot of people, it's hard to see them. Instead of the usual view of the entrance set, the hard camera is rotated 90 degrees, staring at the wall beneath the grandstand. Can't ever win.

Pairs are Divina/Monster, Octagon/Murder, Charly/Psycho. Octagoncito and Murder get stuck on an armdrag spot but slowly work it out. Mini Murder throws a lot more armdrags than his normal sized counterpart, that's for sure. Charly only just hops in the ring when the rudos kick him and start the beatdown. Double gutbuster on Octagoncito takes some work. Psycho kicks around Charly. Hey, the clowns have stolen the swinging gate bomb from the Invasors who stole it from CHIKARA who probably stole it from someone else, I'd guess. Divina is whipped into a nice Murder spear and a Psycho swandive low blow headbutt. Mini Psycho does the best to mimic what his normal size guy actually does. I think that's a good thing. Octagoncito is whipped into the corner, but steps up and tosses Psycho in to start the comeback. Monster dropkick out, Divina returns to superkick Charly out. Charly superkicks Psycho, then drops him with a quebradora con giro. There's a lot of crowd noise, but is usually doesn't seem to be responding to the action. No dives, right into técnico showcases via chop fight. Charly headscissors Psycho out, gets stopped by a Murder clothesline, and just rolls out. Divina's but okay, but Octagoncito is a bit quicker with more people out. Psycho and Murder are send out, and Monster is slide into them. Rudos flee to avoid a dive (fake), and boink into each other in the process. Mini Charly gets another turn, getting Psycho with a missile dropkick. Murder boots him out, and Psycho follows with a double jump plancha. Octagoncito flips Murder tot the apron, Murder poses, Octagoncito sends him out. Top rope Asai on him. Divina and Monster in, spinning flipping armdrag him out, and Divina easily follows with a springboard plancha. Everyone back in, rudos suddenly in control and dropping the técnicos near all the corners. Clowns all go up - flying moves (Monster & Murder splashes, Psycho leg drop), one two three. That was abrupt.

Mini Clowns stomp the técnicos after the match for no particular reason. They're interrupted by the AAA theme, and Mascarita Dorada Running to the ring. Springboard headscissors on Monster. The other two grab him, but Psycho misses a corner charge and throws himself out. Dorada spinning headscissors sends Monster out. Dorada teases a dive thru the ropes, but holds up and poses on the ropes. Announcers are already calling him the next world champion. Dorada gets the microphone. Dorada says he's returned to his home – AAA – where he started, the home of the mini estrellas. AND CLIP. Okay.

Reina de Reinas

Electroshock comes to the ring. After kissing up to the fans, Electroshock says it's difficult time for his friends, but at least he has the fans. I guess he's not done kissing up. Electroshock talks about the bad news. Heavy Metal was beaten up backstage at the last show (no footage) by three people – Octagon, Silver King, and LA Park. Metal has a fractured skull. Electroshock tells Metal to get well and get back, the AAA fans are on his side. Lokillo is helped in the ring, and Electroshock says he'll take care of Lokillo while Metal is gone. Lokillo is not a pet, I think he can handle himself. Anyway, Electroshock calls out Octagon. Instead, we get Silver King in a suit, Ultimo Gladiador in gladiator gear, and Jennifer Blake in a very early St. Patrick's Day outfit, perhaps. What a crew! Silver laughs about Heavy Metal's injury. That's what he gets for messing with the Maniacos. And Electroshock is next to pay – stomp down on him. Fabi Apache and Aerostar make the save with the power of dropkick. Jennifer loses her cute hat, and Aero flings himself into the crowd on a tope of Ultimo Gladiador. Sliver King takes off his belt and whacks Electroshock with it, but Electroshock gets up and slaps him. Kick, and he's got the belt. Silver begs off, but gets plenty of belt shots. Crowd seems into this. Clothesline for Silver King. More belt shots. Whip, sunset flip, and off goes Silver Kings' pants. Silver King ash very green boxer shorts, and trips over his pants as he tries to get away. Electroshock goes for the shorts – we all miss Elegido – but Silver king gets away. Silver holds Jennifer in front of him, tightly, to hid behind her. Jennifer almost stumbles over as they back away from the ring. Técnicos celebrate. This was fun.

Jeff Jarrett promo. TNA is taking over. He was going to win in Monterrey, if not for LA Park. Karen screeches into the camera. Jeff Jarrett shows the covered up belt, which is why he's okay with it. Karen is repeatedly the last three words of every sentence. Jarrett demands LA Park beg for his forgiveness and kiss his feet. This will go well. Karen demands a personal apology from LA Park and Konnan. Jeff Jarrett has one final step left in the takeover.

I think the women's match aired HERE, but it's not on YouTube

Another Jarret promo!

Jeff Jarrett: “Mesias, do you want to know about Gunner? Do the AAA fans – the few that are left – do they want to know about Gunner?” No. Also, what? $50,000 “to take the head of Mesías off. He's going to do that.” I don't think he's going to do that. “Gunner spent seven and half years in a jail in San Juan, Puerto Rico! Gunner grew up fighting! Gunner has been to war! Gunner is a man's man! Gunner has a backbone – unlike Sting!” What the. Anyway, all the luchadors wanted the bounty, but Gunner got first dibs.

GUNNER entrance video. Which mostly consists of him looking at the camera.

Mesías promo. Let's not go wrong, I don't want to hear from him either. He wants the title back, Jeff Jarrett. Sting turning on Jarrett was just the beginning. He does a catchphrase and keeps on going (to another catchphrase to another catchphrase.) Gunner is not mentioned.

Nicho promo, also outside the AAA offices somewhere. Nicho's no longer in 187, in Perros del Mal, and Lider will pay in a bloody hardcore match. Nicho is the real leader of extreme match.

Joe Lider, in some bambo forest somewhere, waves his finger at the camera a lot. They're all about zooming in on the face. They were brothers and the best team in AAA, and Nicho turned on his back on all of it. The fans will be saying 187 when he wins.

Match 2: Joe Lider vs Nicho el Millionario
Lienzo Charro Ignacio León Ornelas, Irapuato, 11/14/2011

Winner: Nicho el Millionario
Match Time: 16:24
Rating: eh
Notes: Lider is out second, tried charging Nicho, and is punched around. Ref is Tirantes.

Lider turns a charge into a over head belly to belly, and now we're really off. Nicho escapes back elbows to clothesline Lider. Chair in, first chair shot in under a minute. Chair shot to the head. Slap to the face, Lider slaps back. Nicho forearms him. Lider kicks Nicho down. Nicho goes out, Lider dive – cut off by Tirantes, who's a heel this week. They argue, and Nicho gets in a chair shot to the back. Chair shot to the head. Nicho goes out for even more chairs, throwing them in at Lider. Lider still manages to kick Nicho as he comes in. Slap fight. Lider kicks Nicho down, and grabs a chair. Chair shot to Nicho's head dents the chair. Nicho got his hands up, but Lider went over them to get the top of Nicho's head. Brainbuster on the chair. Cover, but Tirantes moves the chair out of the way, counts one, and stops counting. Suplex onto the chair. Lider not even bothering with a chair, setting up two other chairs for a spot. He's also perfectly fine now, though I bet we'll see a lot of that. Anyway, after setting up chairs inside the ring for a spot, Lider steps to the apron and tries to suplex Nicho out of the ring onto a different set of chairs. This does not work, and Nicho sunset flip powerbombs Lider into the chairs. More chairs thrown in! Clearly not enough. Nicho chops Lider into a couple fans who are taunting him, and heads in. Nicho in the opposite of a hurry. He's doing fine for a guy who's been hurt with chairs for a while. Stomping on Lider's face. Slapping him around. Chair to the face. Lider is more concerned with a wrist. Replays shows why, he got his hand up to deflect the chair shot and it kind of worked. Lider rallies back with punches and forearms, but Tirantes gets involved, and Nicho throws Lider head first into a chair. More chair organizing. Chops in the corner. Top rope 'rana (??) blocked, and Lider powerbombs Nicho onto chairs. “Power chair bomb!” Well, okay. Break.

Nicho runs into a powerslam (“suplex francis”?) Tirantes won't count. Lider looks concussed. Lider gets his elbow up on a corner whip, but turns into a flatliner into a chair. One two NO. It's really difficult not to do a move onto a chair in the ring, there's got to be seven of them in there. Lider is bleeding from the same hand he was checked before. Lider stops selling, grabs Nicho in a waistlock, German suplex into a chair, German suplex into a chair, German suplex – no, Nicho has the ropes. Lider suplexes him anyway, and throws him hard into the mat. He may have got a chair, but it didn't make a noise this time. Lider staggers around the outside, pulling a table into position. This will end badly. Tirantes teases a DQ? Nah. Lider tries to crucifix powerbomb Nicho out of the ring and onto the table (which isn't even parallel with the ring), but Nicho does not want to die and gets free. Nicho Canadian Destroyer for two. Crowd does not seem to be into this, but the announcers are so loud compared to the fans that it's hard to tell. Nicho to the second rope, but Lider slaps him. Both up top – sort of a rope bounce superplex. Lider covers, Tirantes counts one, Tirantes moves his hand wildly to slap the chair for two, then grabs it in pain. Lider grabs the chair and looks at Tirantes. Instead do attacking, he drops two on Nicho. Lider goes up -, but Nicho pops up fine and throws a chair in his head. Nicho mocks concern. Nicho up on the top rope behind Lider, which seems an odd thing to do. True enough, Lider grabs Nicho on his shoulders, and goes off the top rope with a death valley driver thru the table and to the floor. That should be the finish, and the way Tirantes is actually counting them out (and checking his ear piece), it must might be. You've got to be kidding, they're crawling back to the ring. ABSURD. Crowd politely applause, which might be the best thing. I think I'm done here. Nicho's acting fine ten seconds later, but Tirantes bizarrely takes over fighting for him, and gets himself tripped into a chair. Nicho quickly DDTs Lider, but of course there's no ref. One more, but of course Lider revers and nicho's crotch on a chair. Nicho's head trapped thru a chair, guillotine kneedrop, Tirantes counts full realizing who's he's counting for, one two three.

Halloween & X-Fly run out after the match is over, because – I don't know. I'm not sure how much more Lider can be beat up worse than before. Xtreme Tiger makes the save after about five seconds, but Nicho pops back to life with a clothesline. Halloween sit down piledriver. X-Fly is set up on a conveniently located chair, and X-Fly rolls off the top rope for a senton con giro to put Tiger thru.

Octagon promo & LA Park explain their actions.

Match 3: Aerostar, Dr. Wagner Jr., Fenix vs Halloween, Octagón, X-Fly
Lienzo Charro Ignacio León Ornelas, Irapuato, 11/14/2011

Winner: rudos
Match Time: 18:54
Rating: too long
Notes: Octagon's music morphs from his good music to EVIL music. Konnan is with him. Tirantes is ref again, hooray. Konnan and a fan have an argument. Fenix moonsaults into the ring with three rudos there, belatedly realizes he might be killed and bails. Aerostar is announced as the Comandante of the Royal Air Force. That's what happens when you're the only one left. Wagner has the Latin American title with him. Jesus can't quite get the Wagner chant going. Oh, Wagner's going to talk. Mostly getting the fans to yell at Octagon, but he calls Octagon a traitor. And makes fun of X-Fly. Catchphrase.

Pairs are X-Fly/Aero (briefly), Halloween/Fenix, Wagner/Octagon. Halloween and Fenix don't quite know what each other is doing at first, then Aero gets involved, then X-Fly blocks a Fenix 'rana and Halloween dropkicks him, and it turns into all four in the ring going at once. Técnicos send rudos out with a little bit of difficulty, and Wagner joins in to help when it comes to posing. That's his favorite part! Octagon challenges Octagon to come in. Octagon comes in. Octagon thinks about it. Octagon goes out. Wagner tries to chase, but Tirantes blocks his path and orders him back. Wagner and Octagon back in. Octagón tease a lockup, and X-Fly and Halloween rush Wagner instead. Octagón uses his ticks on Wagner as the Perros take are of the other two. Fenix is crotched on the barricade. X-Fly bites Wagner's boot. Rudos content to stand around here. Konnan hits Wagner with a stick on the outside. Double boot for Aerostar. Double boot for Fenix. Wagner duck a double clothesline and Fenix and Aero springboard dropkick the Perros, though after a slight delay. Their tope con giros following up are nice looking. Wagner back elbows Octagón, but then goes to the apron to add his tope con giro to the pile. The pile moves around the corner, so Octagón can tope it. Replays.

Everyone heads back to their corner. Aero does front rolls around the ring, right until Halloween spears him. Whip, Halloween clothesline, clothesline, clothesline. Corner whip, Aero leaps to the top rope and out, and back in with a springboard dropkick. X-Fly knocks Aero down. Corner whip, Aero rope flips in the corner to escape, then trips X-Fly into the buckle. Aero 619 is ducked, X-Fly celebrates, and Aero just doe a tope rope version again. Springboard headscissors sends X-Fly out. Aero almost loses on his rope flip dive fake. Fenix and Octagon in. Nope, Wagner jumps in, so Octagon leaves. Wagner goes out, so Octagón goes in. Tirantes backs off Wagner again. Wagner and Fenix do the Wagner touch. Fenix must be living the dream right now. Okay, Fenix and Octagon. Octagon trips up Fenix, off the ropes, over, Fenix clothesline misses, and Octagón bails. Fenix can't believe it. Octagon is so proud of himself. Hug for Konnan. Wagner tries chasing again. Corner whip on Fenix, X-Fly charges in, Fenix flips him to the apron, X-Fly slaps him away, Fenix gets a running start, cartwheel jumping enziguri connects! Fenix backs up again, runs, and lands a heck of a boot to the head. The kid has some hops. Halloween gets in a cheap shot. Fenix is chopped own. Whip, big boot misses, Fenix backspring headscissors sends Halloween spinning out of the ring into the front row. Rudos have to retrieve him from the crowd. Wagner tries to get to Octagón, but Octagon threatens him with sticks. Octagon: “ARRIBA!” Okay. Wagner ready for anyone. Octagón in. Konnan in. Wagner will take this. Konnan out. Tirantes shoves Wagner, so Wagner whips him and drops him with a quebradora con giro. Tirantes hugs Konnan low. Rudos in no hurry to do anything at all here. X-Fly in, watching Wagner prance around and pose in the corner. X-Fly does the Wagner pose. Off the ropes, over, handspring onto his knees knees. Kick to Wagner, knee to Wagner, off the ropes, and Wagner flips him all the way to the floor. Halloween sneaks in his spear, and clears his nose on Wagner. Konnan tries a Halloween chant. Nope. Chop. Whip, head down too soon, Wagner kicks it. Halloween's all shook up. Wagner off the ropes, Halloween kicks him in the head does the Wagner pose. Everyone loves doing that pose. Whip, Halloween clothesline blocked, Wagner slides Halloween all the way out. Octagon in. Finally, they might fight. Octagón off the ropes, headscissors, Wagner out. Aero in, all his stuff blocked, and Octagon flips him. Octagon waves X-Fly in. Two moves, Octagons' tired. He is strutting around, so he's not tired. Fat man camel clutch on Aerostar. Aerostar slips out, and jumps on X-Fly's back for a sleeper. Fenix clears Halloween off the apron with a dropkick, superkicks X-Fly down, Aero holding on. Fenix top rope senton con giro on X-Fly, and up the opposite corner for a tornillo on Halloween. Nice. X-Fly gets to his feet, back suplex, Aero lands on his feet, waistlock, X-Fly is too fat (!), X-Fly switches to his own waistlock, Aero back elbows away, swings thru the ropes, and out with a springboard plancha in Halloween's direction, though not that close. Fenix is kicked over by X-Fly, and nearly crushed by his slingshot senton. Wagner and Octagón back in. Octagon shoulderblock, springboard plancha, quebradora con giro. Octagon looking very happy and confident. Halloween to cover. One two NO. Halloween chops Wagner in the ropes, clothesline misses, and Fenix is boosted into a dropkick on him. Aero boosts off Fenix for a dropkick on X-Fly. Out to the apron, top rope springboard reverse tope bangs in to X-Fly. Halloween cracks Fenix with a chair on the outside and takes a seat, which seems like a poor idea. Fenix jumps on the barricade, and jumps off with a double knee to the chest. Back inside, Octagon gets Wagner with the jarocha, but Wagner blocks the second and clotheslines him. Strap are down. Wagner Driver no, Wagner lets go to punches Konnan off the apron. Octagon goes for Konnan's bat, but Wagner punches him and grabs one away. Long tease of swing, but Tirantes takes it away. Wagner argues, Octagón runs in him and fouls him, punches him, and covers for the quick three.

Rudos take Wagner's mask and celebrate. Fenix crawls in to cover him up, and Fenix takes his mask for good measure. The doctor is checking on Aerostar, but X-Fly takes his mask too. Highlights are mostly Fenix & Aerostar

Final two matches are off the main show.

Match 4: El Mesías & Jack Evans vs Chessman & el Hijo del Perro Aguayo
Lienzo Charro Ignacio León Ornelas, Irapuato, 11/14/2011

Winner: Perro
Match Time: 12:37
Rating: good
Notes: Joined with the rudos mugging the técnicos before the whistle. Referee is Piero.

Chessman has Mesías, and Perro is destroying Jack around ringside. Back in with a chair to the gut, chair to the back. Chessman uses the chair on Mesías while Perro bites Jack's forehead. Chair to Jack's back. Rudos have found Jack more fun to hit, do so repeatedly. Double clothesline for Mesías. Kicks to the face. Perro tracks down Jack to kick him too. Perro warns the fans to clear out, they don't, and Perro doesn’t do whatever he's going to do. Mesías throws Chessman down when he puts his head down too soon, but Perro gets in a kick to stop that. Double clothesline misses, and Mesías clothesline them both. Dropkick for Perro, dropkick for Chessman, jack in with a springboard double knee on Chessman. Spinning kick for Perro, and standing on the chest flipping sent on Perro. Jack is fired up, but he's got no rudos left o hurt. Rudos regroup on the outside. Chessman back inside, trying to start a Chessman chant. It does not take. Jack tries his own, and Chessman cheap shots him. Chessman alternates posing with punching. Jack rolls over a backdrop, flips off Chessman, flips under a clothesline and nails Chessman with the spinning toe kick. Chessman was going down before it hit, like he was afraid of hitting. Cartwheel handspring tope con giro looks great. Jack back in, and so is Perro – but he's spitting at Mesías. Crowd is really quiet, either burned out or differently miced here. Jack starts to dance, and Perro dropkick and jumps on him with punches. Whip, clothesline misses, springboard flip back elbow sort of connects, Perro rolls out and trips up Chessman to the floor in the process. They argue a bit, and Jack launches on both of them with a springboard tope con giro. “ARRIBA TRIPLE A!” After a moment to get rest, Mesías and Chessman are next, Chessman get the advantage with kicks and well timed slaps. Jack starts a Mesías chant, but the crowd is really non energetic. Mesías catches Chessman with a kick on a corner charge, and headscissors Chessman right out of the ring. Perro right on him with punches. Break.

Perro runs into an armdrag and a backbreaker. Backcracker. Chessman runs in, Chessman thrown down with a spinebuster. Tag to Jack, who's kicked by Perro immediately. Corner whip, jack catches Perro with a springboard moonsault as he charges in. Jack yells, and goes up – 450 splash meets knees. Perro stomps jack, slams him, off the ropes, double stomp. That should do it, but Perro kicks Jack out instead. Mesías catches Perro by surprise with a clothesline. Chessman tries to catch Mesías with a superkick, but Mesías blocks it. Straight To Hell, one two NO. Huh. I expected Perro to at least break it up. Chessman off the ropes, into a nice powerslam one two NO. Mesías clothesline misses, and now Chessman lands the a superkick. Quick legdrop, one two NO. Jack and Perro watching from the floor. Chessman armbar, ax kick miss, Mesías spears Chessman. Mesías going out, pointing up and heading up. Top rope frog splash connects, one tow now Perro breaks it up. Perro sits Jack up top, and bits him in the head again. Mesías pulls Perro off, but Perro kicks Mesías back. Whip, clothesline misses, Mesías topes Chessman on the floor. Perro back to the second rope to grab Jack again, but Jack fights him off – shiranui! That worked well. Jack fired up, laying Perro in position, and going up. 630 senton, one two three! Totally clean, not even a kickout.

Jack gets his arm raised – and his head taken off by a Man In A Hoodie. AAA security is lax, but not this lax; it's Hector Garza running in. The crowd shot before his appearance actually caught him jumping the rail. He strips off his hoodie to reveal his Perro shirt, and Perro gets back up to hold Jack for kicks. Mesías comes in, but so does Chessman and that 's enough to stop him. Camel clutch/kick to the face for Jack, stomps for Mesías. Chessman gives Jack a fireman's carry into a gutbuster. Perro gets the microphone to yell at Jack for beating him, and welcomes Garza back to the Perros. Perros celebrate, and Jack is helped to the back.
