Arena Mexico, 09/09/2011

Winner: Ultimo Guerrero
Match Time: 2:32
Notes: You know, NJPW broadcast a show in 3D this year, I'm pretty sure they could've gotten CMLL a two second video of Tanahashi posing for this bracket deal if they had asked. (As could've CMLL on it's own.) Ref is Bestia Negra.

This is really the five minute version of the twenty minute match, we just need them going for each other's finishing holds. Mascara in first and pointing to the crowd. Averno carefully thru the ropes. Mascara of the ropes, spinning small package one two NO. Crowd seem to be favoring Averno, but they both poll the crowd before going. Máscara shoulderblock, casadora, shoved off, Averno waves no, clothesline misses , Mascara jumps on Averno's shoulders, Averno is smarter than Dragon Rojo and shoves him off, STF, we're done here.
