Notes: Show starts with everyone in the ring and acting like they might be fighting right off the bat, but not really. Quick graphic of everyone in the match, teams split up into rudo vs técnico. Babe Richard turns out to be the in-ring ref.
Panther and Texano are fighting, with Terrible leaving, as they pick up. Panther sunset flip sends Texano towards the apron, where Máximo grabs hold for a kiss. Texano fights if off and knocks Máximo down. Texano yells to his corner, and turns back to get a Metro flying armdrag. Metro pulls Texano down by his hair,and drops him with a quebradora. Psicosis in, and flipping Metro to the ramp. Metro chopped down, and Máximo in with a flying armdrag. Máximo offf the ropes, headscissors sends Psicosis out. Máximo runs – no, he holds up, and Metro lands his ramp dive on Psicosis. Garza dropkicks Máximo out, and Angel de Oro comes in to face him. Shoves exchanged. Garza must stop to remove his shirt. Crow d approves. Garza kicks Oro in the midsection while he's not paying attention. Whip, rope reversal, Angle de Oro with a nice back bend under a clothesline. Tilt-a-whirl reversals quickly turn into martinete reversal, with Garza being the one to hold on – but drop the other guy in a big layout front slam. One two no. Oro backed into the corner and chopped hard. Corner whip, Garza charges, Oro moves, and Garza throws himself out. Oro wasting no time – big tope. Front row fans actually pushes him away, huh. Ultimo Guerrero and Rush in, avoidance spots, then Rush with a loose belly to belly suplex. Timing was way off there. Rush dropkick UG out, but rolls and poses instead of doing the dive. Atlantis and Fantasma, all in, Atlantis landing a shoulderblock but then taking a few armdrags. High dropkick sends Atlantis out, and Fantasma and poses on the top rope. More boos for him. Niebla and Strong Man in, and Niebla decides he needs to pose on the buckle to get some crowd support. Off to another corner. Zacarias is standing on the ramp and watching thru a lot of this. Chops don’t affect Strong Man. Clothesline does not. Second does to. Third – no, Strong Man clotheslines him. Niebla forced in the corner, sized up, and knife edged chops. Niebla wackily across the ring, and Niebla chops hm in another corner. Niebla walks around again, but Strong Man grabs him, whips him and sandwiches him in the corner on a big charge. Posing. Niebla rolls out to Zacarias feet - claws? - Zacarias seems less animated than usual. Texano and Shocker in. Crowd behind Shocker. Texano gets a quick takedown, but Shocker holds him up with a chop. Whips leads to a quick clotheslines by Texano. Chop. Whip, reversed, Shocker hiptoss, crucifix cradle, one two NO. Crowd shot – and break.
Announcers welcome us to the show. They're joined by Alejandro Munoz, who Dr. Morales calls “Blue Demon's only son.”
Metro and Bucanero in as they pick up, Bucanero quickly taking the giant armdrag and heading out. Psicosis' turn, but he ends up taking a Metro top rope plancha. Metro dropkick misses, Psicosis flipped to the apron, and off with a plancha of his own, but Metro catches it and fallaway slams him. Metro with a senton con giro, that one doesn't have a chance of working. Corner whip, reversed, Psicosis pulls Metro in the layout front cracker, one two three. Psicosis actually beat someone!
Replays, then back live to Fantasma whipping Psicosis in the corner, but Garza flipping him to the apron. Garza wants a handshake, doesn’t get it. Whip, Fantasma slides out and challenges Garza to come out. It's on the técnico side, but Garza slide out – and Fantasma slides in. Técnicos do not attack. Fantasma does as Garza come up on the apron, but Garza fights him off, slingshot rolls over him, and gives Fantasma the stop sign. Pants off. Fantasma stop signs Garza to take his shirt off. Are we done now? Fantasma headscissors, out goes Garza, swinging wildly. Psicosis in and quickly quebradora'd. Fantasma adds an elbow drop, leaves the ring, and jogs up the aisle. Garza back in and having some sort of discussion with Psicosis. We don’t' see it, but it's Garza who takes the Ghost Lariat to the back of the head. Fantasma 'rana on Psicosis, Psicosis rolls thru, one two Garza turns it over, one two three and Psicosis is done. More like it.
Fantasma seems conflicted. Meanwhile, the rudos (minutes UG) have Garza surrounded and forced into a seat. Referees manged to back most people off, but Psicosis does get in a kick. Replays of the pin, and Ultimo and Angel are going as they come back. Spinning armdrag sends Guerrero out, and angel de Oro lands the handspring moonsault to the floor perfectly. Máximo and Texano back in, Texano slapping him and pulling down his strap. Máximo fixes it and slaps Texano around the face, off the ropes, cartwheel, armdrag, waved by, and back with a double jump headscissors. Texano trapped in the ropes, and kicked to the floor. Tags to Panther and Terrible, as Rush stomps down Texano on the floor. Rush walked halfway around the ring to do that, because he's Rush. Terrible corners Panther and chops him a couple times, but Panther ducks one and goes crazy on him with rights and lefts. Texano stops the mad dog with chops, and Bucanero jumps in to help (and complete the trio.) corner whip, Panther inverted plancha onto Terrible, Texano grabs him, and Terrible slaps his partner by mistake. Panther grabs Terrible, but Bucanero pulls him off. Referees keep Máximo from getting in, but Panther slams Terrible and holds him down so Máximo can crawl inf or the kiss. Máximo reaches in, and bails due to Terrible's awful breath. Everyone leaves, and Rush and Atlantis end up in. RUSH is upset about this. Rush wild dropkick misses. Whip, Rush clothesline misses, Atlantis clothesline misses, Rush Running elbow connects. Superkick sends Atlantis stumbling right out of the ring, and Rush leans over the top rope to challenge him to return. Tags instead, to Niebla and Shocker. Old friends! Zacarias is back on the ramp to watch. Chop fight, Niebla winning with the old slap to the face. Niebla pose! Headlock, shot off, back with a shoulderblock, and Shocker goes spinning. Niebla off the ropes, Shocker goes down. Niebla off the ropes, back into a Shocker armdrag. Niebla's chops blocked, and Shocker cross chops him down. Shocker pose- and boos. They love Niebla. Switch, Fantasma and Bucanero exchange chops. Bucanero clothesline misses, and Fantasma slide him chest first to the floor. Fatnasma off the ropes – tope, almost doesn’t make it there but gets Bucanero low. Rudos back off, and Fantasma throws Bucanero back in. Fantasma fights him from the apron, but Bucanero smacks him with a forearm as Fantasma tries to leap in. Bucanero taunt, but Angel de Oro gets him with a springboard plancha. Terrible, Texano and Niebla rare yelling at Garza again, Niebla slapping him and giving him an evil eye. Meanwhile, Angle de Oro's casadora attempt is reversed into the Buca Storm, and he's done.

Ultimo Guerrero's slaps have no effect on Strong Man. Strong Man forces UG in the corner, and chops him hard. Fans keep asking for more, which UG doesn’t like at all. UG finally ducks one, elbows Strong Man three times, and tries a corner whip – only for it to be reversed, UG hits the corner, falls down, Strong Man pump splash one two three. That was oddly easy.
Bucanero escapes a Strong Man corner charge in time, and the rest of TRT dropkick the big American. Texano up top, Bucanero and Terrible feed him up, and help him down – superbomb, one two three. That beats Strong Man again.
After a replay, there are no técnicos in the ring, but técnicos all over the place. Guess they're to happy about the 3 on 1. Rush gets baited by Texano into fighting, and he's quickly swarmed by the rest of the rudos. Shocker and Panther have to rush in to save him, though Rush is managing to stay on his feet. Fantasma pounds Bucanero on the ramp. Niebla slaps Rush one good as he's getting back off by the ref. Bucanero takes a big monkey flip on the ramp. Referees settle everything back down, and we end up with Shocker and Rey Bucanero in. Rey wants a handshakes – or Shocker to stand there long enough for Texano to hit from behind. All of TRT right back in. Catapult by Texano, legdrop by Texano – no, Shocker bent up in time to escape. Inside cradle one Rey Bucanero, one two three. Replay of that, and break.
CMLL Cartelera: a hoarse Rush promotes Sunday Guadalajara
Texano dropkicks Rush out of the ring. Fantasma in., and they go face to face. Bucanero is just now leaving. Fantasma poses, gets slapped, slaps back. Texano takes off his shirt, and the chop battle goes on for a while. Fantasma off the ropes, Terrible trips him up and grabs him. Texano runs, off the far ropes, and Rush pulls him out. Rush and Shocker both take shots at Texano, and Rush heads in. He and Fantasma high ten, then run opposite ways and back – tope con giro on Terrible and Texano on opposite sides of the ring. Máximo and Atlantis in. Crowd loudly behind hi, but Atlantis kicks him down. Corner whip, Atlantis charges in, Máximo moves, Máximo double jump butt bump connects. Atlantis right back up, so Máximo gets him with another running hip attack. Running sit, and a kneeling submission – but Texano runs into break it up. Texano celebrate – and Fantasma gets him with the Phantom Lariat. Didn't know he set up, though there's always the bit where the guy turns to see Fantasma and Fantasma only then starts running. One two NO! Fantasma 'rana, one two no. Fantasma 'rana – no, Texano blocks it and powerbombs him. Legs tied, up – nudo lagunero! Fantasma gives, though Texano keeps it on a little bit longer.
Rush is waiting on the top rope to jump on someone, but replays first. Back live, Rush is on the mat and Texano is standing over him, so that must've gone poorly. Texano picks up Rush, but Rush quickly turns into a back suplex. Senton, one two three.
Half gone. Replay of the finish. Técnicos have Rush, Shocker, Blue Panther and Máximo left, rudos have Terrible, Atlantis, Mr. Niebla and Hector Garza. Break, just as they're going to the Tania segment.
Tania talks to Terrible and being in the Leyenda de Azul and winning previously. Good they got this in before he was eliminated.

Back, with Terrible dropping Shocker with a surprise right hand. Powerbomb! Shocker cuts his throat, hook the legs, reaches down and is small packaged. Shocker's shoulders are down too, one two three. Both are shocked by the double elimination, which really shouldn't be shocking at this point.
Panther in for the técnicos, but Niebla and Garza have an arguement about who's coming in next for them. They settle with Garza in. Garza on his knee, asking for a handshake. Panther pats him on the cheek, asks the fans, and gets kicked in the leg. Garza mocks the fans a bit. Corner whip, Garza charges in, no one home, Garza hung on the top rope. Panther monkey flip, Garza lands on his feet and rolls forward. Panther charges, corner headscissors. Garza stops his run with a kick. Garza grabs Panther by the head, Panther tries the fujiwara, Garza rolls thru and kicks him again. Panther run head first into the corner, stood on his head, and puled off for a big spinebuster. Garza front bridge cradle, one two three.
Máximo in, an cornering Garza for a kiss. Garza covers up, then sneaks in a questionably low shot. Garza kicks him in the back, and does his mocking dance again. Garza in no hurry. Whip, off the ropes avoidance, Máximo catches Garza in a waistlock, Garza does not appreciate it and kicks him in the leg. Garza punches and kicks blocked, Máximo kiss, Garza spits, turns, and eats a Rush missile dropkick. Máximo senton, Rush, double stomp. Máximo covers, Rush puts a foot on him, one two three.
Down to Niebla, Atlantis vs Rush, Máximo. Niebla in and kicking Máximo down while they send it to a replay. Maximo's trunks get blurred out! I think Garza grabs Maximo's backside while he's getting pinned, but that's still all weird. Anyway, Niebla is chopping Rush in the corner, but Rush blocks a corner whip. Niebla slaps him in the face for being Rush, but Rush blocks it again and slaps Niebla in the face. Niebla spits at Rush, and yell at the fans. Whip, reversed, into a short clothesline. Rush stomps Niebla. Fans boo as Rush breathes heavily. Double stomp, doesn't look good, but Rush isn't done anyway. Fireman's slam. Stomp. Rush going up? This seems like a poor idea. Rush is not meant to be airborn. Niebla stops that with a slap, and joins Rush on the ropes. Superplex! One two three.
Zacarias and Monito in for some reason – Zacarias drops the monkey with a dropkick, out Monito bowls him over and pounds him. Zacarias Both crawl out, and then keep brawling back on the ramp., Monito ground and pounds. Stomps! Niebla, Máximo and Atlantis just stop to watch, and then goes one when Tigre Hispano separates them. Máximo with the hip and head fakes repeatedly, until Niebla puts a stop to it with a slap. Máximo fires up and kisses Niebla, but then turns and runs right into the Atlantida. Máximo done! All the técnicos done! Niebla and Atlantis must fight to decide it! One more break.

Circle. Chop fight, won by Niebla kick. Niebla dance! Spit is - wait, no, Niebla moves out of the way of a dropkick. Off the ropes, and right into a Atlantis quebradora. Zacarias is still down on the ramp. I think Monito was ejected. Atlantis casadora cradle one two NO. Atlantis 'rana, one two NO. Atlantis slam, elbow drop. Atlantis heads up, but Niebla stops him and tosses him off the top rope. Cover, one two NO. Zacarias finally to his feet. Niebla slam, and he's headed up. Moonsault? YES, it hits! Niebla not done. Probably should do more than fix his elbow pad. Going up for a second – and no one's home. Atlantis cover one two t-no. Atlantis shoulderblocks, off the ropes again, Niebla stops him with the jumping inverted tope. Niebla poses, spits, and catches most of it. Atlantis charges, takedown, La Nieblina!That's it.
Alejandro Munoz comes to the ring to help present the plaque and belt. Niebla thanks the fans, then tries to wear the plaque as a hat.
Tania talks to Averno, who says he'll only need two falls to keep his title.

Lady Apache returned to the ring on a special Saturday show (!!!), winning a cibernético and getting presented a trophy by Amapola & Ultimo Guerrero. Técnico side seems to have been Goya, Lluvia, Dalis, Estrellita, Marcela and Apache. Lady Apache beat Amapola to win, and Blanca is visible in the highlights too. The trophy is ten times the size of any official CMLL tournament of late

Notes: Texano is Averno's second. As always, Brazo de Oro is La Mascara's. Tirantes is ref. I don't recognize the commissioner. No weights are announced. Why are they announcing the challenger second? BIAS. Averno has new pants that look like his old ones, but are open ended and have “Junior” written on one leg.
1: Lockup attempts get them nowhere until Mascara can get in a wristlock on the mat. Averno out to an armbar. Announcers are talking as if this title is the same NWA Middleweight title lineage as ever. Armbars go nowhere, maybe a clip in here, and Máscara headscissors Averno out. Mascara topes Averno, check. Got that one crossed off right away. Plenty of replays. Both back in when they return, Mascara 'ran one two NO. Leo Riano is going a bit nutty for a pinfall attempt two minutes in. Headscissors reversed into a faceslam, Devil's Wings , one two three. Measured three counts there.
No break between falls. No breaks coming, they're all out.
2: No hurry to start. They do get running, and it's Averno who gets in the headscissors. Averno taunts, runs, and lands his tope con giro. Replays, as the crowd sings for the rudo. Both back in, Máscara lands a plancha, casadora, campana – no, Averno crawls away, but stays on his knees. Casita, one two three. Tirantes is really slow this week.
3: Averno stalls on the outside to start. Back in, both guys pointing at the crowd. Off the ropes evasion, flipping armdrag on Averno. Máscara gets flipped to the paro, but swing kisks form there. Top rope headscissors, and Averno goes out. Máscara charges - and slide uot bceuas Averno ducks down. Averno tosses him up, and Mascara lands on the apron to headscissors him from there. Both in, Mascara Toyota roll, one two NO. Máscara casadora cradle one two NO. Crowd is loud. Averno misses a dropkick, Mascara charges, flipped to the apron, forearms him down, Averno leaps out, but Mascara superkicks him on the way out. Averno to the floor, Máscara jumps with a silla – but Averno catches him and rams him into the post back first. Replays Both down on the floor a bit, Averno making it in first, but Máscara really not that far behind him and neither man looks better. Máscara rolls back out, grabbing his arm and talking to his dad. Averno pulls form the crowd. Máscara back on the apron, Averno charges, Máscara cuts him off with a shoulder to he midsection, flying sunset flip, Averno rolls thru, dropkicks ducked, Máscara holds onto Averno one two NO. Both slow up. Averno charges, Mascara reverse cradle with bridge one two NO. Both slow. Corner whip reversals leave Averno on the top rope and Máscara joining him. Averno gets in a jab to the midsection and sets up the Devils' Wings. He's got to let everyone know before trying it, but actually pulls it off. One two NO. Averno kicks Mascara in the ropes, charges, and gets hiptossed right up. Mascara pulls himself to the top rope – big plancha to the floor. Replays. Both back in. Shirt off. Máscara misses the corner charge, Averno hops on his shoulders - but Máscara drops him face first in the mat. Máscara hooks up the legs, grabs the arm, – tapatía! Crowd approves. Averno battle his arms free and waves no, yells no, and steps free – right into applying a STF! Mascara pulls and crawls and gets to the bottom rope. Crowd loud behind Mascara. Averno misses a clothesline, Mascara 'rana, Averno powerbombs him, feet on the ropes, Tirantes notes it and stops him immediately. Averno argues, Mascara inside cradle one two NO. Averno slam. To the apron, and letting everyone know he's going up. Taking time to pose on the ropes. Top rope senton con giro comes up empty (barely.) Máscara rolls on top, one two NO. Máscara takes off the wrist tape and hands it to his dad, who claps for him. Whip, slam. Mascara heads up – boos now – senton con giro of his own, misses, but he rolls thru and charges Averno. Averno spinebuster, leglock reversed into a small package, one two NO. Crowd behind Mascara again. He waits for Averno to get up, then runs past him in the corner. Off the ropes, headscissors sends Averno out, and Máscara follows with a tope. Máscara right back in – another tope, Averno impaled on the second rope. Texano helps Averno get free – and Máscara gets HIM with a tope. Averno must've crawls out of the way, as he's standing and throwing Mascara back in. Averno celebrating. Devil's Wings, Averno says that's it, one two th-NO. Normal count would've ended it, and Averno argues the count speed. Casita, Mascara rolls thru, casita of his own one two NO. Mascara shoulderblock, off the ropes, Texano trips Mascara up. Texano gets on the apron, but Máscara swing kicks him off. Brazo de Oro on the apron arguing, and Tirantes is busy trying to get him off. Averno takes advantage, blatantly fouling Mascara. One two three.
Averno gets the belt back. People are streaming out of the arena, clearing out before Averno gets the microphone. Averno says this proves he's the better man, and he wants a shot at Mascara's title. Mascara accepts, but wants a mask vs hair match. Averno repeats some to Leo.
Averno celebrates the hard earned win.
