Match 1: Ayumi, Dalys la Caribeña, Marcela vs La Comandante, Mima Shimoda, Princesa Sugheit
Arena Mexico, 06/07/2011

  1. rudas

  2. técnicas
  3. técnicas

Winner: técnicas
Match Time: 12:12
Rating: good! Best women's trios in a while.
Notes: No entrances. Ref is Tiger Hispano.

1: Mima and Dalis have a battle on the mat that turns into a fair bit of hairpulling. They get back to their feet and Dalis sends Mima out with a springboard armdrag. Marcela is getting the best of Comandante until Mima walks in and stomps a submission hold up. Comandante and Marcela go thru a lot of reversals until Marcela escapes a pumphandle slam, armdrags, and manages to get the larger woman over for a titled half crab. Both rudas rush in to break that up. Dalis objects, gets slapped by Mima on there way out. The two legal people are left to continue, which lasts just exactly enough for Marcela to get a sunset flip, and the rudas decide to take the ring. Beatdown. Sugheit boot chokes Ayumi with great force. The visitor gets a double boot and a Comandante chokeslam. Ayumi isn't moving, but Sugheit adds an elbow drop to be sure. Other rudas take care of Marcela, and Sugheit bends Ayumi back over her knee to force the submission. Comandante finishes off Dalis.

2: Dalis is hung on the ropes so Sugheit can kick her face in. Marcela takes Mima's missile dropkick. Ayumi gets the giant swing. Dalis runs up the ropes on a corner whip, leaps overs Sugheit and armdrags Comandante to change the momentum. That looked good. The other rudas grab Dalis, but Sugheit keeps kicking them by mistake. Clear sign of a Garza trainee! Marcela gets Sugheit with the double underhook backbreaker, and takes out Mima with a great looking wheelbarrow suplex, while Dalis gets a more peaceful pin. Ayumi takes out Sugheit with something like a mecedora, and that's the fall.

3: Comandante and Dalis work well together, though the crowd boos everything Dalis does. Sugheit kicks around Marcela, and Marcela's springboard headscissors looks surprisingly bad. Marcela stills ends her out with a quebradora, then knocks over Mima with a heel kick. Mima jumps for the next kick before Marcela throws it, and Marcela kills her with a side backbreaker. Ayumi in for Japan vs Japan violence. Running corner double knees connects, Ayumi runs in place, charges and kills Mima with more. Mima looks on the verge of tears. Ayumi gets for an exploder, Mima elbows her Ayumi tries again and gets it. Mima is out of there while she still can walk. Ayumi celebrate, an Comandante knocks her down from behind. Hard slaps. Corner whip, corner charge misses, Ayumi in, Comandante dumps her to the corner, Ayumi blocks, smashes her into the buckle, and goes up. - plancha to the floor on Mima. Dalis back in, tripping up Comandante. Marcela lands a top rope double stomp, and Dalis finishes off Sugheit.

Match 2: Fuego, Metal Blanco, Palacio Negro vs Arkángel de la Muerte, Dr. X, Skándalo
Arena Mexico, 06/07/2011

  1. técnicos

  2. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 12:00
Rating: good
Notes: Joined with the match already going.

1: Palacio and Arkangel exchange holds. 3 long battles lead to 3 armdrags, Arkangel getting in the first and last. Palacio stays in to deal with Skándalo, though he's a bit worried about Arkangel getting in the cheap shot form the outside. Metal Blanco takes his place. They are fast paced, with Skándalo finally catching up to Blanco to clothesline him, then holding him for a slap while he can. Blanco comes back to hiptoss and dropkick him out, with a dive tease and backflip for one. Dr. X thinks about attacking him but choices not to. Fuego comes in, and Dr. X decides he wants out. He stay in, and they take turns pulling each other down by the mask. X ends up flipping Fuego to the apron, chop battle there ends with a Dr. X punch, Dr. X charge at him, Fuego flips in over him, and then flips out with a tope con giro. Skándalo is tripped up charging the other técnicos, Metal Blanco gets Arkangel with a springboard plancha. Palacio drops Skándalo with a fireman's carry Bomb, then goes up to follow with a moonsault that went to far? A 630 senton that didn't make it 630? I'm not sure! Blanco's finish is more understandable.

2: Rudos have the beatdown going when the match is rejoined. A multi-step bit with Metal Blanco seems off, though it still ends with a double dropkick. Low blow dropkick for Palacio, and one for Fuego while hanging in the ropes. Blanco back in, for a clothesline and a rolling senton. Everyone grabs a limb for a submission, but Blanco does give up.. Arkangel lands the middle rope low blow elbow drop on Palacio, but no pin. Fuego's brought back in for Dr. X to hit, though Dr. X spends more time trash talking. Dr. X goes off the far ropes, and the técnicos pull him out. Other rudos whip, Fuego and boot him out, but Metal Blanco springboards in with a plancha on Arkangel. There was a hesitation by the rudos to start, and then for or Blanco to jump – as if they were waiting for Palacio? Doesn't appear to be it, since Blanco leads the rudos into a Palacio springboard dropkick. Blanco flying armdrag sends Arkangel out. Técnicos set up on the apron, kick the rudos away, and pull of simultaneous top rope Asai moonsaults. Fuego gets Dr. X with a quebradora con giro in the ring. Off the ropes, Dr.x tosses Fuego over him, Fuego lands on his feet, kick blocked, Dr. X spins him, Dr. X foul kick blocked, Dr. X pulls the mask. Dr. X stomps, and the ref can't quite pull him off. Enough to get to Fuego. Finally he does , and awards the DQ. Dr. X keeps the mask.

Match 3: Hijo del Fantasma vs Mr. ÁguilaLa MáscaraPsicosisOlímpicoToscanoMetroEphesto for the NWA World Light Heavyweight Championship and in a cibernetico match and in a tournament semifinal match
Arena Mexico, 06/07/2011

Winner: Hijo del Fantasma
Match Time: 18:17
Rating: good
Notes: Tigre Hispano is ref.

Teams are listed as

A: Hijo del Fantasma, La Mascara, Psicosis, Ephesto.
B: Toscano, Metro, Mr. Aguila, Olímpico

Pairs are Ephesto/Fantasma (purple on purple violence – or maybe it's pink on pink), Toscano/Psicosis, Mascara/Olímpico , Metro/Aguila Toscano is growing his hair out. Crowd is happy to see him, but really happy to see La Mascara. Metro looks more agile on his cartwheel then he does taking a clothesline. But he's doing a spin to his feet now, I shouldn't make fun. Spinning shoulderblock looks good too. Aguila flips out of a monkey flip only to eat a superkick. TOPE, and now we're really off. Psicosis runs for a dive, but Mascara and Fantasma trips him up. Toscano in, and toping the rudo. Fantasma and Ephesto back in, Fantasma slides out and pays for it. Never slide out against Ephesto! Mascara and Olímpico quickly exchange moves, Olímpico gets dumped over the top but skins the cat in, dropkick sends Mascara rout, Olímpico slingshot tope con giro. That's everyone. Ephesto back in, but Toscano flattens him with a springboard plancha. Toscano headscissors. Ephesto shaking his head no. Toscano 'rana, blocked into a Ephesto powerbomb one two NO. Off the ropes avoidance, leads to a neat Toscano leapfrog into a 'rana, one two three. Seven left.

Psicosis in and missile dropkicking Toscano. Metro in with a plancha on the Invasor. Metro throws Psicosis back first into the corner, Running body press. Metro is fired up, but not paying attention. Olímpico in, spinning Metro around. Metro ducks the chop off the ropes, under a clothesline, flipping to the ramp, and walking all the way up. Olímpico chases, misses yet another clothesline, and Metro dives off with the tope con giro onto Psicosis. Olímpico and Aguila charge around the ring to brawl, and Fantasma and Mascara brawls with them. Refs settle things down and order everyone to their corners. Metro and Olímpico back in, Metro casadora cradle, one two. Metro with another quick cradle one two no. Listen Metro, you're not going to beat this man while his head scarf is still on. Olímpico continues his low success rate with clotheslines, Metro waistlock, Olímpico back elbows to break free before the German suplex, Metro shoves him away, Metro 'rana, reversed right into a powerbomb. Cristo invertido, that's it for Metro. Olímpico has an unbreakable hold, how odd

One Invasor out, another in – Aguila headscissors on Fantasma. Mascara in with a rolling dropkick, Psicosis in with a normal dropkick, Toscano in and facing off. Toscano fires up. Both charge, Psi clothesline misses, Toscano casadora roll thru into back bridge one two NO. Toscano calling for a another. Toscano Rosa – into a normal suplex. Still only gets two. What else you got? Psicosis back into the corner, slapped, and send cross ring. Psicosis pulls up short, flips Toscano on his charge, holds him above the corner, and pulls him down into a layout chestbreaker, Valiente style. That'll work for three.

Break. We're down to La Mascara & Hijo del Fantasma vs Psicosis, Mr. Aguila & Olímpico

Fantasma in, 'rana on Psicosis one two NO Olímpico breaks it up. Corner whip, Olímpico corner clothesline, out with a faceslam. Olímpico yells at the crowd, then rolls up Fantasma again, but Mascara stomps it up from the outside. Cadena 3 rules this is the second fall. Sure, okay, whatever. Psicosis misses a clothesline on Mascara, Mascara superkicks Aguila as he comes in, casadora into a campana on Psicosis, but Olímpico breaks THAT up. Lawlessness has taken hold over these Tuesday Cibernético, for sure. Olímpico doesn’t even bother leaving as Psicosis goes for Mascara's mask, glaring at the crowd as Psicosis unties the laces. Double whip by the rudo, Mascara ducks the clothesline, Olímpico boosts Mascara into a dropkick on Psicosis. Mascara lifts Olímpico onto his shoulder, drops him forward, and a bit clumsily gets him into a campana from there. He's got a backup plan (which is the first plan.)

Mascara celebrates, which is a bad idea when there are two Invasors left to punch you quite a bit. Tigre Hispano just sort of wanders around as Psicosis crushes Fantasma as he comes in too. Rudo fans will even cheer for the Invasors! Charitable. Double corner whip for Fantasma. Rudos slowly take Mascara to that corner, chop him once, and sends him to his partner. Fantasma flips his partner to the apron, rudos charge, Fantasma kicks them away, and Máscara plancha both. Fantasma adds his own splash, técnicos double dropkick the rudos out, and double tope! The one guy making prayer motions away from being their title winning trio. Psicosis and Mascara in, avoidance, Mascara casadora – but Psicosis squirm away before the campana can be locked on. Psicosis up, clothesline misses, Máscara waistlock, Psicosis mule kick. Tigre Hispano missed it, counts one two – Máscara has a hand on the rope. Psicosis can't believe such a thing is allowed. Psicosis making mad faces is great. Psicosis charges Mascara for a blatant foul, Mascara blocks it and spins him, Psicosis goes for Mascara's mask just as Mascara fouls him. Tigre Hispano calmly disqualifies them both. Fantasma and Aguila come into cover the other guys, but they're about ten seconds late for that to work.

Everyone argues this, but seeing as Psicosis still has a Mascara mask ins his hand, I don't think it's going to work. Máscara uses his shirt to cover himself up and go to the back, and Aguila convinces Psicosis to go. While Aguila pouts, Fantasma removes his shirt. Pose off. Aguila single leg, off the ropes, cartwheel and backflip over, Fantasma clothesline misses, Aguila lands his jumping spin heel kick. Fantasma out, Aguila nice slingshot tope con giro. Aguila really spun on that. Replays.

Aguila in first, Fantasma fights from the apron. Fantasma tries to suplex Aguila out, but Aguila supelxes him – in and Fantasma lands on his feet behind Aguila. Backcracker! One two NO. The problem with Fantasma is he's doing that Phantom Lariat in every match here, so we're kind fo waiting for it. But then, Olímpico never lost his head dress, so maybe not. Fantasma 'rana, Aguila powerbomb, feet on the ropes, one two Tigre Hispano spots it. That move never works. Fantasma shoved into the corner. Chop. Corner whip, Aguila backs up, charges, Aguila wheel kick misses, throwing Aguila to the floor. Fantasma with another tope, crushing Aguila into the first, almost second row. Replay of that. Back live, Fantasma gives Aguila a swing kick from the apron, backs up the apron, and runs down – Phantom Lariat one two three. Fantasma advances.

Fantasma celebrates a lot, replays of just about everything.

Karla previews Guerrero Maya. Guerrero Maya highlights package includes Puebla footage. Guerrero Maya has really changed his look since his debut.

Virus has Guerrero Maya some trouble in a cross armbreaker, but Maya rolls free and puts Virus in a standing surfboard. Virus spins it around into his own double armbar. Maya won't quit. Virus goes for a sleeper, and stands him up with Virus on his back, Maya starts to get free, Virus puts him in a half nelson, Maya eventually throws him off. Circle. Lockup. Virus gets Maya down on the mat and in an modified STF. Maya escapes to an elbow lock. Battling over armbars, Virus sneaks Maya over into a sunset flip for a two count. Snap mare by Virus, into a headscissors sleeper on the mat. Crowd noise seems way turned down. Maya turns around on his stomach and forces Virus down on his back for a pin, one two Virus gets his shoulder up and re-cinches. They're close to the ropes now, so Virus use the ropes for leverage. Ref tries to force a break, but they're not having it, rolling around in the hold and then to a pin. Virus corner whip, corner clothesline. Virus elbow lock, rolling Maya to the mat,, back up, corner whip, corner clothesline. Corner whip, corner charge meets kicks this time. Maya out, flipping over a backdrop, dropkick drops Virus in the corner. Virus scoots into proposition, Maya charges, Virus monkey flips him to the apron, Maya back in with a missile dropkick. Maya of the ropes, into Virus kneeling backdrop, Virus quickly from armbar to a Rosa. Virus flips Maya over, hooks his legs under Maya's arms, and submits him with a – double armscissors maybe? I don't even know what this is, but Maya's screaming in pain so it must be good enough.

2: Virus is going after Maya's right shoulder with a knee drop an armbar when they pick up the match. Stomping the arm. Armbar, chop to the arm. Wristlock, pulling Maya down and dropping the knee. Hammerlock. Armbar. Fujiwara armbar. Maya needs to rally a bit or he's not going to win a single fall. Maya flips over his back, but Virus forces him down with an elbow lock and holds him down for two. Maya makes it up to his knees, but he's still in the hold. Won't give, but can't slip free. He can try punching away, but Virus boots him down. Chop. Whip, clothesline misses, Maya back with a running tope. Quebradora! Corner whip, reversed, Maya back, under, Virus can't find Maya, Maya runs by Virus while he's looking the wrong way, and back with the big spear. That spot actually made sense to me for the first time! Maya rope bounce armdrag is shoved off, Virus clothesline misses, Maya shoulderblock, springboard reverse tope. Is that his move? No, Maya pulls Virus in a reverse facelock, stands him up, drops him with the reverse DDT, and holds on for the Dragon Sleeper with bodyscissors. That'll be enough.

3: Joined with Maya getting Virus in a casadora cradle. One two NO. Maya 'rana, one two NO. Maya grabs an arm, picks a leg, and goes for the Alejandria, but Virus rolls it over into a cradle, one two NO. We're in the stage where both are slow up after every move. I guess that stage is “the third fall”. Virus stumbles to Maya, who holds theme, then switches over into a reverse neckbreaker. Half crab, with armbar. Virus gets the arm free, and gets his hand on the ropes. Maya takes his time letting go, which gets him a warning from the ref. Clip? Maya cravate, and a falling forward snap mare. Seated tirabuzón. Virus manages to break free, but can't do more than that. Armbar, under arm hook, Maya walks towards the corner, but Virus starts running up them for his corner armdrag. Virus charges, Maya throw shim up to the top buckle. Maya grabs him from behind, but Virus back elbows Maya away and off to the mat. Virus slips down to the apron, Maya charges, shoulder to the gut. Virus tries to pose, and Maya slingshot out, armdragging Virus right of the apron! Maya back in – crushing tope! Maya puts everything into those. Virus is ends up in a front row seat, and has some discussion with the people a row behind him. Replays of the tope. Maybe it's because Maya is angling down when he lands it, but it looked harsh. Both in, Maya misses a dropkick, Virus boots him into the corner. Virus limps a bit. Corner whip, Maya kips up and out, Virus charges, Maya scoops him up – Alejandrina! La Cerebrina! One two th-NO! Both tired. Whip, Virus grabs the ropes, Guerrero Maya eats a kick, Virus clothesline again and turns back in a Alejandrina again! Cerebrina again! This time? One two th-NO. Maya is shaking his head. Got to break out the big gun. Corner whip, Virus goes in chest first, and Maya absolutely obliterates him with a running double knee to the head. He destroyed that man, but wiped himself out in the process. Three limb grab submission by Maya, Virus waving, waving, but not refusing to get. He's trapped, but Maya can't hold it, and Virus falls free. Replay of that double knee – Virus may have hit the bottom buckle on his quick trip to the mat. Crowd behind Maya, though they still sound hesitant. Corner whip, Maya charges, Virus flips him to the apron, Virus punch blocked and Maya headbutts him away. Maya climbs – but Virus dropkick him off the ropes. Maya down on the floor, positioning himself - for a Virus running slingshot senton to the floor! This match has gone crazy! Both guys down and in actual danger of not making it back in. Virus in first, Maya looking in a little better shape as he gets to the apron.
