Match Time: 9:14
Rating: fine up to the result
Notes: TRT have their new shits in time for this entrance. Also, facepaint. Tiger Hispano is ref.

1: Valiente and Terrible start, but Rey Bucanero sweeps out Valiente's legs as he stands on the top rope and the beatdown starts there. Replay shows Valiente actually lands on the top of his head! That's no good. Metro is set up for the tree of woe, but not pulled down all the way to crotches Valiente, and there has to be some fixing before the spot can get thru. Bucanero finishes Porky easily. The rudos stand there for a second, then all stomp down Porky. Tiger Hispano awards the DQ and gets shoved down for it.

Texano grabs Monito, and he and Terrible finish him with a giant swing and a kick to the head.

CMLL Informa : Dragon Rojo! They finally noticed he went missing! I was about to start stapling posters to telephone poles. He's supposed to be back in 2 or 3 weeks, which seems right in time for a tournament.

2: Rudos lift Metro up and run him into a post. Monito is stretchered out. Porky is slapped around until he doesn't want any more, then casually moves out of the way of a charge. Bucanero is knocked down by his fat, but Terrible sends porky out Valiente gets Terrible with a flying armdrag, Texano gets him with a superkick. Doloroso: Mortiz gives Trueno the moonsault side slam off the apron.

Match 4: La Máscara vs Averno
Arena Mexico, 05/20/2011

  1. Averno Devil's Wings (3:25)

  2. DQ La Máscara [foul on Tirantes] (5:04)

Winner: Averno (2-0)
Match Time: 8:29
Rating: ok
Notes: Entrances. Averno keeps his black hood on as he walks to the ring. La Máscara waits in the middle of the ramp to face him, but Averno waves him back to the ring. Still has the hood on. Averno waves La Mascara to the ring – where the real Averno jumps Máscara from behind. The Fake Averno takes off his hood to reveal himself as Inquisidor. Random! Maybe he's Fake Zorro too! Likely no. Referee is Tirantes.

1: Averno isn't so interested in fighting to not stop to pose. La Mascara scooped up and rammed back first into the post. Riano and Magadan have decided Tirantes is actually “Professor Tirantes” and discuss his degrees. Meanwhile, Averno sets La Máscara on the top rope and rips his mask. Averno not really in a hurry. Whip, back elbow. La Mascara thrown out to the ramp. Powerbomb on the ramp. Averno tells Tirantes to stop the count, gets in the ring, and Tirantes starts the count back up. Averno posts in the corner. La Mascara rolls himself down the ramp to the ring, rolling under the bottom rope. Averno grabs La Mascara, Devil's wings, one knee pin, one two three.

CMLL Informa: Guerrero Maya is in the finals of the Super Light tournament, after trying to kill Palacio Negro. Whoa.

2: Averno is beating La Mascara, but somewhere off screen. That seems to be a director problem. They catch up Averno near the announce desk. Weekly Vicki Palacio sighting. Averno brings Máscara up the ramp, and runs him into the post. Replay of something we missed earlier, Averno soaking La Mascara with a drink. Back out, for the press slam into an empty section of seats. Averno points to the crowd and gets the rudo chant started. Máscara back in the ring, but snap mared and Averno goes for his mask. Mask is ripped up enough to expose Mascara's face (and require blurring), but Tirantes is helpfully looking out at the crowd at the time. Máscara rolls to the apron, and Averno tries to post him again, but Máscara puts on the break and swing kicks him away. Top rope headscissors ends Averno out. TOPE. Mascara punches Averno as he lays on the front row seat, and Tirantes has to pull him off. They have an angry discussion about it. Averno tries to sneak in a clothesline, blurred Mascara ducks it and gets in a headscissors. Mascara head is blurred constantly from this point. It's odd to see. Máscara pulls Averno back in and goes for his mask, but Tirantes pulls him off. Máscara of the ropes, escaping a quebrada and getting in an armdrag. Máscara pulls rips Averno's mask and pulls him by the shreds. Tirantes warns him again, but Máscara doesn’t care. Máscara strips off his shirt and goes for the mask again. Tirantes steps over Averno to block him, La Mascara reaches for Averno, Averno grabs Mascara's leg thru Tirantes legs, and yanks it up to foul Tirantes. (Dr. Morales: “Otra! Otra!”) This seems a lot more believable than it did in the Ras de Lona clip. Máscara gets the casadora into the campana on Averno and Tirantes weaves the fall off, but Tirantes is actually raising Averno's arm.

La Mascara challenges Averno to a mask match, but doesn't get a yes. In a late voice over, Magadan confirms there will be a mask match, then throws it to an ad for the match.

Announcer wrap up is preempted by another plug for Averno/La mascara
