CMLL (SUN) 10/28/2012 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [El Occidental (5), El Occidental (6)]
5) Puma King & Tiger DQ Guerrero Maya Jr. & Rey Cometa
Rudos took the first, tecnicos took the second. In the third, Tiger beat Maya, Cometa beat Tiger, and Puma faked a foul to get the win.
6) Dragón Rojo Jr. b Hijo del Fantasma [NWA MIDDLE]
Rojo took 1/3, the last with a small package, to keep his title.

Semimain sets up a singles match next week.

IWRG (SUN) 10/28/2012 Arena Naucalpan [Black Terry Jr. (flickr), The Gladiatores]
1) Epidemia & Matrix Jr. b Araña de Plata & Seiya
straight falls. Seiya’s debut here.
2) Cristal & La Sádica b Amazona & Ludark Shaitan
Cristal’s debut here, and Ludark’s first match since 2010.
3) Bestia 666, Oficial 911, Oficial Fierro b el Ángel, Relampago, Trauma II
Ruods took 1/3 where Angel shockingly turned on Trauma II. Angel explained he was tired of the Traumas and would be going rudo to oppose them.
4) Factor, Rayan, Spartan b Alan Extreme, Carta Brava Jr., Hijo de Pirata Morgan
Alan Extreme replaced Zumbido. Factor and Pirata feuded. Comando Elite took 1/3, Factor submitted Pirata. Money thrown in the ring.
5) Negro Navarro & Trauma I b Cien Caras Jr. & Hijo de Máscara Año 2000 [IWRG IC TAG]
Navarros came in as champions. Dinamitas went after Trauma I’s right knee, so much so that they were DQed in the first fall for excessive violence. The doctor told Trauma I he probably should sit the rest of this one out, but Trauma I continued. Dinamitas beat him in fall two, but Negro first submitted Mascara and then Cien to keep the titles in straight falls.

Both the Traumas are hurt going into the cage match, and Hijo de Pirata Morgan is not in good shape either. Angel’s random rudo turn does not bode well for his short term future…

There are rumors about Dr. Wagner Jr. and Extreme Tiger leaving AAA. I’m not sure where the Tiger one exactly comes from (these two tweets seem are the first I’ve seen it mentioned, though most of this type of stuff usually is passed around Facebook first.) Tiger leaving AAA would be very nonsensical. He has been stuck in the same place forever and would understandably be wanting a bigger opportunities, but there are really no big ones on the indies right nowThere’s definitely not a lot to the Wagner one. It’s a Luchas 2000 interview with Karlo Colin (always an iffy sign) where he just says he’s open to all possibilities, including leaving AAA.

On his MLW Radio podcast, Konnan mentioned Teddy Hart is suspended for his recent no-show in Monterrey. Konnan also said Teddy will have a documentary crew following him in AAA some point soon.

Rey Escorpion was honored at the CMLL show in Sonora.

Hijo de Pirata Morgan takes the gold, AULL loses it in Costa Rica

IWRG (SUN) 09/16/2012 Arena Naucalpan [IWRG]
1) Infierno Kid Jr. b Serpiente de Oro
The ever changing rules of IWRG opener are “one fall” for the moment. Easy win for Infierno Kid.
2) Carta Brava Jr., Imposible, Rayan b Centvrión, Dinamic Black, Saruman
Rayan replaced Matrix Jr.
3) Chicano b Cerebro Negro [WWS WELTER]
Chicano came in as champion, with Imposible as his second. Centvrion worked the opposite corner. Both got involved in the third fall. Chicano survived to powerbomb and plancha Cerbero for the win (2/3) Cerebro Negro gave him credit for the clean win.
4) Oficial 911, Oficial AK47, Oficial Fierro b Alan Extreme, Black Terry, Temerario Infernal [EdM Trios]
Oficials came in as champs. Temerarios tookin the first, Oficials took the second. In the third, AK-47 beat Alan Extreme with the Devil’s Wings and Bombero pinned Fierro after a spear. AK-47 took out Bombero with a tope and hurt his knee in the process, leaving 911 and Black Terry alone while the ref checked out the injury. Alan ran back in to hit 911 with a chair, but before Black Terry could cover, Fierrero dropped Terry with a backcracker. 911 crawled on top to keep the titles. Temerarios demanded a rematch.
5) Bestia 666, Damián 666, Eterno b Hijo de LA Park, Negro Navarro, Trauma II
Navarro replaced Fresero Jr. FdT took 1/3. Hijo de LA Park did not get along with his partners from the start and laid down in the third fall for Eterno to beat him. It still took an unseen foul on Navarro from Bestia 666 to give the rudos the win.
6) Hijo de Pirata Morgan b Trauma I, Hijo de Máscara Año 2000 [IWRG JUNIORS]
Pirata put the Rey de Ring title on the line, Trauma I put his mask, and Hijo de Mascara Ano 2000 put his Junior titles on the line. Trauma I escaped the match after Mascara splashed Pirata Morgan and Trauma beat Mascara (with lots of interference from Morgan.) Hijo de Pirata Morgan used his Perla Negra (said to be a reinera variant) to submit Mascara and win the Juniors title. Mascara argued he got the ropes, but was ignored.
