Dark Family continued their winning ways, Cuervo getting Chessman clean with a senton con giro. The Militia and Skull Mask attacked Cuervo & Ozz after the match. Taboo ran out for the save, Decnnis got a shot in on him, and the rest of the Bizarros ran in: Scoria, the returning Nygma, and the debuting Amadeus. They made the save, then left thru the crowd. Nygma is the only returning Bizarro (unless it’s someone familiar under the Amadeus mask.)

Perro Aguayo Jr. was scheduled for the semimain, but Perro Aguayo has some issues. Tweets from people in the building suggested Perro was either on drugs or drunk when he got in the ring. A fine week for Los Perros! He didn’t stay there – Mesias hit him with a chair, Perro was removed from the match, and Halloween took his place. Parka pinned Park, which is a bit surprising. After the match, Zorro randomly attacked Wagner, and the Psycho Circus randomly made the save. Wagner, clearly in the market for new flunkies, decided they four should form a group: Potencia Mundial (World Power). Psycho Clowns did the Wagner hand signal, so their in.

Mi Lucha Libre and the AAA recap seem to slightly different on what the finish was for the terceras, but we’re going with no contest. Match randomly included barbed wire and turned into a bloody brawl. Clowns got their masks ripped, came back, then went insane when Tirantes tried to screw with him. Tirantes was laid out, Piero was laid out, Gran Apache was laid out, production people were laid out, and Joaquin was nearly laid out. So close. Obviously setting up the rematch here.

Aerostar returned from his tag team tournament in oblivion, replacing Argenis. In the last match with Super Fly, he ‘suffered a knee injury’ on a dive. On TV, it came off more as if he was being overdramatic (and bad actor) rather than pulling something. This time, Super Fly got hurt and needed help to the back, but the recap says Super Fly was faking his injury. Maybe he did join the Militia, but they just haven’t shown it to us yet.

Naguya and Oyuki are Kitzune Nanuko and Biba Kasai aka Mia Shirai and Io Shirai. The Shirai’s matched up names to names on their blog, and are now my new most favorite luchadors.  No sign of the people the WON had originally for this spot. I don’t know this as a fact, but if the Shirai’s are already in Mexico on their own dime (appears to be the case) and all foreigners are interchangable (observed philosophy here), then AAA surely saves some money by not flying people in. Kitzune was actually the most amusing person in the match with the Morenos and Alissa Flash, FWIW.

Next normal taping is Sunday, though the Lucha Libre Premier Season 2 opener is tonight.
