Poster from here, originally from here.

Taping is listed as starting at 12:30. Haven’t paid the closest attention to this, but I can’t think of a previous afternoon taping.

Main event is the TripleMania rematch. I would presume Parka is getting his win back (and then will point out how they’re really 1-0-1) but you never know.

Super Crazy vs Dr. Wagner would be an interesting title match! That’s not the match they’re setting up in the semimain.

Poster says there will be two dark matches.

  1. 6/20 CMLL 1.9
    AAA 4.9

    CMLL started early, at 1:30.

Mexico did not play on Sunday. Brazil did play, and logged a 20 rating. All others shows on Azteca and Televisa did fine, so I blame the product for the drop in ratings.

As low as CMLL’s ratings are, I don’t ever expect them to get kicked off Televisa.

  2. I was just thinking about Merida being in the TV taping venue rotation, after seeing it on MexicoTV.

It was a hot venue for both groups at one time. Judging from the photos I remember, CMLL always did afternoon show, as I remember the daylight in the background.

When AAA did TV there, I remember daylight during the prelims, and darkness by the time the main came out.

  3. Maybe it’s just me but the last 2/3 months of tapings have had beyond repetitive lineups. It’s just mixing the same 12-16 guys in the top 3 matches and rarely having any new faces in the bottom matches. So dull.

(Watch someone read this and agree only to start using DTU idiots in the opening matches)
