Zeuxis knee smash to (around) the head

Goya Kong, Marcela, Princesa Sugehit vs Amapola, La Seductora, Zeuxis: [Good] Dragged a bit for the first few matches, but really picked it at the end of the first fall and thru the rest of the match. Seductora didn’t have the magic performance of the previous week but still seemed a bit better than usual, and like she’ll be sticking around for a while. Sugehit/Zeuxis was a fun match up and gives me another singles match to pine for but will never actually happen. Did Seductora and Sugehit’s new outfits show up one week late?

Zeuxis sault. I have no idea why these are Zeuxis gifs.
Zeuxis cracker. Now it’s just silly.

Laguna style tope con giro off the apron

La Máscara, La Sombra, Rush vs Negro Casas, Shocker, Último Guerrero: [OK] This was mostly Negro Casas versus the Ingobernables, trying for some revenge from last week. Shocker and Ultimo Guerrero got some pinfalls, but mostly just had close seats for the first couple of falls. It was better that way too. Sombra and Ultimo Guerrero blowing a headscissors is not promising for their (probable) upcoming match. Shocker completely failed at whatever hold he wanted to try on Rush. There were plenty of normal OK moments but the bad ones really stuck out. I think they used KeMonito in this match just to get over the idea that the Ingobernables are not nice men (and then didn’t air it). CMLL appears to think their fans are very slow sometimes.

Rey Escorpion big match tope con giro
apron dropkick of imminent injury
Ingobernables have had better plans

Dragón Rojo Jr. © vs Rey Escorpión for the CMLL World Middleweight Championship: [OK/good] Not bad, but a bit underwhelming for the first time singles meeting after they broke up. They went with a title match style (at least that was idea) most of the way, which didn’t feel right given what had let up to this and also didn’t especially play for their strengths. The dropkick off the ramp was the only memorable moment of the match. It was fine, but there’s nothing here that made me want to see them come back in a month and a half for a bigger match. This was like an average (if edited to be shorter) title defense.

what’s that foot doing there
UG botches spot and/or attempts to kill Sombra
Sombra nearly overshoots a tope con giro and/or tries to kill himself
