Tritón vs Raziel in a lightning match: A good lightning match. Mostly a showcase for Triton, surviving all of Raziel’s moves and getting in his bigger spots. Raziel handled his role well. Triton landed his top rope move without breaking breaking anyone’s face, a rapid improvement. Circumstances and performances have caused him to be very split from Titan, but he’s looking better of late
Diamante Azul, Shocker, Thunder vs Euforia, Mr. Niebla, Vangellys: Thunder may move with all the fluidity of Frankenstein, but at least he’s not breaking people like Azul seems to be. This was a forgetable match even if you didn’t get dropped on your head for the finish. Crowd wouldn’t have cared much if Niebla hadn’t been involved.
Máscara Dorada, Mistico, Valiente vs Ephesto, Mephisto, Volador Jr.: Very formula match, though the Estetas formula tends to be entertaining. Tecnicos just weren’t as smooth as they were in other matches (and again the action was generally very predictable up to the finish.) Very odd to see Volador win a match clean, but this looks like an obvious set up to a trios title match to come.
