Valiente vs Pólvora in a lightning match: A really good lightning match! Pólvora and Valiente have fought many times now, but they took advantage of their familiarity with each other while still making the match feel like it mattered. They both really wanted this win. Valiente’s sequence of topes was good, and I liked the finish even with the bit of ref interference. The big armdrag to the floor was a bit amazing.
Hijo del Fantasma, Rush, Shocker vs Dragón Rojo Jr., Ephesto, Mephisto: Normal trios match with a little bit longer than third fall and the first and last falls playing off each other in their randomness. Rush and Mephisto had good interactions and Rush sitting down to pin Mephisto was amusing.
Atlantis, Blue Panther, Mistico vs Negro Casas, Niebla Roja, Volador Jr.: This is a repeat of the Volador/Sombra feud on Sundays with a less interesting Sombra, right down to Volador avoiding every encounter and using a distraction to unmask his rival. The comparison does not help Místico at all. Match itself was well done usual stuff.
