Love Buffet & Pequeno Olimpico keep their titles, Ultimo Guerrero vs Mistico

CMLL (MON) 04/08/2013 Arena Puebla [El Popular (cover), Porra Fresa]
1) Ares & Espiritu Maligno b Meyer & Milenium
Rudos took 2/3, Espiritu on Milenium and Ares on Meyer.
2) Demus 3:16 & Pierrothito b Eléctrico & Shockercito
No Astral, Pequeno Universo 2000 or Stukita. Rudos took 1/3, including Demus powerbombing Shocker on the ramp.
3) Amapola, Princesa Blanca, Princesa Sugheit b Estrellita, Lady Afrodita, Marcela
Rudas took 1/3.
4) Dragón Rojo Jr., Pólvora, Rey Escorpión b Ángel de Oro, La Sombra, Mistico
Revolucionarios took 2/3, Rey Escorpion pulling Mistico’s mask and cradling him in third.
5) Shocker b Rey Bucanero
Losing team in last week’s tournament final. Rey Bucanero jumped Shocker, trapping his bad knee in the seats and kicking it. Bucanero kept attacking the knee and pulling up Shocker until Shocker surprised him with a small package for the pin. Doctors checked on Shocker in between falls. Shocker took fall 2 with a reinera.
6) Marco Corleone, Máximo, Rush b Euforia, Niebla Roja, Último Guerrero [CMLL TRIOS]
Tecnicos took 1/3, beating all the rudos in the third. Bufete del Amor keep the titles and make their eight known defense, tying the known record.

Might be a while before Bufete del Amor get a chance to go for a record. Maximo is headed to Japan (though still not announced by CMLL) and Marco’s Lucha Libre USA tour starts this weekend, so it may be a while before all three are even in the same country at the same time for long enough to set up another title match.

Shocker beating the reigning NWA Light Heavyweight in straight falls, setting up nothing in particular.

I believe Meyer is Espiritu Maligno’s nephew; I’ve read a magazine with him but am blanking on the details. I’ll try to put together a round up for tomorrow.

CMLL (TUE) 04/09/2013 Arena Mexico [CMLL]
1) Herodes Jr. & Zayco b Génesis & Metatrón
2) Demus 3:16, Pequeño Violencia, Pequeño Warrior DQ Pequeño Halcón, Shockercito, Último Dragoncito
Pequeno Halcon replaced Stukita. Rudos took 1/3. Violencia faked a foul from Shockercito
3) Zeuxis b Dalis la Caribeña [lightning]
Zeuxis won Spanish Fly in 6:36.
4) Fuego, Metálico, Sagrado b Hooligan, Nitro, Skándalo
Metalico pinned Nitro.
5) Rey Bucanero, Terrible, Tiger b Blue Panther, Diamante, Stuka Jr.
First main arena TRT team up since Bucanero’s injury. They took falls 1/3.
6) Felino, Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas b Diamante Azul, Máximo, Super Porky

I would’ve shut down the side had Zeuxis lost that match. Or just been sad, one of the two.

CMLL (TUE) 04/09/2013 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [@acogdl]
1) Black Metal & Sky Kid b Mr. Trueno & Rey Trueno
Black Metal replaced Metatron. Tecnicos took 1/3.
2) Cancerbero, Raziel, Virus b Pegasso, Starman, Tritón

3) Pequeño Olímpico b Astral [CMLL MINI]
Pequeno Olimpico took falls 2/3 to keep his championship. This is his fourth known defense.

5) La Máscara, Mistico, Thunder DQ Euforia, Niebla Roja, Último Guerrero
Mascara replaced Atlantis. Tecnicos took 2/3, UG pulling Mistico’s mask in the third.

Pequeno Olimpico falls slightly behind Virus for most obscure current title reign.

Lineups

IWRG (SUN) 04/14/2013 Arena Naucalpan
1) Cristal, Saruman, Seiya vs Alan Extreme, Fulgor, La Hielera
2) Centvrión, Dinamic Black, Golden Magic vs Canis Lupus, Carta Brava Jr., Imposible
3) Pasion Kristal, Polvo de Estrellas, Yuriko vs Astro Rey Jr., Chico Che, Veneno
4) Monster Clown, Murder Clown, Psycho Clown vs Negro Navarro, Trauma I, Trauma II
5) Danny Casas, Heavy Metal, Toscano vs Eterno, Máscara Año 2000 Jr., Texano Jr.

I always knew, when Toscano and Texano had their first post-break up match, it’d involve Danny Casas and Eterno.

Psycho Clowns vs Navarros is non-title, but should set up a title match with the result.

Second match looks to be great. I wonder how LAS will mess up airing it? Perhaps just running a Hot Fitness promo every two minutes.

La Hielera makes her debut, for reasons yet to be determined.

CMLL (TUE) 04/16/2013 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara
1) Idolo & Virgo vs Demonio Maya & Évola
2) Black Metal, Metatrón, Sky Kid vs Cancerbero, Nosferatu, Raziel
3) Estrellita, Goya Kong, Silueta vs Amapola, La Comandante, Zeuxis
4) Diamante Azul, Marco Corleone, Rush vs Mr. Niebla, Rey Bucanero, Terrible
5) Mistico vs Último Guerrero

First time this Mistico has faced Ultimo Guerrero in a singles match. Combined with the Puebla feud against Rey Escorpion, it looks like they are ramping Mistico back up again after a slow return.
