Astral, Bam Bam, Fantasy vs Demus 3:16, Pequeño Olímpico, Pequeño Violencia: abrupt ending to the match; it felt like it came more at a peak when listening to it on radio, but it was more out of nowhere on TV. They tried some things, and some didn’t work, but it was an overall solid match. Violencia and Demus would be an interesting way to use them, and they kind of did that here at least in look.
Hijo del Fantasma, Rey Cometa, Stuka Jr. vs Misterioso Jr., Namajague, Shigeo Okumura: the stuff we saw was a good for the time it went. They may not want to rip up Namajague’s mask so dramatically next time, because it doesn’t stay on halfway well. Plus, they blurred his face, blurring out whatever mist spot we were supposed to see there. I prefer the straight up mask match, but I don’t mind Rey Cometa getting in another big match.
Atlantis, Rush, Shocker vs Terrible, Tiger, Último Guerrero: not a lot of match. A lot of Ultimo Guerrero avoiding Atlantis, which would make more since if they hadn’t fought many times already. They don’t need to restart this story over. Tiger pinning Shocker without help is weird but right at this point.
