I got thru most of my December FSE DVD while in the Land with No Internet last week. I thought I should get around to linking to them, you know? I’m not really in the mood to recap new stuff yet, but I’ll try work thru it tomorrow.
While writing this preview, I looked to see if Victor recapped this, because I wanted to make sure I didn’t hallucinate the main event. You know how CMLL didn’t renew Kenzo’s visa and so he ended up with AAA? The match was so hilariously bad at points, then just plain bad at others, you could kinda see the justification. Even with Mima Shimoda wrestling half the match herself, it was the longest 16 minute match of my life.
And even with how awful it was, the crowd was still into it. They’re far more generous than I.
Opener was bad too. Unless you can see the main event for free, skip this show.

Going through these shows all at once is usually a bad idea. Take it from my experience.

In this situation, I had half this show already done, absolutely nothing to do, pretty much no ability to contact anyone, and a desire to clear these off my Things To Do list. I wish I got more done.
