Ovaciones reports Blue Demon Jr. and Rayo de Jalisco Jr. will be back in CMLL for some shows in April.
The latest twist on Mistico in San Jose on Tuesday is Rosalio Garcia, who is Mistico’s best friend and traveling partner, was quoted this morning in “El Reforma,” a Mexican newspaper, saying Mistico can’t go to WWE because his visa papers aren’t in order and because he’s booked on Tuesday night in Pachuca. I was told this booking was made by the CMLL office before Mistico told the office he was going to San Jose, so we’ll see. We haven’t heard anything saying he won’t be in San Jose from the WWE side.
El Reforma’s site is for subscribers only, far as I can tell, so no link. People miss the main event of Arena Aficion all the time, so that’s not exactly binding.

I wanna know the story in how the hell did Black Buffalo end up in AAA? I didn’t even know AAA had contacts with Osaka Pro.
I don’t follow Osaka Pro any more so does Black Buffalo actually wrestle for them any more? He could just be a freelancer now for all we know. AAA does have an Osaka Pro hook-up though b/c Histeria worked there a year and a half or two years ago and that seemed to happen out of nowhere. Maybe some connections via Oriental?
The last match I could find that Black Buffalo wrestled in Osaka Pro was July 23, 2006. I haven’t really followed japanese wrestling lately but I don’t recall seeing him elsewhere. I liked him back when I used to watch Osaka Pro a couple years back. I loved his team with Tsubasa, who I believe has wrestled in Mexico before. Like I said, my japanese wrestling knowledge is very rusty but I searched and Purolove has that as his last match in Osaka Pro. I’m looking forward to seeing him in AAA.
