Ovaciones has hype for the WWE Mexico shows – tickets don’t go on sale for 9 days and the shows aren’t till September. The WWE mixup hilarity this time: the big stars on the tour are listed as “DX, Ric Flair, the Monster, Randy Orton.” I’d presume they mean Kane, though the AAA Monsther fighting on RAW would be a highlight. Rey Mysterio was supposed to work this tour as well, but there’s no mention of it here; omission?

Conicdence: The new Vampiro promotion is Revolucion X Lucha Libre. There’s a promotion in Chile called Revolucion Lucha Libre. Seems to be US styled (with a Soviet!)
I don’t think Panterita losing his mask will be such a big deal now. He could take after Segura when he lost the mask as Oro Jr. out of nowhere and became Mike ‘El Suicida’ Segura. Panterita doesn’t look too bad so he could get over as the young good-looking tecnico. Maybe it’ll help him escape the mini stigma he has working as Panterita.

There is/was promtions out in California called Revolution X and Revolution Pro, which has “lucha libre, puroresu, wrestling” under their logo.
