CMLL Informa introduced Galaxy, a new mini. Galaxy is from Chetumal and trained with Raul Vidal from six years ago and offically debuted on 12/15/2012. He’s a Valiente trainee, like Neon. He’ll team with Angelito against Minos & Mercurio next Tuesday.
There are Galaxy’s wrestling in Veracruz, Texas, and Baja California, and there were recent ones in Matamoros, La Laguna, and Queretaro. There are also Galaxy Boy’s in San Luis Potosi and Veracruz. I think Veracruz’s Galaxy and Galaxy Boy are differnet people but I can’t be 100 sure%. There’s also an Galaxy who was in IWRG a few years ago, who may or not be this CMLL Galaxy.

The main event is listed as a no-disqualification match, though all AAA matches seem to be that way. Taurus was booked and then unbooked; Impact is taping that weekend. Sam Adonis was booked to face Hijo del Vikingo in an AAA Mega (and Warrior Wrestling) championship match on this date, and he’s pulled from the Warrior Wrestling match instead. (Flamita and Rey Horus will replace him there.)
There’s a storyline where La Rebelion is friends with Pagano and against Vampiro. Most of this hasn’t appeared on screen but the announcers have apparently been told it’s happening.
Komander/Cartwheel is an interesting bit to see where Komander is slotted. The Tthird match is a rematch from Madero (which hasn’t aired yet.) First two matches are the normal stuff.

The Cancun mall where AAA’s Luchatitlan shows will be located talked about their business strategy. They say about half of their visitors are foreigners, mostly Americans and Canadians. The mall says they have 9 million visitors a year, and they feel they need new attractions to keep people coming back.

Emperador Azteca get a big main event chance. Fourth match could be great. Not sure if this is airing live, but it’ll turn up eventually.
Other
Maximo announced that he was retiring from the ring to start a promotion (New Exotic). He did not announce a retirement date, just saying he’d finish his current dates (which extend well into February). Only the most gullible believe Maximo has actually wrestled his last match, though the rest of the family is going with it. Maximo’s made up stuff as a prank on social media before, and he’s had strange (collapsing in the ring) and disturbing (accused of domestic violence by his wife) incidents in the last year.
MLW tomorrow will air Microman, Komander, Laredo Kid versus Black Taurus, Gino Medina, and Mini Abismo Negro from their September 18th show. The show airs on ProWrestlingTV.
Box y Lucha has another new release of of 1970 Box y Lucha issues.
Indie promotion Mi Sagrada Lucha Libre has launched its own magazine. Most Mexican promotions don’t exist beyond a Facebook page, so doing anything beyond that stands out. The magazine looks well done.
