Dalys, who usually wears not much, is wearing a full skeleton outfit for this match for some reason.
Hombre Bala was remembered before the third match.
Último Guerrero defended his title in the usual fashion. He was overtly the técnico here, instead of just going for cheers anyway while rudo. Tirantes spent the match slow counting him to make sure the crowd knew to cheer for, bu the action itself didn’t change. UG checked off his usual moves and Sansón dutiful went for a moonsault. Sanson’s spots were stuck in the usual breaks between UG’s moves. UG was willing to take everything and Sanson’s power spots looked more impressive against a bigger man. The standing and striking stuff seemed slower than usual.
The women’s title match went just over eight minutes, a stunningly short time for any title match. It’s even more jarring for regular opponents and the end of a long reign. They made the use of the time, hitting their key spots, but it was shocking when it ended so quick. Not everything needs to go thirty minutes and they had a good pace through it, so it was good if not what I was expecting.
