Black Terry & Diablo Jr. win the tournament and a tag title shot against Veneno & Chicano. This was Terry’s fourth tag match of the day.

Four matches is a long day, but Terry & Diablo have a decent chance of winning the tag tag titles. Rob posted video of the Relampago dive; poor guy destroys himself.

CMLL has the most ordinary show possible tonight in Puebla: five matches, all trios matches, absolutely nothing to any of them. The main event is Dragon Lee, Mistico & Volador against Euforia, Niebla Roja and Yoshitatsu. Tatsu hasn’t shown a lot in Mexico so far, but this is a better chance to have a decent match than Friday. The semimain has Angel de Oro, Maximo and Valiente vs Hechicero, Rey Bucanero and Terrible, where Hechicero is tonight’s replacement for the injured Shocker. Blue Panther Jr., The Panther, Triton face Kraneo, Olimpico, Ripper in the tercera in what might be the best match on the show, which is to say there may not be a good match on this show. First two matches have the usual mix of Puebla luchadors and low ranked DF guys: Lestat, Pegasso and Tigre Rojo Jr. face Disturbio, Espiritu Maligno, and Policeman, and Flyer, Millenium, Zaeta Roja versus Guerrero Espacial, King Jaguar and Perverso open the show.

CultIcon has a preview of the show. It’ll air at 9pm on CMLL’s YouTube channel.

La Union has an interview with luchador Chamaco Valaguez. The upside down neckbreaker called La Valagueza is named after him, and he explains his other job as a butcher gave him lots of practice to carrying large weights over one shoulder, making it easy to do the same with an opponent. Valaguez says El Anibal was the best luchador, talks about his match with Mocho Cota as his best match.

KDNA promotions seems offended by whatever Konnan said last night in Monterrey, posting a photo of their mostly full arena and accusing Konnan of being on drugs.

Lucha 2000 #861 hypes LA Park vs Rush.

PWR’s debut show on FloSlam is this Saturday.
