lucha TV preview for weekend of October 29th

actually readable version

I’ve made some changes. Guadalajara is added back to the list because I can record it and so I can actually keep track of what airs. I can’t do that with the LATV or Titanes en el Ring CMLL shows, so I’ve removed them. The actual static page has the full list of shows I know exist (or might have existed) but I’m not listing up there.  And, yes, I know Guadalajara actually airs on Thursday but I can’t get that one and it’s old news by the time this post goes up.

This is still longer than usual because CMLL is airing Sunday’s show on YouTube. It’ll be three straight days of CMLL streams due to the Dia de Muertos shows, plus the usual Friday night show. CMLL’s added an important match to each show: Valiente/Volador on ClaroSports, Rush vs Ultimo Guerrero on Sunday, the Sky Team defending against the illogical trio of Euforia, Gran Guerrero and La Mascara in Puebla, and the Hijos del Infierno defending against the illogical team of Mistico, Mascara Dorada and Diamante Azul on Tuesday.

I’m still getting a feel for how CMLL Retro is going to work. They haven’t had near as many boxing shows at Coliseo in recent months, so they’re going to slip farther and farther behind if they’re breaking up each taping into two shows. When we were there, it appeared they recorded the whole show, which means a lot of stuff is getting unused. Maybe they don’t tape every week? Maybe it’s just not going to matter because everything is so disconnected anyway.

Lucha Underground‘s preview mentions the loser leaves town and dial of doom matches. There’s at least one more match.

Sunday’s Arena Naucalpan show is another indy promotion taking over the building. AYM now hasn’t aired the last few and I wouldn’t bet on them not airing it again. Gives me more chances to get the FILL show, I guess. (The feed is still not working right.)
