What happened:Ultimo Guerrero cheated Caristico to win the main event. That’s it.
What was good:Opener was the best match to me but ended poorly. Maybe I would’ve liked the main event better if not for the boredom prior, but it wasn’t anything you need to watch. This looked like a weak show on paper and was weaker in the ring.
I need to change the way I do those. Maybe later. Once change I did make: It occurred me that these posts might be moderately useful if I included the best matches of the month in the last roundup post of the month.
February endorsed matches – by air date, which means stuff like LU won’t show up unless I rethink it, and I stuff I watch later also won’t show up. I’ll put together a more complete MOTYC list later on.
Chairo (SUN) 03/06/2016Arena Naucalpan [CMLL, MasLucha, MT]
1) Karisma b Zoom Driver
2) Máximo DQ Súper Muñeco Maximo made good on his promise to kiss Super Muneco. Demasiado attacked Maximo after the match, continuing their feud from WMC
3) Solar I b Hijo del Solar
4) Freelance, Mike Segura, Pantera I, Sádico b Aéreo (Ciudad Juarez), Alas de Acero, Aramis, Iron Kid Sadico replaced Rocky Lobo (Coliseo instead). Said to be a great match.
5) Dragón Lee (CMLL) b Rey Horuz Dragon Lee won with the Dragon Driver. Horuz was stretchered out. Said to be a great match.
6) Pagano b Último Guerrero Pagano fouled UG. Solar challenged Pagano to an extreme match.
7) Extreme Tiger b Máscara Dorada [falls count anywhere] Said to be a great match.
8) Caifan b Atlantis Caifan won! via mask pull, but still. Caifan and Atlantis made mask versus hair challenges.
I don’t have anything new to say about this show, but I don’t have new to stay about much of anything so here’s the same results again. If you missed it, Rey Horuz got checked out and released from a hospital after the show.
Beyond the main event, the fifth match is the Coliseo Tag Team title match from FantasticMania. almost the same as the Coliseo Tag Team Title match from FantasticaMania.
CMLL Elite (SUN) 03/13/2016Arena Coliseo
1) Shockercito & Último Dragóncito vs Pequeño Olímpico & Pierrothito
2) Emperador Azteca & Magnus vs El Cuatrero & Sansón
3) Dinamic Black, Rey Cometa, Tritón vs Eterno, Fresero Jr., Heddi Karaoui
4) Rocky Lobo & Súper Crazy vs Felino & Tiger
5) Dragón Lee, Golden Magic, Máscara Dorada vs Argos, Kamaitachi, Volador Jr.
6) Atlantis & Carístico vs Cibernético & Mr. Niebla
There were supposed to be no longer Elite cards, but still look largely the same. I dunno. Volador on the rudo side in the semimain makes not a lot of sense but the match will probably be pretty fun. Could be one person better.
IWRG (SUN) 03/13/2016Arena Naucalpan
1) Dragón Fly & Kanon vs Matrix Jr. & Picudo Jr.
2) Diva Salvaje, Miss Gaviota, Pasion Kristal vs Artillero, Dr. Cerebro, Metralla

Guess no Wednesday show this week. Golden Magic hasn’t been on this shows for a while because he’s busy with Elite – which he’ll have to do here too. (Eterno too, but he can leave earlier.)
Recapped: 03/02/2016
taped in Auditorio General José María Arteaga, Querétaro, Querétaro, 02/19/2016 – part 1 of 2.
What happened: Pentagon Jr. retained the Mixed Tag Championship in a handicap match over Daga & Taya, after Australian Suicide & attacked Daga. Pentagon gave up the title after the match and the Perros seemed to be all friends again. Villano IV advanced in the Rey de Reyes for whatever reason.
What was good: Nothing. Opener was lesser than most recent trios. Main event was not fun. Rey de Reyes match was not worth watching.
Where can I watch it: It’s on AAA’s channel.Read More
