Sky Team keeps trios titles, weird Guerra de Titanes poster

this is probably not happening/@Albert49ersfan3

CMLL (SUN) 11/15/2015 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [CMLL]
1) Johnny Dinamo & Micro b Black Sugar & Guerrero de la Muerte
2) Capitan Cobra & Javier Cruz Jr. b Avispón Negro Jr. & Demonio Rojo
3) El Chakal & Mr. Apolo b El Yaqui & Nube Roja
Chakal used the ropes to beat Nube Roja. Nuba Roja challenged him to a hair match.
4) El Divino, Linterna, Reycko b Mr. Trueno, Rey Trueno, Thunder Boy
Linterna replaced Freezer
5) Kempo Dragón, Magnum, Vaquero Jr. DQ Exterminador, Maléfico, Ráfaga
Chakal and Mr. Apolo ran in to attack the tecnicos for the DQ.

They were teasing a double hair match previously, but a run in the main event suggests something more like a cage match.

CMLL (MON) 11/16/2015 Arena Puebla [CMLL]
1) Artillero & Súper Comando b Meyer & Paris LA MEJOR LUCHA LIBRE DEL MUNDO EN VIVO 16 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2015 (posted by VideosOficialesCMLL)
16:48 – longest of the night, and not really needing all that time.
2) Policeman, Rey Apocalipsis, Toro Bill Jr. b Black Tiger, Millenium, Oro Jr. LA MEJOR LUCHA LIBRE DEL MUNDO EN VIVO 16 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2015 (posted by VideosOficialesCMLL)
12:26. Rudos took 2/3 in a somewhat disappointing match.
3) Boby Z, Disturbio, Virus b Fuego, Rey Cometa, Stigma LA MEJOR LUCHA LIBRE DEL MUNDO EN VIVO 16 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2015 (posted by VideosOficialesCMLL)
16:44. Virus replaced Okumura. Rudos took 2/3.
4) Ángel de Oro b Hechicero [lightning] LA MEJOR LUCHA LIBRE DEL MUNDO EN VIVO 16 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2015 (posted by VideosOficialesCMLL)
Angel de Oro won in 9:17 via mecedora (after his Skyade Special variation went wrong moments earlier.)
5) Atlantis, Diamante Azul, Dragón Rojo Jr. b La Máscara, Marco Corleone, Último Guerrero [Relevos Increíbles] LA MEJOR LUCHA LIBRE DEL MUNDO EN VIVO 16 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2015 (posted by VideosOficialesCMLL)
9:26. La Mascara replaced La Sombra on Monday and feuded with Atlantis thru this match. He won in straight falls and demanded a title match next week. Atlantis wanted a super libre match right now. La Mascara took Atlantis’ mask and beat him up.
6) Mistico, Valiente, Volador Jr. © b Cavernario, Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas [CMLL TRIOS] LA MEJOR LUCHA LIBRE DEL MUNDO EN VIVO 16 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2015 (posted by VideosOficialesCMLL)
10:22 (but felt quicker.) Tecnicos took 1/3. Fourth defense.

No recap last night, because the best match was also the one where the FantasticaMania roster was announced and I was a little distracted. Maybe it’ll go up tonight. The takeaway was the main event being good, but only barely so because they rushed thru it. Outside of Sombra or Volador doing one man performances, the ‘big’ main events in this building have all been short and disappointing since it started airing. The better matches are the ones in the middle of the card.

A poster is floating around that advertises Rey Mysterio, Dr. Wagner Jr., Alberto el Patron, Johnny Mundo, Blue Demon and La Parka for Guerra de Titanes. It’s bizarre that it even exists; Wagner was Alberto’s replacement so there’s only a short period of time where AAA could’ve thought both would’ve been around, and that time was a while ago. Everyone with AAA says Alberto’s not appearing at the show, so how did a poster announcing his farewell appearance get sent out? (For the same reasons the lineups aren’t updated, one supposes.) For what it’s worth, Alberto is not scheduled on a WWE house show that day, but is due into Puerto Rico the next day for his WWC match.

Elite put out a poster with the previously announced main event, and no undercard yet.

Sombra’s going on a trip! Good on him for taking advantage of the days where he’s not working to do something fun. I can’t imagine what else this could possibly mean. (I really don’t know, but he’s smart enough to know what people are thinking when they see that.)

LuchaWorld has this week’s PosterMania and KrisZ’s news update.

RobViper has highlights of 05/29/15 CMLL.

Black Terry Jr. has highlights of Black Terry versus Hechicero.

Furia de Titanes wonders if Cibernetico will become the new Pierroth. Not the New Pierroth, but be a guy known for promos like the original Pierroth.

Multimedios says Laredo Kid is still under consideration by WWE.

Kcidis draws the Buen Fin luchador deals.

Lineups

CMLL (SUN) 11/22/2015 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara
1) Johnny Dinamo vs Quca
2) El Alteño & Javier Cruz Jr. vs Diplomático & Mr. Brisa
3) León Blanco, Metatrón, Nautilius vs El Chakal, Mercenario, Mr. Apolo
4) Gallo, Magnum, Vaquero Jr. vs Exterminador, Furia Roja, Thunder Boy
5) Esfinge & La Máscara vs Euforia & Maléfico

CMLL DF luchadors back here on Sundays? This would be the first time on a ‘normal’ Sunday card since 2014 (but there’s been a lot of abnormal cards this year.) This seems like a ripple effect of Elite taking over Sunday Arena Mexico shows. Euforia & La Mascara don’t seem in the mix to work those shows and have to find their bookings elsewhere.

Dipolamtico is a random new name for a rudo.

CMLL (MON) 11/23/2015 Arena Puebla
1) Meyer, Paris, Zaeta Roja vs Guerrero Espacial, King Jaguar, Policeman
2) Arkalis, Asturiano, Lestat, Millenium, Rey Samuray vs Akuma, Cancerbero, Canelo Casas, Inquisidor, Raziel [cibernetico]
3) Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr., Stuka Jr. vs Ephesto, Luciferno, Mephisto
4) Marco Corleone, Máximo Sexy, Super Porky vs Kráneo, Ripper, Shocker
5) Atlantis © vs La Máscara [MEX LH]
2nd defense

Doing local versus DF ciberneticos is something these venues should more often, but this is a pretty weak DF side. It’s typical though, because it’s usually only the opening/second match DF guys who face the Puebla locals. There’s just that not that many good DF opening match guys.

CMLL’s Puebla broadcast hyped five tecnicos as possibly following the path of Pegasso, Stigma and Guerrero Maya Jr. as Puebla natives making the jump to Mexico City. (Only Stigma wrestled regularly in Arena Puebla.) Four tecnicos are on this show: Zaeta Roja, Arakalis, Asturiano and Lestat. Tiger Rojo Jr. is the other.

This is a gigantic leap, but I wonder about the long term status of Inquisidor and if this might be the beginning of something. He’s down to one Tuesday show, one Coliseo show and maybe one Puebla appearance a month, and he might even lose some of those spots if a new wave of debuts are happening in a couple months. That was Molotov’s fate before he lost his mask and disappeared and maybe we’ll see the same for Inquisidor some point soon.

DTU (THU) 11/26/2015 Arena Aficion
1) Luigi & Niño De Cobre vs Electrock Boy & Perro Negro Jr.
2) Chica Ye-Ye, El Intruso Jr., Jimmy, Joven Maravilla, Kevin vs Black Fire, El Exótico, Lokillo, Ovett, Tony [cibernetico]
3) Dragón Rojo Jr. vs Rocky Lobo [lightning]
4) Delta & Stuka Jr. vs Cíclope & Miedo Extremo and Lanzeloth & Septimo Dragón
5) ?, Misterioso Jr. (CMLL), Psicosis II vs Aero Boy, Pesadilla, Violento Jack
mystery luchador is from CMLL
6) Titan vs Drastik Boy
7) Blue Panther, Negro Navarro, Paraoniko vs Ángel o Demonio, Solar I, Valiente

DTU’s take on Padrismo. Titan/Drastick Boy is the most interesting match to me.

Sounds like classic WCW to me…
