1) Gemelo Fantastico I b Volátil
Demasiado y Scorpio 2.0 attacked Gemelo after the match, moving it right into the next match.
2) Demasiado & Scorpio 2.0 b Gemelo Fantastico I & Rey Psicis
Supposed to be a three way match, turned into a 2v2 tag with Gemelo added. He lost.
3) Arez & Belial b Dragón De Fuego & Resplandor Negro
4) Astro de Plata b Astro
Astro de Plata’s first match since suffering a spine injury in 2011 and leaving wrestling. He defeated his brother, the former Astro Rey Jr.
5) Iron Kid b Diosa Quetzal
Diosa Quetzal replaced Keira.
6) Black Terry b Rey Hechicero
great match, money thrown in and Esto Es Lucha chant.
7) Dragon Lee (CMLL) b Impulso
good match.

This sounds like it was a good show with a decent crowd.

Elite Lucha Libre (SUN) 11/15/2015 Arena México [+LuchaTV, CMLL]
1) Pequeño Nitro & Pequeño Olímpico b Fantasy & Stukita
2) Cancerbero, Heddi Karaoui, Raziel b Emperador Azteca, Magnus, Metaleón
Magnus and Heddi Karaoui added on Tuesday, match moved up a spot. Rudos took 2/3.
3) Silueta & Syuri © b Dalys & Zeuxis [REINA TAG]
first defense. Match moved down a spot on Tuesday. Tecnicas took 2/3.
4) Pegasso, Rey Cometa, Titán b Ángel de Oro, Argos, Golden Magic
Argos and Titan were added to this match on Tuesday. This was Argos’ return to Arena Mexico after four years in AAA. He and Titan feuded, as did Angel de Oro & Rey Cometa. Titan’s team took 2/3. Money thrown in.
5) Damián 666 & Halloween b Máximo Sexy & Volador Jr.
Damian and Halloween replaced Bestia 666 & Mr. Aguila, and Volador swapped spots with Valiente. Maximo and Volador challenged for a hair match again.
6) Carístico, Negro Casas, Valiente b Black Warrior, Ephesto, Mephisto
match was originally, but briefly, listed with Chessman, Cibernetico and a mystery luchador on the rudo side. The card was later reposted with three mystery rudo luchadors, then a poster came out with Mephisto, Ephesto and a mystery person and Volador being replaced by Valiente. Black Warrior was the mystery luchador, making his first appearance here since 2013. The tecnicos won with a La Mistica on Black Warrior. Cibernetico appeared after the match, coming thru the crowd, helping the rudos beat up Caristico and challenging Caristico, Rush, Ultimo Guerrero and La Sombra.

There’s a video of Cibernetico’s in-ring promo. They ‘fooled’ everyone by having Black Warrior as the surprise. Warrior was brought into AAA to work as Myzteziz’s opponent, so he stands a good chance of sticking around here for the same reasons. He didn’t look much good in AAA. Cibernetico wrestling as little as possible is probably the best idea for him. Cibernetico seemed to shoot down the idea of Chessman also jumping in a post show interview.

Given the changes and the challenges, and the need to keep people coming to this show, I think that Volador/Maximo vs FdT apuesta match might actually be happening. These aren’t totally empty challenges.

Attendance looked significantly up from last week. Even though Cibernetico wasn’t on the final poster, enough people knew about him possibly being on this show that it probably helped things. Nothing else really changed.

With Cibernetico here, Psicosis I returned to AAA TV’s show was his replacement in Ciudad Juarez. He hasn’t been with AAA since May 2014. Chris Masters was the mystery tecnico. Both guys are part of the  Que Viva el Rey tour and probably just got asked to work an extra date. This week’s AAA show announced Guerra de Titanes will take place on 12/04 in Tampico and this taping won’t air until 12/05, so it’s sort of the start of the winter dead period already. (AAA TV also promoted the Que Viva el Rey tour and the Mexican Madness Thursday in Guadalajara shows, which had not been mentioned previously.)

That 12/04 date puts Guerra de Titanes on a Friday. There’s still no clear indication of when CMLL might have a year end show (or, knowing them, if they’ll have one), but there’s at least a chance they’ll be running an iPPV that night too. That would be crazy.

No Saturday Coliseo show this week due to boxing.

DTU announced Titan versus Drastick Boy for their 11/26 Arena Aficion show.

LuchaWorld has KrisZ’s news update.

Funcion Estelar has interviews with Thunder Rosa and Diosa Atenea about their title match, as well as an interview with Lokillo about his CWF title match.

Lineups

CMLL Elite (SUN) 11/22/2015 Arena México
1) Shadow Boy & Sonic vs Demus 3:16 & Mercurio
2) Magnus, Pegasso, Rey Cometa vs Cancerbero, Heddi Karaoui, Raziel
3) Ángel de Oro, Argos, Golden Magic vs Misterioso Jr., Pierroth, Sagrado
4) Felino, Puma, Tiger vs Negro Navarro, Trauma I, Trauma II
5) Mistico, Valiente, Zumbi vs Cavernario, Euforia, Mr. Águila
6) Atlantis, Carístico, Negro Casas vs Cibernético, Dark Cuervo, Mephisto

This is the lineup from Box Y Lucha, which often changes even when it was just CMLL. Cuervo being here stands out.

All the feuding from the midcard, including FdT vs Volador/Maximo, seems to be going nowhere this week.

In the opener, Shadow Boy is an IWRG trainee (or someone from Guerrero, or both.) Sonic’s also appeared on IWRG trainee shows, but as a member of Hip Hop Man’s training class. He’s shown up in Toryumon too.
