Not a standout match, but a lot of good matches.

not sure how this roll helps, but it is neat

Winner: Traumas (Trauma II headscissors armbar Jeque)
Match Time: 19:14

Review: [ok] Seemed like it would be pretty good at times but never quite got there. They did the big tease for Trauma I/Aeroboy early, did come back to it, but cleared both guys out via elimination before the finish which was weird. Crowd still really liked Jeque and wanted to see him win, but Trauma II just beat him clean. The first six-seven minutes of this match were the Trauma trademarks which have grown a bit stale – I never liked seeing them put on holds and let other guys free of them for no reason, but I guess it proved out they could get he hold later on when they wanted.

Belial lariat

Winner: Dragon Lee (hanging double stomp )
Match Time: 5:03

Review: [good] These two started in the fifth gear, as if they had a bus to urgently catch. I don’t think anyone takes a breath in the first two minutes. It slowed after the dive, and it was kind of disappointing when it ended (or how it ended – if Lee had just caught Belial by surprise on something, it would’ve worked better, but he just had no problem setting up his finisher), only in this really could’ve been something special with more time. Dragon Lee’s headscissors escape looked unwordly, Belial did some crazy things on this. This is a hard one to justify buying given it’s really short length, but that first couple minutes were great. It’s probably a good practice run for Dragon Lee’s 2016 Best of Super Juniors run.

Violento Jack tope

Winner: DRAW (double countout)
Match Time: 12:03

top rope superplex

Review: [good] the thing about about not having announcers and just watching unedited video is sometimes the video stops and you’re not immediately sure why. It took me a moment to realize it was a countout. This was still a good brawl, with Violento Jack taking it to Sagrado and Sagrado annoyed he was having to fight hard to beat this guy. Violento Jack’s tope early was great. Sagrado’s kicks to the face in the corner was great. The brawl at the end kind of worked, though stopping and bending over for a chair shot never looks good. The crowd was into this.

Winner: Hechicero
Match Time: 13:27

Review: [good] This was a similar mat battle to the Traumas match, but the fight was more aggressive and Hechicero really came across as a brute trying to finish things. Judas was overmatched, but Hechicero wanted to bully him around more than beat. Judas might have won because Hechicero decided to punish him instead, but couldn’t because Hechicero was just that much better. There was no need to bringing in the chair or brawl, but Hechicero wanted to make a point and did. This was a very rudo win without cheating.
