Review: [OK] better than the average opener because the minis are just more fun than most of the primera guys. Not the smoothest match – Angelito needs to get some more regular matches to help with his timing, because his spots look good when they occur. Mercurio continues to be entertaining. Pequeno Universo continues to be rotund.

Review: [ok] very long first fall tried the fan’s patience. Sangre and Soberano feuding, telegraphing the finish. Which is fine if the feud had been any interesting, but it and the rest of the match was generic filler. Rudos usually do more interesting stuff, Soberano seemed limited by it being a segunda. Easy skippable match which I wish I skipped while I was watching.

Review: [good] Another Blue Panther special, where the match is more exciting than normal because it plays out a different way. It really picked up in the chaotic second fall finish, though the Virus/The Panther exchange in the first fall was really good too. Following up the usual “everyone does a finish” sequence with an unusual “everyone does a submission” sequence was nice. Final finish came a bit easy for Mephisto and I’ll never get used to people sliding out for no reason but to set up Ephesto’s tope, but this was pretty good for a Tuesday trios.

Notes: Rudos attack Místico on the runway.
Review: [good] very good trios match, borderline Great, one of the better random trios matches of the year. Crowd really got into the técnico crew’s high flying antics, and there were a lot of them. Rudos did a superb job working with the técnicos and playing off them to the crowd. It’s still Mistico’s world, but all three técnicos got in may of their big spots and Dragon Lee stole the show like usual. (His diving headscissors was more impressing than Mistico’s plancha a few seconds earlier.) Really fun match, hope they do more of these.
