Comando Boricua used teamwork and a mask pull to beat Gallo after earlier losing a fall due to excessive violence.

Barbaro replaced Mr. Aguila. Thunder fouled Marco for the DQ.

first defense for Sky Team. They took falls 2/3, Mistico beating Ultimo Guerrero for the win.

almost week old results are better than no results. Hope they air the segunda instead of the tercera (this will not occur.)

Festival de Mascaras 2015
1) Electro Boy b Atomic Star and Magnum 44 and Dragón Celestial andHip Hop Man
Electroboy beat Hip Hop Man, wants a shot at the Argentina title.
2) Leo, Mike, Rafy b Leonardo, Miguel Angel, Rafael
hometown Turtles beat the AULL ones.
3) Golden Magic, Guerrero Maya Sr., Veneno b Apolo Estrada Jr., El Hijo del Diablo, Imposible
Black Terry returned to his Guerrero Maya identity. Good match, money thrown in.
4) Pantera I, Pantera II, Solar I b Canis Lupus, Eterno, Negro Navarro
First time Panteras have teamed since maybe the late 80s/early 90s; they had been a regular tag team in this building in the 80s. Good match. Solar was honored for 40 years of wrestling by IWRG after the match.
5) Black Tiger III, Cien Caras Jr., Hijo de Máscara Año 2000 b Chicano,Dr. Wagner Jr., Hijo De Dos Caras
Black Tiger III unmasked as Silver King (with the Silver King mask.) The two brothers feuded. Dos accidentally got involved in the ending series of mask pulls and fouls, which ended with Silver King beating Dr. Wagner after a foul and challenges all around.

I read the recap of the main event finish about three times, in two languages. I think it’s clearly written, but I still couldn’t follow it. Possible this show turns on AYM tonight.

After Titan lost the welterweight title yesterday, he kneeled down and dropped the title in front of Cavernario. CMLL’s Twitter saw this as a bit rudo and said the crowd booed. Titan explained he didn’t mean it that way, and he thinks Barbaro Cavernario was a worthy challenger.

  1. Good to see Matt D is watching early CMLL minis stuff. I’m guessing it’s just to see Virus early in his career but do not sleep on that division from the 93-97 time period. So underrated. Full of excellent workers like Damiancito, Cicloncito Ramirez, Pierrothito & Felinito. I once tried to argue that division was better than the much more well known AAA minis division from the same time period.

  2. Guess Jack Evans might end up in team USA2/ROH and Prince Puma with demon jr/Wagner since he’s got Aztec Blood… -_-
