Xena & Yuca La Potranquita vs La Hielera & Miss Janeth: [below average] Yuca may be like the fourth best wrestler today on this taping. These other three were not in the top 4. Yuca has good offense that absolutely will not work with these rudas, but she doesn’t know that until far too late. Props to the referee for taking a bump to try and cover up a really bad botch. This went way too long. La Hielera seemed experienced but bad. Xena did not look experienced. Janeth can do a few spots but needs to be hidden in a trios, not the one carrying the action. They pulled it together slightly at the end .
Aguila Solitaria, El Hijo de Aníbal, Solar I vs Histeria II, Perro Del Ring, Rambo: [OK] The mat work with Histeria & Solar to begin was interesting, and but then it deveolved in tedious usual old guy fightning. The match was heavily centered around Rambo, who had the least ability to do much on his team (though the Perro del Ring did not look a lot better). They actually seemed to edit out something with Anibal, which was amazing given what was left in on this taping. This was OK, but the kid’s match from the previous week was more intersting. Third fall seemed very hurried after the leisurely paced previous falls.
