Mistico defeats Polvora, Ingobernables vs Casas

CMLL (MON) 02/16/2015 Arena Puebla [El Popular, Periodico Enfoque, Periodico Enfoque (fotos)]
1) Metatrón, Paris, Tigre Rojo Sr. b Ares, Fuerza Chicana, Guerrero Espacial
Paris’ first match here since October.
2) Amapola, Dalys, Tiffany b Goya Kong, La Vaquerita, Marcela
3) Felino, Puma, Tiger b Blue Panther, Stigma, Tritón
Felino submitted Panther.
4) La Máscara, La Sombra, Marco Corleone b Rey Bucanero, Terrible, Thunder Negro Casas
Negro Casas replaced Thunder. La Mascara snuck in a foul on Negro Casas and got the win. Ingobernables beat up Casas after the match, Felino made the save, and that set up a match for next week.
5) Mistico b Pólvora
Mistico took 2/3, beating Polvora with La Mistica

I guess the way Felino was added to the feud, he has to take it seriously? I dunno.

The most interesting match on tonight’s CMLL Arena Mexico card is the Guerrero Maya vs Virus lightning match. They’ve matched up four times in CMLL, with Maya winning both lightning matches and Virus winning both title matches (which both have been very good.) It should be up on their YouTube channel tonight around 9 CT. The show also has a Panthers vs Comando Boricua in a rematch and Dragon Rojo, Stuka, Volador vs Bobby Zavala, Ultimo Guerrero and Gran Guerrero in the main event.

Guadalajara has the doomed trio of Mascara, Sombra and Maximo versus Rey Bucanero, Terrible and the returning Vangellys.

Leyendas Inmortales is in Arena Queretaro tonight with a father/son tag team. The eight teams are the Caneks, Mascara 2000s, Universo 2000s, Fantasmas, Fuerza Guerrera/Fuerza Negra (?), Solars, Villano IIIs, Mr Jacks, and Ojo de Tigres. Cien Caras is not on the show but his two sons are in the semimain. Canek is interviewed to talk about the show.

Ephesto replaces Ultimo Guerrero on Sunday in Arena Mexico. Ultimo Guerrero is still on the Tuesday and Friday shows, but he was already booked in Illinois on Sunday.

Mr. Niebla has an interview with AYM Sports where he says he likes wrestling in the independents but Negro is too busy with his singles career and Felino is teaming with his sons so he’ll have to find new Peste Negra members. (He forgot Cavernario.) That sounds like a man who’s planning on forming an indy Peste Negra to team with him while he’s outside of CMLL for how ever long it lasts this time, but it’s only teased here.

Blue Demon Jr. will be part of a lucha libre show in Royal Albert Hall in London on July 11th. This is a different “lucha libre in London” tour than the Santo one. No other names are listed. La Parka (AAA), Hijo del Fantasma, and Mini Histeria are all pictured on the poster and the description says it’s a 16 person tour.

A car drove thru a wall on the third floor of the Arena Mexico parking garage, falling out of the structure yesterday. Luckily, it fell on to the roof of a laundry facility and not all three stories down. The driver hit the accelerator instead of the brake. The car and the driver were rescued; the driver was taken to the hospital not for injuries but for a nervous breakdown.

Black Terry Jr. has highlights of the Traumas vs Jeque & Aeroboy, Rey Hechicero vs Judas el Traidor and Dragon Lee vs Belial.
