AAA TV to continue as normal, routine CMLL show, Anniversary music video

CMLL (FRI) 01/09/2015 Arena México [CMLL, Notimex]
1) Leono & Sensei b Akuma & Espanto Jr.
2) Okumura, Puma, Sangre Azteca b Esfinge, Pegasso, Tritón
3) Ángel de Oro, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. b Misterioso Jr., Pierroth, Sagrado
Rudos are now known as Comando Caribeno – they had t-shirts, so it’s clearly official. Angel de Oro brought his title belt and a mask (Fabian el Gitano’s?) to the ring before the match.
4) Kamaitachi b Dragon Lee [lightning]
Both wrestlers countered each other many times. Kamaitachi resorted to an unseen mask pull to win.
5) Atlantis, Máscara Dorada, Máximo DQ Mr. Águila, Rey Bucanero, Terrible
Straight falls. Comandante kissed Maximo in the second, and Terrible & Bucanero fouled Maximo. Mr. Aguila insisted Mije foul Kemonito too, and he did.
6) La Máscara, La Sombra, Marco Corleone b Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas, Shocker
Ingobernables took 1/3

Maximo and TRT face off again today in Coliseo. Maximo teams with Blue Panther Sr. & Dragon Rojo Jr. vs Euforia, Terrible and Rey Bucanero.

After a few weeks of mystery and intrigue about AAA’s TV situation, AAA basically announced things are continuing exactly as normal. Today’s AAA TV episode lists shows 01/23 (Friday) in Arena Naucalpan and 01/30 (also Friday) in Toluca. The Naucalpan lineup could be announced at any time. Those dates mean there will be no additional filler weeks. The Naucalpan show should starting airing on 01/31.

I dunno. This is different from what people had been telling me (but I’m still wrong.) Normal is fine with me. This vaguely fits with an idea to run in smaller buildings, but they’re exactly the type of buildings AAA normally runs this time of year anyway. AAA tapings in Naucalpan and Toluca are always good, so these should be as well.

Today’s CMLL on CadenaTres show has the double mask match among other interesting matches. You can watch it on the station’s YouTube channel – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWrMy_zHRps – starting at 7pm Mexico City time.

A show. Not bothering to do much while part of the crew is in Japan. Maybe they’re setting up Maximo/Terrible? Maybe they’re just killing time. The FantasticaMania guys will be back on shows by 01/23.

Dragon Lee is now the definitive favorite to end up in a mask feud with Kamitachi; it may have already started.
