1) Centvrión, Dragón Celestial, Metaleon b Diva Salvaje, Estrella Divina, Miss Gaviota
Centvrion returns (first match here since April) with a win.
2) Leo, Mike, Rafy, Teelo b Apolo Estrada Jr., Avisman, Danny Casas, Imposible
Another win for the Ninja Turtles.
3) Rayan, Trauma II, Universo 2000 Jr. b Dr. Cerebro, Emperador Azteca, Relámpago
4) Oficial 911 & Oficial AK47 © NC Canis Lupus & Eterno [IWRG IC TAG]
Scheduled to be a rematch for the titles, but Oficial AK47 did not show and match did not occur. Titles were declared vacant.
5) Danny Casas & Oficial 911 DQ Canis Lupus & Eterno
Replacement match. Bloody match with Canis and Eterno going after 911. Danny fouled 911 (circumstances unclear), the referee thought Eterno did it and gave the match to Casas & 911.
6) Chicano, Hijo de Máscara Año 2000, Veneno b Golden Magic, Súper Nova, Toscano
Veneno and Toscano feuded and bled. Straight falls for the rudos, Toscano beating Veneno.

Trying a different way of illustrating forfeited matches. That finish suggests they still plan to keep the Oficials/Eterno/Lupus feud going, but they probably just did the match they were planning on doing and any rethinking won’t come until later.

Veneno turning on Toscano and beating him in two falls suggests Arena Naucalpan is going to find out how many people will turn out for a Toscano hair match in 2014.

1) Chamaco Gurrola & Tequilita b Mini Hator & Pequeno Difunto
2) Kaientai L Halcon Real, Demenzía, Medico Infernal, Memo Valles, Face Man, Gato Fantasma, Aguila Azteca [hair]
Kaietani lost his hair to Medico Infernal.
3) El Ninja, Ninja Jr., Ultimo Ninja b Hijo Del Mongol Chino, Mongol Chino, Mongol Chino Jr.
4) Hijo de LA Park b El Pulpo, Angel Blanco Jr., Silver Star, Temblor, Tigre Universitario, Antifaz del Norte [UMLL CHAMP, #1 Contenders]
Hijo de LA Park beat Antifaz (not originally in the match) to win the title shot at some future day.
5) LA Park b Dr. Wagner Jr., El Hijo del Solitario
Parka beat Solitario with help from Wagner.

This was originally the Mil Mascaras show before plans changed. The Park/Wagner/Solitario match didn’t seem to draw well from the few pictures that have turned up.

Valiente challenges Mephisto for the Mexican Light Heavyweight Championship for the fourth time tonight in Puebla. It seems unlikely he’d finally get the win in Puebla but there’s no reason he can’t.

NJPW launched their njpwworld service earlier this morning for about $9USD. It’s solely NJPW stuff – my CMLL theory didn’t pan out – but there are some luchador matches in NJPW. (Two Solar matches from 1981 sound like good ideas.) The live airings mention the two FantasticaMania Korakuen Hall shows as airing live, and those are usually the big shows of the tournament. The NJPWWorld system has access to the TV Asahi broadcasts, which were only a few of the shows last year. I wonder if SamuraiTV will still be broadcasting the other shows, and if that means they’ll be available thru niconico.

Carta Brava (not-AAA version) took Mike Segura’s hair in a cage match on Sunday in Arena Lopez Mateos.

+LuchaTV has interviews from Super Fly and Aerostar. Also, Alberto del Rio talking briefly about CM Punk and Ricardo Rodriguez talking about coming to AAA and leaving WWE.

LuchaWorld writes about Sunday’s UIPW show with Negro Casas.

Segunda Caida reviewed Black Metal and Cavernario’s trip to Puebla.

SuperLuchas #537 has Brock Lesnar and Alberto del Rio covers.

An interview with Chamaco Valaguez; it reads like he’s working as a butcher and a taxi driver now.

Lineups

CMLL (SUN) 12/07/2014 Arena Coliseo
1) Eléctrico & Fantasy vs Pequeño Universo 2000 & Pierrothito
2) Magnus, Soberano Jr., Star Jr. vs Cholo, Hijo del Signo, Ramstein

4) Ángel de Oro, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. vs Hombre sin Nombre, Kamaitachi, Okumura
5) Atlantis, Dragón Rojo Jr., La Máscara vs Gran Guerrero, Niebla Roja, Pólvora
6) Marco Corleone vs Terrible

Terrible hasn’t defended the title in a year, Terrible is about six months away from having the longest ever heavyweight reign, there’s no reason this isn’t a title match, this isn’t a title match. I dunno.

Estrellita is out for a while, still booked on to next week’s show. I dunno.

Sobreano, Star, Cholo and Ramstein are all back together in the segunda. This is a real thing.

11/30 AAA TV Results (Tuxtla Gutiérrez)

AAA TV (SUN) 11/30/2014 Explanada del Parque Bicentenario, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas [AAA]
1) Mini Drago, Octagoncito, Pasion Kristal b Mamba, Mini Murder Clown, Mini Murder Clown
Drago beat Mini Psycho Clown.
2) Australian Suicide & Ivelisse Vélez DQ Dark Cuervo & Sexy Star
Pentagon Jr., a one man immigration task force, ran in to attack Suicide and try to get to Ivelisse for the DQ. This led to a mixed tag title challenge.
3) Aerostar b Súper Fly
Mask ripping chair brawl, with Aerostar winning via top rope frankensteiner.
4) Angélico & Jack Evans b Hijo del Fantasma & Zorro
Jack 630 senton on Zorro.
5) Blue Demon Jr., El Elegido, El Mesías b Averno, Chessman, Cibernético
Demon beat Averno to get revenge for Cibernetico attacking him way back when.
6) Joe Lider & Pentagón Jr. b Fénix & Myzteziz
Lots of Lider style weapons. Pentagon beat Fenix with a Destroyer. Pentagon and Lider declared they’d win the tag titles at Guerra de Titanes. Angelico and Jack ran them off, then had an uneasy moment with Fenix and Myzteziz.

Air Date: 12/20 and 12/27

AAA notes over 10,000 people turned out for the show. The last show here was similar well attended, free and I’m assuming this one was as well, but I’m not 100% sure. There was a locals dark match prior to the show.

Now that we know PPV happening, this is one of those weird tapings which builds up match we’ll already have seen by this point (though not for the people who are only following this promotion on TV.) It’s a lot of place keeping with some interesting results. Hell Brothers lose again which makes it seem like they’ll surely starting winning at Guerra de Titanes, but Aerostar also won and I’d still be shocked if he lost the mask match. The Angelico & Jack Evans appearances feel like a correction to them being brushed aside in this build previously (plus we found out Zorro is a rudo this week), but it’s still hard to see them winning next Sunday.

The mixed tag team feud is new, logical and a good sign of AAA having an idea of how they wanted to use someone new right away. They go back to women’s tag match (Faby/Ivelisse vs Taya/Sexy) at Guerra de Titanes but maybe the tag title match comes some time later.

Not sure when though; the audio preview Oscar and Enrique did prior to last night’s taping called this show the pentultimate of the 2014. That’d mean AAA is done after Guerra de Titanes. They’ll have enough shows taped to last thru 01/10, and they can make it to February if the three best of shows are worked in there.

Next taping is Sunday for Guerra de Titanes.
