BSW (SAT) 03/01/2014 Auditorio de Tijuana, Tijuana, Baja California [The Gladiatores]
1) Tigrillo b Misionero De La Muerte
2) Black Phantom & Fantástico b Black Boy & Mirage

Cachondo turned on Xolo, giving his team the win by DQ.
4) Johnny Goodtime & Johnny Yuma b Big Daddy Destro & Ray Rosas
5) Arandú & TJ Boy b Aeroboy & Violento Jack
one fall. DTU dominated, TJ team came back, and Violento Jack leaped into a guitar shot for the loss.
6) Sin Cara b Black Warrior [BSW IC MIDDLE]
Sin Cara took falls 2/3, the last with a casita, to win the vacant (new) title

Sin Cara’s second match (and first he got paid for.) Attendance looks average.

1) Espiritu Balamri, Kaligua, Kiuby vs Black Tempest, Ciber Black, Principe Mixteco
2) Diosa Atenea, India Mazanua, Star Fire b Mystique, Princesa Ahy Leen, Sexy Angel

Money thrown in. Shibata, Pegazus and Sky Fly are going by Los Dinamikos.

Villano IV defeated Negro for the win.
5) Josef Von Schmidt, Matt Striker, Ultimate Security DQ Ricky Marvin, Super Crazy, Super Zeta
Foreigners were DQed for excessive violence.

and attendance here was minimal. Weird finish for the main event unless the foreigners are coming back but I’m already over thinking it.

IWRG (SUN) 03/02/2014 Arena Naucalpan [IWRG]
1) Galaxy & Látigo b Andy Boy & Orion
Main show debuts for Neza trainees Orion; Andy Boy snuck onto a show back in 2012 (teaming with Star Boy Jr.!)
2) Dragón Celestial & Emperador Azteca b Dowki & Hanaoka
3) Apolo Estrada Jr., Tony Rivera, Tupac Amaru Jr. b Black Terry, Chico Che, Skayde
straight falls, when Skayde and Terry had problems and Tony rolled up Terry for the win. This sets up their singles match Wednesday.
4) Golden Magic, Hip Hop Man, Veneno DQ Oficial 911, Oficial AK47, Spartan
Hip Hop Man replaced Alan Extreme (injury), while Spartan took Fierro’s place. Tecnicos took 2/3, AK-47 fouling Veneno.
5) Hijo De Dos Caras, Relámpago, Súper Nova DQ Cien Caras Jr., El Hijo del Diablo, X-Fly
Tecnicos took 1/3. Apolo Estrada ran in, hit Super Nova with a weapon for the DQ, then challenged him. X-Fly took Super Nova’s mask for good measure.

Apolo Estrada versus Super Nova sounds like a good idea. I’m unsure why the IWRG random booking machine has landed on “Super Nova, as top tecnico” but it’s got possibilities. High hopes for Skayde/Terry too, obviously.

Speaking of Super Nova single feuds, Black Terry Jr. has highlights of Nova’s title match with Averno from Saturday.

AAA tapes for the last time prior to Rey de Reyes tonight in Irapuato. The main event is Cibernetico, La Parka, Psycho Clown vs Parka Negra, Texano, Zorro. The semimain has gotten more talk, because it’s got a mystery man teaming with Axel, Electroshock vs Chessman, Hijo del Fantasma and Silver King. I know I thought it was other people in that spot previously, but it makes the most sense to be Blue Demon Jr. – he’s teamed with Axel, he and Electroshock had a match of mutual respect a while back, and he’s feuding with Chessman.

That Demon/Chessman title match hasn’t officially announced; not much has, and that’s probably what most of tonight’s show will be. Every match but the minis title match will probably end with a match being finalized for Rey de Reyes, and I’d guess the full card gets announced sometime tomorrow.

Dinastia opens the card defending his minis championship versus Dinastia, which should be a pretty good match. (The first half of the card may all be good matches.) Over in Puebla, fellow flippy dudes Los Estetas del Aire have their own title defense against Peste Negra and are also expected to retain their titles.

Segunda Caida reviews Rush vs Nakamura from this year’s FantasticaMania.

Lo Mejor de Lucha Libre has interviews with Venum & Ludxor, Mamba, and Hator & Corazon de Barrio on Mr. Nice. That leads into Tuesday’s show, Mr. Nice & Tigre Universitario versus Corazon de Barrio & Hator in a vale tudo match. Tarzan Boy works the semimain.
