CMLL honored Oro in after the fourth match. Today is the 20th anniversary of his passing, and the annual mass in his honor will be held today at noon. Canada’s National Post also has a poem in Oro’s honor today.

IWRG’s Castillo del Terror lineup has slightly changed again. Carta Brava is off the card because he’s on the AAA TV taping the same day, and Hijo de Mascara Ano 2000 replaces him in the cage match.

The WON reports Guerra de Titanes will take place in Tepic, on the previous leaked date of 12/07. It looks like AAA hasn’t taped TV there since 2009, though I could be missing one, and there’s a large bullring there if they want it for the big show. (There are also smaller options.) Based on AAA saying they’re bringing in TNA wrestlers for Guerra de Titanes and the storylines TNA are running, there’s a good chance of an AJ Styles appearance to defend his title. (Time for Daga to lose!)

The giant photograph of El Santo from the 80 Years of Lucha Libre photo walk has been stolen. This is the photo. Those things are huge, it’s not something easy to walk off with or pry free from the frame.

In Queretaro, DTU said they’d be bringing in 3 foreigners for their Anniversary show in December.

Texano is proud to still be champion, confused to be facing Perro in Tonala, and doesn’t hint at a next challenger.

Mascara Sagrada Jr. talks about his career, seems to claim AAA never copyrighted the name so that’s why he’s allowed to keep using it. He does not explain why he’s allowed to use the mask he already lost.

Akuma main events this week’s Gym del Valle show, with his brother Demus signing autographs. Also: random American!

That’s a main event which seemed scheduled for December, so it’s surprising to see it on Dia de Muertos. Kraneo’s promo for this show does not mention that main event, but does say he and Marco are on the show. Plans change. Shocker is scheduled for the four match, but there’s no reason he should be expected to show up unless he says something about the show himself on Twitter.
