Aerostar, Angélico, Jack Evans vs Machine Rocker, Pentagón Jr., Soul Rocker: EXCELLENT and not even particular close. You’re not going to get much better of a trios match in this style than this. Everyone was great, nothing went wrong and the difficulty of what they were trying to do was amazing. There were so many great sequence I had six different things to gif and could’ve done twice as much. Aerostar seemed to be making up for lost time, going all out the whole way, taking a bunch of abuse (the Pentagon chops were brutal), showing off his old moves and breaking out some new ones for the return to TV. Machine Rocker was incredible during this match. Everyone was really good. I’m glad we got to see this match.
Monster Clown, Murder Clown, Psycho Clown vs Máscara Año 2000 Jr., Silver King, Texano Jr.: A better than usual Consejo/Psycho match, in the never ending marathon of them. It felt shorter than usual, or just less like both sides trying to get in every spot they do every week. The near wins for Psycho were well done, even if he still looks dumb being so happy about pinning the wrong guy. It’s not like Texano is making an unfair rule here, but I guess we’re supposed to feel it was that way. Good to see the monkey.
Dinastía, Máscarita Divina, Octagoncito vs Mini Abismo Negro, Mini Charly Manson, Mini Histeria: Good minis match. Lots of action the whole way, with everything going pretty well (Mascarita Divina being the exception – and then he got dumped really hard at the end, a tough match for him.) Mini Abismo & Dinastia was the focus in the end and they set up the title match well, but all six guys seemed to get equal time in the end. It was a less a Dinastia showcase than some of his earlier matches have been, with Mini Histeria even fighting off some of Dinastia’s signarue spots.
