Genesis needs some work

Freesbe & Génesis vs Camorra & Cholo: Bad opener, even on the sliding opener scale. Genesis looks no where near comfortable in the ring. He was both clumsily and absent minded. I thought Super Halcón was horrible too and now he’s fine, so maybe there’s hope here too, but he’s got a long way to go.

Shockercito has a plan B!

Aereo, Shockercito, Stukita vs Demus 3:16, Mercurio, Pequeño Violencia: good match. Stukita needs to work on his timing but otherwise looks very promising. Shockercito and Demus were very good and everyone else was generally fine. They were trying new ideas, not everything worked great but the effort was there. Unpunished and obvious piledrivers being used as finishes doesn’t make any sense, but that’s not new.

triple rotation!

Diamante, Sagrado, Tritón vs Puma, Sangre Azteca, Vangelis: short version of usual okay match. Puma getting trapped on a missed charge was amusing, Puma forcing in the swing into the barricade spot was to not as amusing. Mostly forgettable tercera.

Sagrado tope

Guerrero Maya Jr., Hijo del Fantasma, Shocker vs Kráneo, Mr. Águila, Psicosis: not a strong start for this feud. Match was ordinary, bordering on cold, and not particularly memorable. Aguila and Shocker had sequences together, but nothing came along strong enough to make it feel like the start of a rivalry until the finish. Even that foul felt more like an ordinary DQ to get out of a third fall finish than something of importance.

Guerrero Maya vs Kraneo war continues

Marco Corleone, Máscara Dorada, Máximo vs Ephesto, Euforia, Niebla Roja: attendance was predictable poor for this show – head to head against Mexico vs the US in World Cup Qualifying, and maybe that effected the level of this this main event. Those that wanted to be here seemed to have fun, but it was a very average match and one with a very short third fall.

Marco Corleone is insane

just another Dorada highlight
