Mascarita Dorada & Mascarita Sagrada vs Mini Charly Manson & Mini Histeria: an unusual clean win by a rudo! They stuck with it for about five seconds so it didn’t sink it, but it was a totally surprise. Match was short, good, but not extraordinary. Sagrada and Manson seem to be the week links and also seemed to be fine here.
Oficial 911, Oficial AK47, Oficial Fierro vs Devil Rocker, Machine Rocker, Soul Rocker: good sprint between the two teams. There still was some weirdness here; the chair shots to the head before the finish were totally pointless and Fierro wearing his mask was odd and seemed to take the crowd out of it when he first came it. They were with the match at the end, fiercely cheering for the hometown guys who of course lost in the end. I’d bet the long version on regular IWRG shows are better but this was a good for the time they had.
El Mesías & Vampiro vs Chessman & Texano Jr.: much better than I would’ve expected. Vampiro looked the best he’s been since he’s been back. Chessman helped a lot, but Chessman has been in some bad Vampiro matches too, and Vampiro was looking like a non-broken man here. They went full speed from the beginning and just stated to tire out at the end. Weird how most of the match was guys working cross feuds.
