Dalis la Caribeña, Lady Afrodita, Marcela vs La Comandante, La Seductora, Lady Apache: at least the right team won? Afrodita is getting worse, and that’s hard to do. Dallys is still annoying. Seductora scares the life out me every time she tries that sidewalk slam and really shouldn’t. It’d be nice if they would do the Marcela/Lady Apache match occasional teased here, but I’m not holding my breath.
Diamante, Hijo del Fantasma, Stuka Jr. vs Namajague, Shigeo Okumura, Taichi: fine enough midcard match, without the Taichi mishaps which have plagued other matches. There’s nothing much to note about this one, like there wasn’t really much to note about Taichi’s stint. Diamante is still stuck in the mode where he knows how to do his usual sets of move but can’t take advantage of other opportunities presented to him.
Rey Bucanero, Tiger, Volador Jr. vs Blue Panther, La Máscara, Valiente: I remember this being a short-ish match when it aired live, but it seemed even shorter here. It was so short, Valiente was barely in the match! Even though they edited out Volador’s failed microphone challenge, they left him challenging for a title match; I wonder why that match didn’t end up happening. Didn’t have a finish?
